I had Roto-Rooter out to do a sewer scope and it could not have gone smoother. My technician Gio arrived on time, set up fast, and explained what he was doing the whole way. He showed me the live video, pointed out what was normal and what to watch, and answered every question without rushing me. Zero pressure. Clear communication, clean work area, and real care for the customer. Five stars and I would absolutely call again.

Thank you technician Gio for your excellent service. Roots were removed from the sewer line with the drain snake. After using the sewer line camera we could see the spots where debris could be removed from the pipe wall using the high pressure water stream. Gio than used the sewer line camera to view the results of the pressure cleaning which were positive. Thanks again for the quick response and positive results.

We’ve had an ongoing clogged sewer line issue. Gio was on-time and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain different methods and I chose the cheaper one that partially cleared the line but didn’t get the job done correctly. He showed me again with the camera and again offered to jet it like he recommended in the first place. I accepted and the line was completely clear. All this during steady rain. I appreciate his perseverance to continue to show me the whole problem so I could make an educated decision.

I had an emergency sewer backup due to unusually heavy rain in the middle of the night. Our tech Giovanni was able to get out to us right away and clear the line quickly. We got a video of the sewer line from the house to the city, as well as some recommendations and a bid for possible future work. Giovanni was friendly, professional, and a good communicator.

Giovanni was the gentleman that helped us get our septic tank unblocked. He was helpful and very communicative. He gave some good recommendations to fix the problem from happening again. Price was high but what do you expect from a same day plumber call who has all the right gear to take care of the problem.

5 stars service. Gio came within a hour from when I called. He recommended the hidro jet that’s needed to cut the growing roots in my drain pipe. With the camera I was able to watch everything happening inside the pipe. Great service!!

Giovanni from Rotor Rooter was fantastic working on our backed-up sewer line out of the house. He was incredibly thorough, showing me the entirety of pipe with a snake-camera - he found the blockage and identified two major root instrusions that he got rid of with a high-powered jet. He spent time to double- and triple- check his work and answer my questions. Two thumbs up!

What a pro! Giovanni with RotoRooter arrived an hour after my call for a fully backed up main sewer line rendering our brown gurgling home plumbing completely useless. Giovanni removed the toilet and snaked out over 45' of our 85 year old iron and concrete waste line to establish flow, then ran his camera out to the city main, and provided us a video of the less than ideal tired pipe condition. Further more,Giovanni offered us without any sales pressure a couple of detailed solutions to address fixing and maintaining the deteriorating condition of our waste line plumbing. He was super respectful of our home and incredibly efficient, professional and knowledgeable. We had the main drain clogged on Thanksgiving day. Root-rooter sent Gio who was at our house in less than 30 mins and unclogged it in another 5. Very professional and reliable service - this is the third time we are using them and the job is always done quickly and professionally. Highly recommended!

I called Roto Rooter to unclog a drain and it turned into a much bigger problem than just unclogging a drain. The clog was like 100 feet away and needed to be dug up and have a clear out valve installed. The work was done immediately. I cannot believe how fast Gio and his team were. It was a much bigger deal than I thought it would be and i don’t know anything about plumbing and Gio was kind and patient and explained everything to me. He told me it was okay to text him with any and all questions and didn’t make me feel like an idiot or a hassle. I’m very happy I called Roto Rooter and will use them again in the future!
