I had an excellent experience with technician David Armistead! He was extremely thorough, professional, and polite throughout the entire visit. He took the time to clearly explain what he was doing and educated me on how to properly care for and maintain my plumbing systems moving forward, which I really appreciated. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend his services!

I had Dave and his apprentice Brennan come out to replace some plumbing under the house. They were both very professional as well as super friendly. They finished the work much sooner then he first thought it would take. That was a pleasant surprise. They were quiet and courteous and even gave my dogs some attention. They made me happy that I chose Bob Larson. I will definitely call them immediately the next time I have an issue. From reading reviews it sounds like you will get this top quality of work from anyone there. However I can only speak to the job david and his apprentice Brennan did. I honestly can't recommend them enough.

Malu was great! Convenient online scheduling. Arrived when expected. Communicated what was needed clearly over the phone since I couldn't be at the property at the time of service. I appreciated the flexibility of being able to review estimates and authorize from my phone as well. No more leaky faucet!

First of all this company hires honest and professional plumbers. Had a plumber come in and tell me I needed to re pipe my entire home. Bob Larson plumber was honest and all I needed to do is get a new pump for my home. Shout out out to technician- David Sutton for earning my trust and business for life. Anytime someone asks me which plumber to call, David will be the first. Treat your customers with genuine care and honesty, it will earn more business than trying to sell new piping systems to young home owners. I am happy I called Bob Larson for help. Dave helped ascertain the issue and thankfully it was an easier fix. Some companies might have upsold but he fixed my two issues and was very pleasant and insightful at the same time. I will use this company in the future!

We had an emergency leak occur in our crawlspace on a Friday afternoon and Bob Larson Plumbing was the only company available to come out after hours on short notice. Sean came out and was very professional and friendly. He was able to quickly pinpoint the leak and report back with an estimate and a plan, which we accepted. It didn't take long for him to repair the leak and he gave me some other useful information and tips before leaving as well. We were very happy with Sean's work and very much appreciated his help - thank you!

Worked with technician David Armistead. One of the best companies and individuals have had to work with for plumbing issues. David kept us up to date on every step of the process which felt like a major overhaul as it was at the main sewage lines were cracked. He and his team were extremely professional and and clean. They insured the highest level of customer satisfaction. Highly recommend for technical plumbing jobs that you need straight answers for.

Chris was very professional, it was a tough job. He gave us updates every step of the way. He was very polite throughout the process. He wasn’t going to leave until he had made sure everything was working correctly. He and Blake also made sure everything was cleaned up thoroughly.

Had a great experience with our water heater replacement with David and Blake. We had a new water heater installed and brought up to code...along with fix its with our plumbing system that they found. They were on time, courteous, and thorough on the install and in explaning what they were doing. They completed the job same day and were clean and tidy. They were also dog approved! I hired Roto Rooter to investigate a leak at my 1957 rambler, and ended up doing an emergency plumbing replacement of original cast iron plumbing throughout my crawlspace. Very pleased with the quality of work, communication, and documentation. It wasn't cheap but emergency repair never is.

Giovanni was simply fantastic. He worked very quick and efficiently. Very friendly service as well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has any plumbing needs.

Immediate response, from Roto Rooter Giovanni & Nelson resolved my sewer backup issue, explained the issues & resolution. I was able to flush & use water in my house within hours. Highly recommend if you need quick response & resolution.

Giovanni came the same morning I called. Quickly determined the cause of a backup and explained fully all my options. They showed me the camera feed to see the obstructions. They ended up removing a pipe in the yard and showing the root damage. They had it immediately up and running again. Very professional all the way. Thank you Giovanni and Nelson!
