JAKE CAME PROMPTLY, MADE A VERY THOROUGH SEARCH FOR THE PROBLEM, SUGGESTED A SOLUTION WHICH REQUIRED ACTION ON OUR PART. WHEN WE HAD COMPLETED OUR PART AND CALLED HE CAME AGAIN PROMPTLY TO COMPLETE THE REPAIR. WE HAVE DEALT WITH A LOT OF WATER DAMAGE AND PANIC EASILY SO WE APPRECIATE HIS WORK ENORMOUSLY.

From my initial call to the end of the service it couldn't have been done any better. Dustin communicated, explained when I had questions, and I am very happy with the service. Thank you Dustin and thank you Mr. Rooter!

I've always trusted Mr Rooter to do well with my plumbing repairs. But I'll call this wonky shower replacement the last time I guess I'll use or trust them. They said there'd be drywall repair needed if I only repaired the plumbing for my shower, which made sense, but it would be all taken care of and I shouldn't worry about the dry wall if the whole shower/bath was replaced. But now I not only have this gap that I was told "your drywall guy will take care of" when I wasn't informed I needed one on hand, but the installed shower wall is warped, jutts away from the drywall, is secured at different distances to the studs, and it appears the tub is cracked.. Thanks for the extra unexpected work that even a contractor, called after the fact, scratched their head on how to resolve..

They gave me a great quote that included a complete redo of the faucets to a lower quote of just repairing what I had. I thought that was great to have a whole range of options to pick from. When I picked he was quick efficient and very kind. I'm very very happy with the work and would recommend Mr rooter to anyone looking to get some plumbing work done.

Very friendly service. Drain pipe was nasty! I had broken the trap trying to clean it out myself. Happy to let a professional finish it correctly.

I manage apartments and have been using Mr Rooter Plumbing for 3 or 4 years, they have always done good work, shown up when they said they would and have always been very courtious to me and my tenants. Tracie in the office is awesome, she coordinates the appointments to work with your schedual ,and I was surprized that she said they would match any lower bid and give us a discount! They really want to make sure they take good care of their customers.
Although they did have the lowest bid, she still gave us a discount.
That's good customer service.

My mainline pipe was leaking. They were great to work with from beginning to end, they gave me the best price of all the estimates I received. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter and will definitely be calling them for any future repairs.

Well, at this point I don't know If it's safe to say did the guy do a good job fully or half job.
When I saw I was charged over $700 to connect a 4inch pipe, to a shower drain that was open access was insane. I've got less quotes but Rooter was available when I didnt have patience.
The guy didn't have to do no drilling, no removal of the shower, didn't have to go on through no walls or no cutting.
It was right in his face in the opening.
Literally was a 3 to 5 min job.
So to be charged that much wasn't worth it.
Better off having patience and doing it yourself.
I guess when you dont have the time, that what happens!
For that price, no i wouldn't recommend. For his knowledge, im guessing all plumber have the same.

Robert came out for a plugged toilet. I plunged it, used the self-help from their as well as other sites I'd found- no go. (One reason I chose them is they GAVE possible solutions to remedy AND they were verified by other popular self help sites). Robert unplugged within a few minutes and they check water heaters. While I don't think it was imminent it would go out, he did mention issues I myself saw so rather than have it go out, I had it replaced. He was here until almost 9 making sure everything worked properly and he did his job well! I felt I was being treated like he wants to be treated when HE is the customer, Honestly and explained everything!! Fully recommend this company. Robert: you are GREAT. THANK YOU!!

Was very pleased with Mr Rooter! I was able to get an estimate same day and scheduled work for the next day very reasonably priced, professional, and did what was promised for the price I was quoted! I will certainly be reaching out in the future and sending referrals their way!

My service tech for today was Wayne he was a true professional. From coming in assessing the situation and solving a problem. It took him less than 30 minutes to clear the toilet and have it back to working order. I'm thankful for Wayne and should I need services in the future, I will reach out to him personally.

I have to highly recommend Scott Roderick, he done a excellent job fixing our kitchen sink. He had to replace pipes and faucet and he done it all at a timely manner,if you ever in need of a plumber I recommend Scott!!
