I have been using All Purpose Plumbing since I moved to Tacoma in 2019. They are always professional and arrive on time. Service charge is very reasonable. I recently had to replace my sump pump and again I called All Purpose Plumbing. They were able to complete the job quickly and at a reasonable cost.

This company is a fantastic honest family owned business. The pricing is fair, no surprises, they go out of their way to find every angle to save you money. You can forget about calling other plumbing companies, All Purpose Plumbing will beat them in price every time. Eric and Brian who installed the gas water tank at my sister's house last week were friendly, very efficient, did a fantastic job. You couldn't even tell they had been there except the pretty brand new hot water tank. From now on All Purpose Plumbing is the "one to call".

Received an evaluation of a slow drain issue from All Purpose Plumbing. Eric came out to take a look and was very knowledgeable, honest and got the job done. I appreciate the advice he provided! Overall they are better than the other 2 local companies I called.

The spigot in my hall bathroom tub came right out of the wall when lifting up the lever to use the shower. I am a senior citizen single lady living on social security income alone, so I panicked worrying how expensive the repair would be and how could I pay it. Calling All Purpose Plumbing was the best decision I could have made. From the gal who took my call, to the service person making the repair, they were kind, understanding, sympathetic and willing to help in any way possible. I got an appointment for the next afternoon, and when they had a cancelation they called to see if I'd like to have them come earlier! Their service call fee of $49 was 1/3 the amount others charged, and that was applied to the repair invoice. I highly recommend them!

Eric is the man, he arrived right on time for our appointment, explained everything to me very clearly, and was professional through the whole process. I would recommend all purpose plumbing to anyone I know.

I had a plugged drain pipe that my washing machine drains into. I have not used a plumber before and searched the internet for a local, family owned company that had recent reviews and had been in business a number of years. I selected All Purpose Plumbing and booked an appointment online to get an estimate the following day. Their dispatch fee was only $49 and they offer senior & military discounts. Brian assessed the situation and since my home is 59 yrs old and has smaller galvanized pipes, the decision was made to replace the pipes rather than try to clear the plugged drain. Within 3 days, Brian and his apprentice Curtis, were back to do the job. It entailed crawling behind my washer, cutting a hole in the wall to cut out the old pipes, and crawling underneath the house in a small crawl space to connect new pipes. Brian & Curtis knew exactly what needed to be done and worked efficiently together as a team. They were in and out in 3 hrs. Both were very kind and considerate in keeping things clean and explained their process, providing photos of what they worked on under the house. I was very pleased with their work.
The company also offers financing as well as a $99/yr.

Fast, friendly and affordable. Great plumbing company! I had a difficult leak in both my bathtub faucet and bathtub handle due to the age. Every step of the way I was thoroughly advised of the problem and the challenges. The technicians went above and beyond. I am a single woman who knows nothing about plumbing issues. Plumber did complete overhaul on my sink. He unstopped it from the flood and standing water we had all the time. I was amazed at how he handled the whole situation. He did a great job!

Had a plugged kitchen pipe and was given a quote of $600 to snake it out. 1.5 hours in the plumber was already saying it wasn’t going to work. I asked if he could try harder with what he had but 15 minutes later he pulls up shop and states he won’t be able to fix it. Will need a hydro flush or something. States that it’s gonna cost a bit more. Says he’ll send a referral. $600 for less than 2 hours work and the problem was not fixed. I won’t be taking his referral. Chose this company because they were local and I try not to leave bad reviews. I am a local business owner and do my best to keep my money within county limits. But this service they provided felt like a low key robbery.

Over the last 2 years, I've called All Purpose Plumbing out to my old house twice to fix plumbing issues. Both times the final product was perfect. Their plumber, Brian, is the absolute man and if you have something serious - try to ask for him specifically.

Very good experience with this company. Gene came out and he was very professional and personable. He made light work of our plumbing issue and very affordable price! We will definitely be using this company in the future for all our plumbing needs!

I chose All Purpose Plumbing as my service provider based on the previous projects they assisted with. The expediency and efficiency were excellent. All Purpose was equally expedient in responding this time however unlike the previous projects, completion took a week and a half. I was becoming disenchanted but the technician indicated the problem was the result of the company’s delayed shipping of the parts required. The issue was not with All Purpose. The service was completed again to my satisfaction. I appreciated the explanation for the delay and will continue with the company as their service standard remain the same.

I’m giving your company one star for several reasons. Number one appointment time given was inaccurate showed up before scheduled time number two with sent a message saying that you would be Arriving at noon, but arrived at 9:45 AM number three job would have been a 30 minute or less job cost being $657. Number four receive several messages after employee left saying that you would be there by Noon, Yet he was already gone. Number five I called the office to let you know of these issues that with your system and you not being on the same page and was blown off so now that I’m receiving this message, I’m letting the world know what’s going on with your company. I would call anyone Before you at this point.
