Alex was on time, very nice and knowledgeable. It turns out I did not need an intervention for my hot water heater or my garbage disposal. He was honest. He didn't try to sell me anything. I will definitely call Go with the Flow again when I need their services. Being honest about my situation goes far with me. Thanks Alex!

All my drains and toilet backed up last night November 24. This is the only 24 HR company that answered the phone! Thank you for answering the phone Joe. I don't think I works have slept last night without knowing help was in the way. Thank you! This morning Mike came out to our rural home, showed me where the problem was, corrected the issue (a fatberg where the drain line empties into the septic) and charged only a service call fee. Courteous, professional plumbing service that I will be calling to meet future plumbing needs. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I am very pleased with the the prompt service I received. Mike was pleasant and professional. I love my new bathroom faucets he replaced. My only suggestion is they should wear protective covers over their boots especially this time of year. Mike did ask if he needed to take his shoes off and I told him not to worry about it. He had to go in and out several times so I didn’t want him to have to take his shoes on and off. His boots left some scuff marks on the bathroom floor and he used a new towel I had in the bathroom to clean up some water mess. Not a big deal though, I should have had other towels in there for him. I would definitely use them for future plumbing, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This is the first time I use this company, but I was so impressed with the value of the service. Alex showed up on time and quickly repaired the toilet leak that was causing mold on the ceiling.

Quoted $350 for kitchen sink clog.

Couldn’t fit the snake through because of old pipe size. Tried so hard it caused a leak.

Quote $2500 for a pipe replacement and $350 to move the dishwasher during the replacement.

Said no.

Was charged $100 to have them come out and screw it up.

Leak goes away when the plumber leaves. Second plumber $300 for original clog and $300 to install clean out to perform the action. Didn’t even try to snake from the sink itself.

I’d avoid this company unless desperate.

I am very impressed with the service provided. Alex, the technician did a great job with our water heater replacement install. He worked efficiently and neatly. He also took the time to answer all questions.

Alex did a great job replacing leaky flanges in both of our bathrooms, including one that drilled into tile on slab foundation. He was on time, clear about what needed to be replaced and what it would cost, efficient, and reasonably priced. We'll be happy to call Go With the Flow again.

The outdoor hose bib has dripped steadily for the last few summers. This winter it became a steady dribble. I made an appt at the beginning of the week and was not disappointed. Alex not only replaced it, he touched up the paint on the house trim, advised how best to handle the sheet rock which had to be cut in to (suggesting an access plate instead of replacing the sheetrock), and kept me informed along the way. This is a job one of the most well known plumbers in Clark County said would be too difficult too complete for a reasonable price, as it would compromise the brickwork. NO brickwork was damaged today!

My home had a leak in the main line connecting the home line to the municipal line last November. After searching online, I found Go With The Flow due to their stellar reviews and decided to use them to repair the leak. They came out within 2 days and repaired the leak, which took about half a day. They took time to explain what they were doing and what the issue was. We thought the cost was reasonable and that was the end of that experience.

Fast forward 10 months and we had another really high water bill so I went to check the water meter and saw that there was a leak at the same spot that was repaired last November. It appeared to be a faulty part as the hole was directly in the middle of the brass connector they had installed. I called Go With The Flow to explain the situation to Alex and they were able to come out the same day. They reviewed the leak and noted that it’s likely a faulty part and performed the repair without charge (they offer a 1 year warranty on their workmanship). Most plumbing places likely do a fairly decent job on the initial repair but what sets Go With The Flow apart is the follow up service as they made it very painless in a frustrating situation (another high water bill and water gushing out from the new leak).

It’s not easy to find service providers with great service nowadays (most seem to focus on marketing rather than great service), so I definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.

We just had him working on the dripping shower at our place today. Chris came 15 minutes early, got to work. The job got complicated due to corrosion pipe so he has to ended up cutting into the wall and replacing the whole unit. It takes 3 times more time extra and I was stressed out since the pipe is broken. He instructed us to get new parts and stayed as long as needed to get the job done and our shower to work. His rate is super reasonable considering how much extra work he has to put in. I would definitely ask for Christian for any future projects we have. I think we found our great plumber contact to work with from now.

Contacted Cascade Clean Water this morning because of a leaky water heater. Originally, we were quoted a 1pm-3pm time frame, but shortly after 10am received a message that another employee would be here within the hour.
