The service we received from Proline was top notch. From the ease of scheduling to our technician Darren, we were extremely pleased with this company. Darren was very patient and knowledgeable! We would definitely recommend this company!

Darren came and installed our new faucet. He did an amazing job was in and out quickly without making a mess outstanding attention to detail. Very friendly to work with.

So happy that I called Proline to replace my water heater. Chris was able to come out in just little over an hour and had the job done a couple of hours later. Chris was very professional and is such a nice guy. He fully explained what needed to be done and to get everything up to code. I will definitely call Proline for any future plumbing issues.

I was very impressed with Proline! They were quick and efficient and kept me updated along the way. We had a main line repair needing to get done on a tight schedule, the day after Christmas! They showed up early, and finished the job and got the water turned on for all my residents ahead of schedule! Nick was awesome! He was professional, friendly and worked really hard at solving my difficult to access leaking shower drain without causing me unnecessary costly expenses. He didn't take the easy way out which would have been so expensive. Instead he thought outside of the box and solved the issue perfectly. He was straightforward and just wanted to solve the problem. Darren came out to fix the Water Well, after we had no water for a few days. The parts of the wells functions were in good shape by appearance. So my honey tried to buy parts & fixing himself. Almost a great idea, except he's not an Electrition. Darren chased down the power options & other reasons that could be wrong, & shorting or whatever was needing some assistance. Found out the pressure plate was not the correct one, looked the same & it wasn't. Also the Capasitator was smoking after water came on for 8 mins. Not hooked up correctly. So Darren will come back after parts are ordered, & install the correct parts, properly. Great attitude & very nice gentleman. Great to have an honest worker be so helpful & accommodating. He's a smart dude with his knowledge of the Wells innards. 4.90. ☆☆☆☆.9. Only cause he had no parts in truck to fix now. Still Awesome.!!!!!

Proline came out urgently to our church at a very short notice and was able to redo our whole system from top to bottom working in miserable conditions in record time! They truly are the honest and hardworking people that they say they are. Thank you again to you guys for all the hard work you guys did, God bless.

This company is outstanding. Highly recommend. We had a major plumbing failure in the whole house, no drainage severe blockage. Proline sent Andre and Dennis out in a short period of time. It turned out to be a much bigger job than we anticipated but they did everything on the spot and really knew their stuff. They were polite, explained everything thoroughly and extremely courteous. We would not hesitate to use you again and recommend you to others. Thank you!

Had an emergency call for a water valve/ pipe break during a new washing machine install from an appliance company.
Darren from Proline was onsite in less than an hour, and had the laundry room valve assembly replaced in less than another hour.
He also took time to provide a water pressure assessment, and offered to provide free quotes for other preventive plumbing changes on this 25yr old house.

Super professional and helpful from start to finish. Darren and Viktor came out to service my septic system and tankless water heater, both of which were overdue by four or five years. They did not make me feel judged about it at all. Instead, they were respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through everything they were doing.

They answered every question I had and explained the condition of the system in a way that actually made sense. I appreciate technicians who educate homeowners instead of just doing the work and leaving. On top of that, they set me up with a reminder for next year so I can stay on top of maintenance going forward.

Could not have asked for a better experience. Darren and Viktor did a great job and represented the company extremely well. Highly recommended.

It’s great to have options in town And don’t have to drive to Portland. They found the part that other plumbing supply stores told me they do not make any longer. Great job thanks for the help.

Best plumbing supply house in town. While every member of the team is great at their job, Nikki and Jon at the front desk are magnificent. They’re extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always deliver. I would recommend shopping here to anyone who needs plumbing supplies or fixtures.

Absolutely the best in customer service extremely knowledgeable. Usually they know what you're doing before you have a chance to speak if you walk in with a handful of old parts! This Is Not a Home Depot High School store these guys know their stuff! Great job staff you guys are completely awesome!
