This is the 2nd time we have used Proline in a year. This time to replace our water heater and they continue to do amazing work. The whole process from requesting appt, to estimate, to scheduling service, all of it is flawless. Shout out to Eddy, who was our plumber who replaced our main line last year, and we were fortunate enough to have him be our plumber along with Nick to do the water heater replacement. Both knowledgeable, professional, communicative, personable plumbers. Highly recommend Proline for any plumbing services needed.

After another plumbing company canceled on us, I found Proline through a Google search. They said they could come right away to deal with a flooded basement. Dustin came and did some troubleshooting so we could find the problem. We’re very satisfied with the service we received and will definitely call them again should any other plumbing issues arise.

When your basement floods around 8:00 p.m. at night, and it's necessary to find an emergency plumber, this is the place to call. Their dispatch arranged for a plumber to arrive at my home ASAP. He arrived in a fully equipped truck with a video camera to shoot sewer lines and everything necessary in order to repair the problem at hand. Super impressed with the service and professionalism.

I have used them now for three major projects. One was an emergency service. Maine water line. The other two visits were preventative and code standards.
Ask for Darren, he is knowledgeable and professional.

Darren, is the best. He came out last appointment and was truly a sport. Went the extra mile, to figure out what was wrong, and ordered the parts for tomorrow to get it fixed ASAP. Anyway, have dealt with my share of overpriced electricians with an attitude and Darren was thorough, polite, and explained what needed to happen in order for us to have water again. Would recommend.

I am sharing my experience to help ensure other customers are aware of what to ask and expect if they are in a similar situation. I hired Proline for a drain repair and paid approximately $1,300, with the understanding that a more comprehensive repair would be required later. I chose to schedule that larger repair during the first week of September, coordinating around an active Airbnb listing and a narrow window of availability between guest stays.

After the second scheduled service, the drain—which had not previously leaked—began leaking at a joint that is fully visible above the subfloor. This issue did not exist after Proline’s first visit but appeared immediately following the second.

According to the technician, Tony, the company’s estimate approval process involves management review, and existing piping is not warrantied even when new work connects directly to it. If that is accurate, it remains unclear why the clearly visible drain connection was not identified as part of the scope during the initial assessment. The revised estimate referenced “unforeseen leaks,” yet the leaking joint was accessible and observable throughout. At the end of the service, I was informed that repairing this new leak would cost an additional $1,500 and that declining the repair would leave the bathroom unusable. This was communicated only after the leak had been created, and one day before I was expecting a week-long Airbnb guest.

During the interaction, I did not feel that Proline acknowledged responsibility for the leak that developed after their work. I requested that the field plumber contact his manager, as $1,500 is not a minor or arbitrary amount for a customer to approve without discussion. I was told this was the company’s standard fee. With no resolution offered, I was left with a non-functional bathroom and ultimately hired another professional to correct the issue. As someone who works in the construction industry, the handling of this situation did not reflect the level of transparency or accountability I expect from service providers.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Proline. My bathroom was left in worse condition after the second service, and the additional estimate to address a leak that occurred during their work felt unreasonable.

Just wanted to leave a review regarding proline, plumbing and sewer. We've had three technicians out here. Tyrone, Nick and Eddie all three were excellent. The quality of service was of the highest standard, friendly, extremely capable instructive as they explained everything they did we could be more pleased with ourcontract with proline, plumbing and sewer. Proline saved the Day!

We woke up to a broken pipe yesterday morning, and I called Proline for help. The scheduler was very helpful, and assigned Darren to help us. He arrived within 3 hours, and quickly figured out what needed to be done. He did a great job and also identified some things that the builder neglected when constructing our house. We’ll fix those later, but good news! The pipe was fixed and we had water back on before the end of the day. Thank you Darren and Proline!

I was not able to do the repair myself. Called Proline, they scheduled me right away for next day. People at the office answered my questions and were great. Joe did the work, overcame a couple obstacles to complete the repair quickly. Updated me as needed, work area was clean. 100% recommend!

Ivan was very smart and knowledgeable about plumbing problems. He quickly figured out the issue and fixed it fast and efficiently. Outstanding service and very professional! I would highly recommend Ivan for any of your plumbing services.

1st, the issue:
On 8/4/25, While routine-attempting to replace the rubber washers in a 78-year-old shower, I accidentally cross-threaded one of the fittings, which resulted in an irrepairable water leak, and me having to shut down the water supply to our home!
Next:
I called Proline's office and requested emergency service.
Proline sent a crew, "Nick & Eddie", to my home. After unsuccessfully being able to remedy the cross-threading, they determined that a complete replacement of the hot & cold water faucets was the only alternative.
Success was achieved with a Delta brand "Monitor", single control handle, system, all without having to destroy any of the ceramic tile wall!!
Bollom line: I was completely satisfied with this project!
Nick & Eddie were great; excellent personality and obviously experts at their trade. (Assessment, determination, expertise, speed.)
And..given the urgency, scope, and time involved, I also think the cost was reasonable. The ladies in the office were very efficient, too.
I highly recommend Proline.

Nick and Eddie showed up to do a sewer repair that was suppose to be simple. When they start digging found out the sewer line was in worst spot/shape then we all thought. They had to change plans and get the hole bigger and in a different direction. The project became a huge one. They got me immediately and went over pros/cons and the cost of what was going to change on the estimate. They where very polite!! They looked like they were hustling out there the whole time trying to beat the daylight from disappearing on them. I had a great customer service experience with them the whole day! I felt like I was involved with the sewer fix the whole time!! I will definitely be using Proline plumbing again and will be requesting Nick and Eddie again!! The company was very honest, in front about everything and got out to me in a timely fashion!! Don't have a picture of the day but my yard was put back together and they did an awesome job on the clean up!

Darren was incredible, we had a leak that soaked our entire basement floor.
He was able to come out same day and was so meticulously careful without damaging or destroying anything.

Nick did a great job helping us get our angle stop up to code for a new dishwasher installation. He was quick and informative. Appreciate the quick turnaround well.

Very very very expensive. They have been out for service multiple times at my property as a preferred vendor, as the building has it has quite a few plumbing issues due to poor construction. The service has been great but as I typed very... expensive, as well I can't say enough good things about the past Technicians which was the one main reason I continued to do business with Proline.
What has me typing this review is the recent problematic issues with Tony. Multiple communication issues over a short period of time. Not having the tools to do a job correctly on a simple repair and only able to installing a temporary fix, and when it was time to repair it Tony was completely unwilling to adjust the exorbitant pricing to make it a little more reasonable to get the repair done that he had already charged for the time he came out the first time. These are reasons I have decided I will not be doing business them in the future.
