Gio did a great job! Gio arrived on time and got the job done quickly and effectively. We had multiple blockages in the sewer in our backyard. Gio showed me the scope so I could see that everything was done right and we will not have the problem again. I would recommend Gio to friends and neighbors.

I called Roto-Rooter for the annual cleaning of my side sewer line. Giovanni arrived exactly on time and set up his equipment. Within 10 minutes he was at work cleaning the line. He jetted the line and used his camera to make sure it was all clear. Gio was friendly, efficient, and very skilled. This is an older home and sewer line, and we discussed other options to seal and secure the line from roots. I was very impressed and found the service and care to be excellent. Highly recommended!

We discovered a blocked drainage system over the holidays… while the in laws were staying with us. It was like a horror scene from a Christmas movie, the Mother in Law informing you that there was sewage water coming up the shower drain, while you tried to keep your nephew from sticking his hands in it.

After a swift Google search I found Roto-Rooter Plumbing. When I called late last night Tom answered the phone and greeted me with a pleasant surprise. He helped me schedule an appointment for 8:00am the following morning to resolve the problem.

This morning I received a call from Giovanni who was the technician that came out and arrived right in time with fantastic communication. Gio walked me through the process of what he was going to do, explained the costs & asked my imput. After the blockage was removed he explained how to ensure ongoing success.

What could have been a Christmas disaster, and a horrible start to the new year, ended up being an stress-free solution that was handed with professionalism and friendly staff at every step of the process. IT WAS A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE!

I would highly recommend this team to anyone, and will use them in the future.

Gio from Roto-Rooter arrived right on time — actually, even a little early, which I really appreciated. From the moment he showed up, he was professional, courteous, and easy to talk to. He took the time to ask detailed questions to better understand the problem and made sure I was informed about everything he was doing. Throughout the process, Gio explained each step clearly and patiently, so I always knew what was going on and why. It was clear he was very knowledgeable and experienced, especially when it came to diagnosing and addressing septic issues. His thoroughness and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done. Overall, Gio provided excellent service and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to handle.

Roto-Rooter was excellent and helped us quickly when we had an urgent situation. Our technician Giovanni was very professional and prompt. He gave us a clear estimate before doing the work. I definitely recommend him and the company.

We had a blockage in our main line due to tree roots growing into the pipe. I called at 9am and they were able to get someone over in about an hour and a half. Gio knew exactly what was wrong before I answered the door, and he flushed the pipes with his water jet to get rid of the roots. After he finished with that, he provided a couple of long term solutions with pricing. Very knowledgeable and professional staff.

I really appreciated the fast response and service from Roto-Rooter. Gio, the technician was very prompt in getting to my place, which really helped calm my nerves. I called Roto Rooter around 7:15am and Gio was there by 7:45am. He was very patient in explaining the plumbing issue I was having and took the time to explain the different options I had. I definitely would call Roto Rooter again!

I had a backed-up sewer line. I called roto-rooter this morning and got a very pleasant, efficient, person on the phone. The van was here within an hour and a half. After a quick chat with Giovanni, it was determined to use a camera to inspect the line and then use the water jet to clean the pipe out.  Sure enough, there were root balls in several places. Working with the camera and the water jet back and forth Giovanni was able to get all those roots cut out.
Giovanni was great, he took the time to show me exactly what he was doing and explained it all very well, and he's a nice guy.

Entire experience from scheduling to completion of service was outstanding. I called at 9:30p at night to schedule an 8a next day service … on Super Bowl Sunday nonetheless!! I’m very pleased with the promptness and quality of service Giovanni provided. We called for assistance at 6am and Giovanni was onsite before 8am. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem in about 90 minutes. He communicated throughout the process, letting me know what costs were for each remedy (initial snake, then the camera, then removing the toilet, etc.). I would recommend both Giovanni and Roto-Rooter.

What great service and timing! Every piece of plumbing was backed up this morning, we called and there was a technician at our house within the hour - Gio, and he was informative, quick, clean, and so very pleasant. Roots in the pipes between the house and street. We were back online in less than an hour, and we really appreciate it! (Family of five, on the day we do the deep cleaning, the laundry….)

Excellent job and they were at my house within 2 hours of my call on a Friday evening. The technician, Fred, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Overall (except maybe the $$ - but I couldn't do it) the experience was outstanding!

Our service technician Fred arrived to help diagnose a leak we had coming from our upstairs plumbing. Fred was knowledgeable, thorough, and very courteous. He found two leaks, one coming from a faulty shower valve and the main culprit coming from some old piping that had cracked. He fixed all the issues in a timely and efficient manner. We are extremely pleased with the results and are thrilled that we have running water again!

My rental property experienced a major sewage backup early in the morning, and I appreciate that Roto-Rooter responded very quickly. My tenant scheduled the service, and I, as the landlord, spoke with Gio to authorize the work. Gio was polite, clear, and professional. He explained the flat fee of $1,862, and I agreed to move forward. The fast response time was definitely a relief in an urgent situation.

The technician arrived within a little over an hour. From the moment he arrived to the moment he left, the entire visit was under 10 minutes. The actual clearing work—the hydro-jetting and camera check—took about 4 minutes and 24 seconds, and everything was handled efficiently and professionally.

However, the total charge came out to $2,053.79, which feels quite high considering the extremely short work duration. I understand that the company uses expensive equipment and that travel time is part of the service, and the pricing was explained before the work began. My concern is not about the price itself, but about the tone of communication afterward.

When I politely asked if a discount could be considered—because the work time was so short—I received a reply from Stelian. His response felt noticeably firmer and less courteous compared to the friendly and professional tone I received earlier when the quote was provided. I completely understand if a discount is not possible, but I believe customer service should remain consistent from beginning to end, especially when a company emphasizes professionalism.

Overall, here is my honest evaluation:

Gio was great help , quick but efficient. Encouraged me to view the live stream and talked about current issues and possible solutions. He also gave me information that was good to know like material of the plumbing, also about how many feet from my clean out to main sewer. I really appreciated that. Will definitely be giving him a call back for and future issues & or upgrades.

Great experience with Roto Rooter. Our technician, Fred did a great job and he was very professional and very knowledgeable. He installed the water heater and cleaned up everything before he left. I am amazed by the great service. We would definitely use them again.

They came out after regular business hours and were fast, friendly, and incredibly professional. My issue ended up being much more complicated than a quick, basic repair, but they approached it with a true problem-solver mindset from the start.

Dominic was confident and comfortable consulting with his supervisor to explore next-level solutions rather than settling for a temporary fix. They arranged for a technician with a scope to thoroughly inspect the lines, documented everything, clearly explained what they were seeing, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They then scheduled a return visit with the proper equipment (including a claw) and were able to fully resolve the issue.

I really appreciated how transparent they were about pricing and services upfront, no surprises, no pressure. Just honest communication and excellent workmanship. They were also very clean and respectful of my home.

In property management plumbing issues can become a big problem quickly. I have called on Mr rooter several times. Each time they were out very quickly. They also had all supplies needed to do the repair right then! Technicians are efficient, friendly and thorough! Highly recommend!
