From start to finish, this team was amazing. They helped me understand the issue with my toilet and gave solid advice. The plumber was super patient and didn’t rush anything. Great service and a very smooth experience overall.

The plumbing service did more than I thought they would. The technician was kind, professional, and thorough. He looked at everything before he left.

This firm provided a reliable plumber. Plumber discussed the problem and worked quickly. Excellent craftsmanship and communication.

Very experienced and on time. Our leak was fixed, and the plumber also checked the whole system for any problems. Now our house is safe and dry.

The people who fitted our new bathroom fixtures did a great job and finished quickly. Before going, the plumber made sure everything worked. Highly skilled work.

When our shower suddenly stopped working, 1st Plumbing & Drain Repair came out the same day to do the shower repair. While here, they also fixed a minor toilet issue and did a quick drain cleaning. I was impressed by how knowledgeable and friendly the plumber was. He made sure everything worked perfectly before leaving and gave us a fair price. It’s such a relief knowing we can rely on them for any plumbing problem, big or small. Truly excellent service!

Not so happy with the work. Left the place a mess and did a rush job. I will have the reinspected. I don't think it was snaked out properly. Still having back up issues!

I've had North West Plumbing several times, and I'm completely satsified with them and their work. The plumbers are completely courteous and competent in their work. I can recommend the company. Their costs are competitive.

I was having NW plumbing modify a shower that they had installed during a new construction project. Not only was scheduling extremely difficult (calls not returned) but the work was subpar. When the team arrived, they didn't have the right equipment to properly install the valve. After finding a way around the problem, they installed the valve off-angle and charged me for the entire time required. Would not use again

I have used Northwest Plumbing for nearly 20 years. They have fixed our old collapsed sewer line, our water main, roughed in and finished a bathroom remodel, and have been out on a regular basis to help keep our drains clear.
Not only did they fix our sewer, but have fixed at least 5 of our close friends and neighbors sewer issues. They are very fair on pricing vs the "big name" plumbers, and their work requires no follow up, always a good sign with a plumbing company. -
Steve was great! Very thorough work and educated us through the process. He came to check on our sewage ejector pump which has a small external leak. Tightened it up and answered our questions. Also snakes the kitchen sink and got us back up and running while making suggestions on how to prevent it in the future and after inspecting under the sink made recommendations for future fixes. Great overall experience, definitely have NW Plumbing saved on my phone!

Tim from NW Plumbing Connection did us a great service. We had a clogged drain that would not clear with a drain snake. I had also tried using my own snake prior to calling them. Tim went under the house in the crawl space and discovered that the Heat-pump installers several years ago had lifted the sloping 2" drain to accommodate their own lines creating a low spot which allowed grease and crud to accumulate. Tim came back out later with materials and replaced the lines to required specifications and fixed it for good! I might add that all the folks there are very friendly. I will use them again, if ever needed. The only minor thing I would add is that if quoted a bid, get it in writing and sign it to protect both you and the company. If it is an hourly quote, you should be fine also, since their prices and service are very reasonable.
Service: 5 stars Quality: 5 stars Value: 5 stars -
I can't say enough good things about Steve and Frank from N.W. Plumbing Connection Inc.! They diagnosed my plumbing issue with expert precision, and installed a new system faster than I could have imagined. Their work was flawless--clean, efficient, and built to last. What really stood out was their honesty; they explained everything in detail, gave me fair pricing, and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. It's rare to find such skilled, trustworthy, and down-to-earth professionals these days. Steve and Frank are the gold standard in plumbing--5 stars all the way! I'll never call anyone else!

Our experience with NW Plumbing Connection was top-notch. The bid came in $400 less than another local plumber for replacing two outdoor faucets. In addition to replacing the hose bibs they heightened one faucet that was at the deck line. This has solved an annoying situation that we've lived with for years!
Excellent customer service and technical work by Steve and Frank. We will definitely call them in the future. -
I would recommend looking elsewhere for your plumbing needs. They have been inefficient, rude, and literally took away our hot water. We have been working with this company for 6 weeks to get a new water heater. We noticed a leak, and 2 weeks after reaching out we did have a nice technician come out. He said we needed a new water heater STAT to avoid damage. I got a quote from the company afterwards, but it was not itemized. When I called the office to inquire about the details, the woman on the other side was astonishingly rude and aggressive. A time was scheduled to have it completed, but on the day of no one showed up. We called the office and they said they had no record of the appointment. Now two weeks later, they showed up today to install the water heater. Unfortunately, at the last appointment no one measured our space. The new water heater does not fit and they will have to order a new one. They already drained and disconnected the old one. Now we have no hot water and they said it will probably be another week. We have already had to take 3 days off of work for them to come to our home, and now will have to take a 4th. I wish we had gone with another company but with a deposit already paid we will see this one through and hope they do a decent job at installment.
-
The only star is for the kind woman who answered the phone. This company has handled our water heater replacement with profound ineptitude. 2 months and 3 site visits later, our hot water has been completely disconnected and our showers are non-functional. We understand mistakes happen, but there has been a clear pattern of incompetence and generalized apathy. No effort has been made to take responsibility for their mistakes and rectify the situation in a timely manner.
-
If i could give ZERO STARS I WOULD. I called them for a plumbing issue but they are very rude and unprofessional. All i tried to do was try to make sure they can give some type of results even if it is temporary but they walked away before doing any work when i tried to call the office to just make sure we have an understanding about the service she said they are leaving.

Southern Boyz General Contractor recently refurbished a historic home that has been converted into a duplex located in North Slope Tacoma. This was no easy task! The goal was to upgrade and modernize various features in the duplex without losing the historic feel. That's a hard balance to achieve. I am thrilled that Kerry and his crew were able to achieve that sensitive balance and renovate while maintaining the charm and character of a home built in 1890. I didn't have a clear picture in mind of everything I wanted to do. Kerry, and his right-hand man Ronnie, helped me explore my options throughout the construction and always provided price estimates so that I could make informed decisions. It was a winding and twisting road to the final product, but I am so pleased with the end result! Working on historic homes often presents new discoveries and unanticipated challenges. Kerry and Ronnie both remained flexible and creative in dealing with these surprises. They both worked hard, and had pleasant attitudes throughtout the journey. I appreciate the respect they showed for my property and my wishes. I'm so glad I found Southern Boyz General Contractor!
