Mr. Rooter is my go-to plumbing company. Why? Two reasons: Scott and Robert. These guys know what they are doing. They are friendly, professional and explain everything thoroughly. I find their prices are in line with other companies I get estimates from, and I like doing business with a locally owned franchise.

We are very pleased with your service today. Robert did a very impressive job and found two blocked pipes that have been giving us some trouble, but we had no idea why. As of now our storm drains are in working order.

With a manageable amount of digging and pipe repairs we will be able to get our storm drains back in full working order.

We will be contacting Mr. Rooter about making these pipe repairs.

The technician was punctual, professional, and courteous. He covered his feet when in the house and respected my property. He explained the different scenarios that could be causing my issue and the cost of each. It turned out to be a lesser severity and therefore cost less. A great experience.

The plumber initially came by to see how repair a leaking shower faucet, along with some other plumbing repairs. The plumber inspected all the repairs. She was extremely knowable. She left to come up with some estimates. We decided to have a leaking shower faucet done. She ordered the parts. We received many updates from Mr Rooter Plumbing. When the plumber came back, she installed the new part. Though this was a minor repair. The plumber was always considerate of our house. My take away is the plumber truly enjoys her work. Great job. Kudos to Mr Rooter Plumbing of Tacoma.

Robert did a fantastic job. He arrived to assess a kitchen faucet leak very soon after I called Mr. Rooter for an appointment. He went over repair options and replacement options very thoroughly including pricing.

The existing faucet was as old as the house, so I opted for a replacement. We really like it, even better than the previous faucet.

Mr. Rooter has been my go-to for all plumbing matters since back in the late 90’s when I owned a different home. Always reliable, helpful, prompt and great at communicating. Thank you!!!

On Sunday August 31st late in the evening, our hot water heater gave out. Tomorrow being Labor Day, I had no hope that I would be able to get it fixed. I had remembered seeing the Mr. Rooter trucks around and them saying 24hrs a day 7 days a week, so I made an on line request at 12:10 am. I was called back at 7:30am on the 1st and the lady that I spoke with was very nice and explained that she could have someone out to look at my situation with no obligation in the next two hours I said thank you very much and waited for a call from the technician. Within 30 to 45 minutes I received a call and he stated that he could be at my home within 30 minutes. He showed up on time and looked at my situation and explained that yes my hot water heater was pretty much a total loss. He gave me an estimate and said that he could have it put in within 3 to 4 hours. I said that would be great. He left to get the parts that he needed returned and within 2 to 3 hours my new gas 50 gallon commercial hot water heater was installed and he was on his way. I have never dealt with a more professional plumbing company and individual in my entire experience with plumbers. I will absolutely call Mr. router for any plumbing needs that I have in the future. They have gained a loyal customer with not only their courtesy but how quickly they took care of my problem and just how nice they were overall. Thank you so much to the gentleman who installed my hot water heater, and the lady that I spoke with on the phone who Scheduled my repair.

We did not have a good experience with this company. Yes, the man fixed the leak under the sink, so far but broke the faucet!! Instead of owning his mistake & fixing it, he tried to spend an hour mansplaining to me how it wasn't his fault. If you can't fix it that's fine, own it, give a discount to cover the NOW ADDITION cost I have to cover to get it fixed by a real plumber. Told I would be getting a call from the owner, never got one.

guys we’re nice enough, but wanted to charge nearly $600 to replace a fill valve for my toilet. the part was $20 bucks and took me 20 minutes to install on my own.

how on earth would it cost nearly 30x that amount for them to do it?

I chose wisely to have All Purpose Plumbing come out to my house to work on my waterless hot water tank! Brian and Curtis were very polite and knowledgeable to me with their work. I am 100% confident with the flushing there did on the tank! I am very happy to have them to call for any future jobs or emergencies at my home!

Gene was so kind and professional and made a scary situation so much better with his great sense of humor and care. He came out so quickly and took care of my broken pipe immediately. I highly recommend him and All Purpose Plumbing. Rachel and Emma were also very helpful.and accessible and answwred all my questions promptly. I will definitely call on them again when needed. He quoted me a very reasonable price and was done in no time. They showed up super fast. Our plumber was Justin and he was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Identified my issue within about ten minutes and had it fixed in about an hour. I will definitely be using their services again.

I had All Purpose Plumbing install a new shower along with fresh plumbing. Brian and Curtis did an amazing job and are great hardworking guys. I chose them over competitors because Brian and Curtis, the technicians, came out for my inspection and quote, not a cheesy salesman like most companies.

Gene was awesome, funny guy. Able to get my washing machine and sink flowing again. Seamed to be true expert in his field would recommend to anyone with plumbing issues.

Fantastic service and reasonable prices. Gene was outstanding! He walked us through the issues of a severely clogged kitchen sink and a new toilet (long over due and saved money). He then gave us the set quotes for each issue, advised on best option and fixed each issue. Gene was kind, personable, knowledgeable and extremely experienced. Highly recommend APP!

Brian and Isaiah came out to solve a tiny drain issue at our house, where our kitchen sink and our dishwasher were pumping unclean water into our wall. Brian, a veteran plumber with decades of experience led the work with the efficiency that can only come with years in the trenches. Isaiah, the bright young apprentice, eager to learn and not shy of work, was professional and adept at his trade for a guy with just two months' under his belt. Together, they were a well-oiled machine that took us from unsanitary to sanitary in the matter of just a few hours.

Price qoute was accurate without any "surprises" during the actual work. Workers were very friendly and completed the job within 6 hours. Work included cutting concrete, excavating, pipe repair and replacing concrete. Would definitely use this company again.

This is the plumbing company for you if:
your estimator, Eric, takes 20 minutes to check if a 50 gallon tank hot water tank fits into a replaced 66 gallon space,
They charge you $49 + tax for the privilege of giving you a price for future work,
They offer to install an owner furnished kitchen faucet for $499 which the actual real plumber installed for $125,
And never provided a bid to do the real work.

I'm a Senior Lady in poor health. My Water Heater died. Idriana sent her crew out the same day & they installed my new Water Heater the very next morning, and this was during the busy Holiday Season.

Apparently understanding that I'm also on a very limited budget, these compassionate, professional, and highly skilled professionals used a couple little benefits to get me the lowest available price for our area.

Brian & Daniel were ever-respectful of me, my home, and my property. When the job was complete, they explained the functions of the Water Heater, ensured it was in good working order, and saw to it that my home & property were left in as near-as-possible condition as they found them.
They did a good job of cleaning their working area, and cleaning up my home & property when they finished the job. Brian was even giving my carport & driveway one last cleaning on his way out.
