I noticed a puddle forming under the kitchen sink one morning and I wasn’t sure what was causing it. I called their plumbing team and they arrived within a couple of hours. The technician inspected all the pipes, found a small crack and replaced the damaged section. He also tested every connection to make sure there were no hidden leaks. The sink works perfectly now and the cabinet is completely dry. I appreciated how carefully they explained the problem and solution.

The guest bathroom sink suddenly stopped draining completely. I called this plumbing service for help right away. They found a solid blockage deep in the pipe and cleared it thoroughly. I truly appreciate how efficiently their team solved the issue.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Royce Christianson. It was obvious that he was a highly skilled plumber and knew what he was doing. In clear terms he gave us three options for dealing with our problem. We chose the one best suited to our needs and he promptly did the job. No complaints. The installers did a great job on our replacement water heater. They were very professional and made sure we understood what they were doing. The installation looked very nice when done. They did a good job of cleaning up after the job was done.

David was the best! Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! He communicated everything in a way that I could understand and made sure I knew what was going on the whole time. He also took the time to listen to my concerns and just overall showed that he truly cares about his work AND his customers.

The first great information was that they called me back to schedule a today's appointment when someone canceled. I appreciated that beyond greatness. Second, within about 20 minutes a very kind employee named Chris showed up at my door evaluated the problem, and solved it within 45 minutes... He even had to track to the neighbors to turn off the water system and go back and forth. He was very quiet, but clearly quite knowledgeable. Our home was a mess! But he maneuvered to the main box, and the water heater, got everything solved off, and on! I appreciated their very quick, experienced work. I will definitely recommend your company and Chris!

We found out through Roto Rooter that we needed a partial sewer main replacement due to roots growing in our sewer main pipe that caused blockages and the pipe to separate which turned into a emergency roto rooter wanted to charge us $20,000 to replace 4ft of pipe and to put a liner in that we did not need. I called several places to get a quote and Bob Larsons plumbing had the best prices ($6,500)and Ben Chavarria from the company also said I needed a permit which was a plus to me. Ben was very nice and explained everything to us and was very thorough and he paid a lot of attention to details. If we have any problems with plumbing in the future we will definitely be calling Bob Larsons FIRST and never again will we call Roto Rooter! Thank you Ben Chavarria for a job well done.

The nitty gritty:
I discovered a water leak on an outdoor faucet on my home late on a Tuesday evening, realizing I was beyond my depth went online looking for a plumber in the Tacoma area. Came across Bob Larson Plumbing being recommended by a couple of people on an old local Reddit thread after a quick Google search of "plumber to fix outside faucet Tacoma WA". After taking the company name back to Google saw their high rating and great reviews, I decided to check out their website. As far as websites go, it was well designed and easily navigable and offered the ability to schedule an appointment online and they had a window open the following morning. Filled out my information, added photos and a short video of my issue, and the appointment window was set.
The morning of I received a call shortly after my appointment window started from the tech, Chris, letting me know he would arrive in 20 minutes. After hanging up I received a text of an intro and a picture of Chris so I would know who to expect. Fantastic. Chris arrived right at the time he said to expect him, introduced himself and we walked through the process and the problem. He did a quick safety check going through the whole water system of my house noting anything I may need to be concerned about with an old house with all original pipes from the '40s. Brought all the information back to me for the immediate problem and other suggestions. Taking his time explaining everything and making sure I didn't have any questions. Went over the estimates on his suggestions and my immediate problem and stated that he could take care of that same day. Once I gave the ok on the immediate problem, he got to work and finished it up fairly quickly in my opinion. All told he was done within a couple of hours (even before the end of my original window) for what I figure is a reasonable price in the industry from what I saw the night before.
Chris himself was professional, friendly, and personable as well as knowledgeable and efficient in his job. My overall experience matched what I had seen on previous reviews and it is my pleasure to leave this review for a great service and recommend Bob Larson Plumbing and tech Chris for your plumbing needs. If you need ANY plumbing work, these are the guys to use! Super friendly staff, interested in how to help and got me on the schedule immediately! Kyle Hofman came out, he was professional and friendly. He took me through what he was seeing, explained and answered my questions as they came up. Was super informative and made me feel like our home wasn't just an extra job in the day. He cared about how to get our home back in order and went over a few plans to provide me options for fixing the issues at hand and costs associated. They are saving me thousands in comparison to other companys like Harts/Spartan plumbing! There were absolutely NO hidden or extra fees, they're straight up and detailed. Definitely the only plumbing company I want to continue working with when things come up and I will recommend to anyone I know that needs plumbing work done.

Chris and Q came to my home to assess a leak. They were so professional and caring and helped me be able to determine my next steps. They also conducted a safety walk through my home to ensure my plumbing was in good shape in regards to pipes, toilets, faucets etc. They provided a couple recommendations for me to consider. I highly recommend this company as their approach and knowledge gave me confidence that they can get the job done for any plumbing need I have going forward.

We recently experienced a pool of water underneath our kitchen sink which then flooded onto our kitchen floor. It happened very quickly.. we realized it was a malfunction with our garbage disposal.. every time we would turn it on water would gush out from the bottom of the disposal. We immediately called Bob Larson Plumbing who we have used on a number of occasions. Kyle came out that afternoon and quickly determined the 10+ old disposal was completely inoperable. This was the original disposal when we bought the house three years ago so it needed to go. Kyle had a new updated disposal in his truck.. it had more horsepower, a nine year warranty and it is so quiet!!! He had it installed and working in no time! Kyle then took the time to look at other plumbing projects we want to eventually get done and was able to give us estimates so we could decide what we wanted to move forward with. Water leaks are so scary.. we had just completed a major kitchen cabinet project so it was panic time when we saw water all over our floor! We highly recommend Bob Larson Plumbing and of course Kyle who took good care of us.. great service and communication from the first call to the completion of the project!

Anthony cared about me as a customer. Bob Larson is an advocate for the customer. They do not give referrals to mitigation companies that work directly with adjusters. They help you find independent contractors that educate you on your rights as customer of your home insurance. There are laws and policies that you need to be aware of as you make decisions that may impact insurance. Bob Larson’s advocate for homeowners. And they do not take shortcuts. They make sure the work is done thoroughly.

OMG! So THRILLED with our service today from Bob Larson Plumbing! We'd never called them before and they were able to get to us in less than 2 days! David & Johnny went WAY above and beyond for us and were so kind, patient, friendly and helpful even though we (they) experienced one problem after another! They never complained, stayed as late as they needed to so we could be functional on this Friday night before the weekend. I feel they sacrificed a lot to help us out, and it meant the world to us! Had the water heater service completed in a jiffy and took great care to make sure I felt heard and taken care of.

Chris Finch really saved the day. He came out on the call quickly and fixed a leaky connector behind our refrigerator. Completely respectful, professional and easy to talk to. We were very comfortable with him in our home.

When I discovered that the line from my house to the sewer was in need of repair, I reached out to three companies to get quotes. Not only was the Bob Larson team very knowledgeable and friendly, they also took the time to answer all of my questions. I’m so glad I selected them for my project. Bob Larson is one of the best plumbers we have ever worked with! We have worked with several companies and Bob Larson is by far the most professional, responsive, efficient and knowledgeable. Our technician, Nathan, quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained what was going on and what the solution is. Our gas leak to the gas fireplace was fixed and is now operating beautifully. On top of being very communicative, Nathan was friendly and very professional. We now have an annual membership with Bob Larson because there’s no other plumber we want to work with!
