What a great experience. I never like paying for things, but when i do at least the service could be great. that is what a felt about Peter. He was curious, knowledgeable, and precise. Thank you peter for easing my money separation anxiety BTW---- You are invited to Thanksgiving if you don't have plans. .

They were quick to get the work done, and professional. Cierra at reception worked diligently to be make sure we got our water heater installed and was very accommodating. It helped make a stressful situation that much easier.

I called in recently to ask an opinion on polybutylene pipes. I cant remember the plumbers name who I spoke with unfortunately but he was so friendy, was a wealth of knowledge, and I really appreciated his feedback and helpfulness. These guys are top of the line.

Had Danny come out to work on our water line near our water meter. Was super nice, helpful, and respectful. Did an excellent, quick job. We have an older house, with me forseable projects and they will be our first call for each of them!

Ryan and his team were fantastic! Very prompt, professional and thorough. In addition, they were easy to talk to and had some really great ideas on how to help me save some money on my project. I already have them scheduled to do more work for me.

In a world of so-so plumbers, these guys are awesome! Always there when they say they'll be there, fair priced, friendly and easy to work with. I've worked with them on two apartment remodel projects and a new bath at my home. Very satisfied with the experience and highly recommended.

I highly recommend CH Kruse. Easy to work with and did a great job. They replaced old galvanized pipes with PEX. Repaired another plumbers mistake that caused our crawlspace to have standing water.

Very happy with end result, had to reschedule work 1 time which is fine. Installed new tankless water heater and shut off valve. Communicated changes and held true to original estimate! Would use again for any plumbing needs!

Total life savers. I own a small dog grooming salon and came in to find my hot water wasn't working, the person I spoke too must have heard the panic and stress in my voice because when I called and they re routed a repair man( forgot his name) but he showed up and my landlord was here to help. They found the small hole that formed and he was able to just replace my water heater. Took no more then 2 hours and I only had to close my salon for one day and can continue to work tomorrow. Thank you so much. You guys rock and if we ever need anything for our home or business you will be the ones we call.

Was having some issues with my water pressure so i called CH Kruse on a Thursday morning. By 12pm I had someone at my house. He was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Everything he found he explained to me in detail.

CH Kruse came out and replaced my water main from the meter to the house about a year and a half ago and did a great job at a great price. So imagine my surprise when i get another note from the water company suspecting i have a leak based on my usage. I check a couple things before i check the main at the meter because, well it can't be that right?! When i go to finally shut of the main valve water is gushing out at the joint behind the meter. I call ryan and crystal at CH and they came out and fixed a faulty ball valve within hours at no charge! Solid group of folks. Thank you!

I seriously can't say enough good things about their amazing customer service. From scheduling the appointment to having an actual plumber come out, everyone I interacted with was helpful, kind, and informative. And if you can request Kirk as the plumber to do your work, do it! He was so honest and helpful.

We were very pleased with the excellent work of CH Kruse's professional plumbers in completing the whole-house re-piping job for our home. The plumbers were professional and careful in replacing all the old pipes and fixtures with new. We will be calling CH Kruse for any future plumbing work.

Kruse Plumbing has done two jobs for us; installing plumbing in a bathroom shower remodel, and installed a hot water heater. Great work, very responsive, helpful and respectful staff; just a good deal all around and I'll definitely be using them again!

A general contractor friend referred this plumber when our shower started leaking profusely. He arrived at our home within a few hours, had the cartridge and miscellaneous parts required for the repair and was finished within 45 minutes. Charged us a very reasonable fee, and I will not hesitate to call this man with future needs!

Absolutely an outstanding company that went above beyond on my homes complete replacement of all plumbing. I have family in the plumbing business that couldn’t compete with C.H Kruses quality and were completely impressed of level of quality that was put into my 107 year old home. Kirk and Steven arrived within the agreed upon time frame, removed my old water heater and installed the new one I had purchased. They were friendly, professional, and made sure the job was done right. After getting three bids on the job, I felt the price was very reasonable for the work done.

Fast, efficient and friendly - that describes my C.H. Kruse Plumbing experience each and every time I have utilized their services. A most recent plumbing issue was taken care of quickly at a very affordable price. I could not recommend these guys highly enough!

I always get nervous looking for plumbers, electricians or any other trade service like this. I'm not knowledgeable in how long things should take or how much they cost. I specifically chose CH Kruse because they had a lot of 5 star ratings and I wasn't disappointed at all. A representative came to my house within a few hours of calling (sorry I don't remember your name!) and was able to fix a busted pipe in an hour and a half. The price was within my uneducated estimate which was a pleasant surprise.

If you're like me and don't want to be overcharged, made to wait, or deal with any other unethical business, I would definitely go with CH Kruse.

I had some unexpected plumbing issues during a DIY bathroom remodel and they were able to do the work THE NEXT DAY (e.g., replace old piping, install shower floor, convert from bath to shower, etc.) Kirk arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He did a high quality job and I feel the money was well spent. (note- the tile work in the pic was done by me, and not CH Kruse, so don't judge too harshly)

Would definitely recommend!
