Yes, I highly recommend Dustin. Dustin was on time, and respectful of our home’s cleanliness. On arrival, he diagnosed our scenario correctly, the. was straight forward about his process and fees. He worked quickly and resolved our drain blockage expeditiously, as well as thoroughly for the future (i.e. all the way from the clean out to the public sewer line in the alley). Dustin left our work areas and floors as clean as he found them. Last he advised us on preventive maintenance for the future, and charged reasonably for the work. Dustin is smart, articulate and professional. Finally, he had important advice about how consumers can avoid the biggest expenses when it comes to plumbing blockages, leaks, and pipes bursting. What’s not to like and recommend? I highly recommend Dustin, and Mr. Rooter.

He arrived in good time and adressed the issue directly. We were in a panic when the water was pouring out abd he saved our biscuits.

Mr. Rooter did a great job from the person on the phone to the two people who completed the job. Both plumbers who came at separate times, were very professional and did a great job.

We own a 4-plex in Sumner. On Thursday afternoon, we discovered that sewer was backing up into 2 of the units. It was an emergency and we called Mr. Rotter Plumbing and they were there in about 2 hours. They discovered a clogged sewer pipe on our property, prior to it reaching the city pipe. They worked diligently into the evening until this problem was resolved. They called for back-up reinforcements from their staff who showed up to help resolve the problem. They were friendly and industrious! We can't say enough good things about them.

I've had them out several times for work on a recommendation. They've always done an excellent job for me. I had a problem that was overlooked at a recent job, and they came out to fix it, no questions asked. I'm very happy with their level of service. I won't think of calling a different plumber because I know they'll make sure everything is done right. Even if they have to come back to do it. Trust the high reviews; you'll definitely get great service from them.
