Our 15 yr old outdoor tankless needed replacement and Bob Larson's team came through with flying colors! Amber provided outstanding customer support, Ben was extremely prompt and professional in providing an estimate the next day, and Gabriel did a stellar job with a same day install! Kudos all around for the entire Bob Larson team of professionals.

Anthony did an excellent job with our tankless water heater flush and whole-home inspection. He arrived on time, clearly explained each step, reviewed the estimated charges upfront, and completed the work professionally. He shared valuable plumbing insights with thoughtful recommendations. David did a great job today. My shower water was not very hot and the repair he did fixed it. I also could not turn off my water for the hot water heater and he replaced the handle. Very professional, knowledgeable and nice to boot! Would definitely use them again.

David A. was our technician today. Per our regular annual maintenance, our previous techs diagnosed that our faucet cartridges needed to be replaced. David was dispatched to our house with the wrong part but he quickly called the Company and had the correct part delivered in less than an hour. He then installed the correct part but it didn’t fix our problem so he continued troubleshooting and finally solved the issue. David was patient and very empathetic towards our years of frustration with our faucets and showers. He could have gone home early but stayed focus to fix our problems. Thank you!

Huge fan of Bob Larson Plumbing! All their plumbers are excellent, super-helpful staff, dependable. I’m a “Club” member, so got free annual inspection few days ago by Keegan just after my old kitchen faucet started leaking. Chris Finch installed new faucet yesterday (Xmas eve!) - also installed new valves - & was just the nicest person ever, on top of doing really great work right before a holiday. Luv the new faucet too!

Bob Larson was able to come to the house the same day we called which was great! Sean Simons was very nice, knowledgable and solved our problem. He walked through all the options, and gave us potential alternative solutions incase his fix didn't work. But everything he did got us consistent hot water on the first attempt and we are very thankful for him!

Our experience with Matthew Bryant and Blake was terrific. Matthew was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and really worked to solve our plumbing problems. He helped us understand what was going on and how the issues could be fixed. We will request him again!

Nathan came out to look at a leak. He was very thorough at checking all of the potential sources, explaining what he needed to do, and quoted us a reasonable price before quickly taking care of the issue.

Chris came out to the house on a Sunday afternoon after an Amazon driver damaged our well. The communication from the company was great and Chris headed out to see us almost immediately after we called so the turnaround was very quick. He gave us an estimate upfront and explained the details. Once we accepted the estimate he got to work and got our water running again quickly. Really great experience.

I called another facility a couple days ago and they still have not responded. I'm glad I decided to go with Bob Larson. My plumbing tech was Matt Bryant. Sean & his helper (didn’t catch his name) were fantastic! Did a great job explaining our options for replacing/updating our leaky water heater and got it done for us same day! Chris called in advance to let me know of his arrival. When he arrived, he directly began to replace and install a new expansion tank above the water heater. He alerted me of a leak from the old T joint which was fixed with the installation of the new tank. He was finished within a half hour of arrival and payment was made exactly to a prior quote he had provided from a previous appt. Chris was totally professional, efficient, and very cordial. I will definitely use Chris with Bob Larson Plumbing again, should the need arise.

Ben and crew did a lot of hard work to get our water main line back in service. Estimate and time frame were on the mark. Will definitely call again if I need more work done.

Bob Larson has gone above and beyond to repipe my old home and put a new mainline in. Getting permits with the city wasn't easy but they handled the work like champions and made it so easy and seamless for me as a customer. Nathan, Blake, and Kyle were so professional, kind, and knowledgeable in taking out the old pipes and putting new ones in. Amber at the office is so warm and kind and even Robert at the top made sure my project was in the best hands. Can't thank Bob Larson Plumbing and the entire team enough for their kindness, patience, and absolutely stellar work! So glad to have the new pipes and clean water. Would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

Technician David Sutton Came over promptly to evaluate a Tankless Water Heater with a small leak with the Heat Exchanger and a Circulation Pump intermittent issue. He spent the time with the manufacturer to not only determine the exact cause, but verified that the Heat Exchanger was still covered under warranty and was able to obtain a new exchanger and the control circuit board for the circulation pump. He promptly provided a reasonable quote for the labor to install the parts. I will look forward to him completing the repair when the parts arrive.

Nathan was great. He was very thourough and explained all of his findings in an easy to understand language. Him and his partner George replaced all the outgoing drain lines in my house. The two of them worked long and hard and did a fantastic job. Very respectful of being in someones home and cleaned up any debris from the work as they went along. Wanted to go with a local company and am very pleased with the caliber of work from Nathan and his team at Bob Larson's plumbing. Would recommend to friends and use again.

Mr. Perez and his partner came in this morning installed my two toilets and my kitchen faucet. They put on booties. They cleaned up after they left very respectful guys.
