These people are so incredibly helpful. The store is very clean and well-organized and it's the kind of place you can show them a photo and they can help you identify what parts you need and how to tackle your project. Can't say enough food stuff about them! Thank you, Grover's Team!

I had to update my review. After looking everywhere and nobody having what I needed, I arrived at Grover's Electrical & Plumbing and they had exactly what I needed! This place makes Lowe's and The Home Depot look bad! Nobody at Lowe's or Home Depot know anything about their department and they never have what I need because they are out of stock or do not carry it! Employees here were knowledgeable and friendly!

Love this place. Everyone’s really friendly and patient. It was my first time shopping and I was greeted and helped promptly. Marc stuck around with me and helped me find all the electrical items from my list as well as made sure I got the right stuff. Would recommend this place.

What a great place! I went in today in search of parts for a project. I had a general idea of what I was looking for to make it work but definitely a huge learning curve. When I explained it to Jerry he was not only helpful and patient but enthusiastic. He came up with solutions and helped me piece it all together. Ended up coming in looking for a few parts and seeing if they might work. Left with a different solution all together that will work great!

If you haven't been to Grover, go check 'em out. They have the most knowledgeable and friendly staff, and have always had what I need in stock. They fully support customers with a DIY mindset, and work with you to make sure you have everything you need to get the job done right (the first time).

Mark at customer service helped me find the right parts and bulbs I needed to restore and bring back to life a vintage light of mine. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and personable along with every other employee I encountered. This was a great experience for me and I couldn’t recommend Grover Electric and Plumming more highly.

Grovers is hands down the best hardware store I've ever been in I'm 60 so have been in a few there customer service is out of this world product knowledge second to none ...I was short on cash one evening as they were closing I wish I could remember the gentleman's name but he waited there for me while I ran to the bank and cashed a check and brought him back the money I mean who does that it was for a twenty dollar part I couldn't believe he did it ./.now that's customer service btw he didn't know me from Adam ......

They are the sweetest, nicest, and most knowledgeable people. I am so grateful that they took the time to not only find the part I needed, but also to give me a tutorial about correct installation. This is the Second time that the awesome employees at Grover's have saved me money and taught me a lot. Thank you so much!!!!

Our customer service rep did a fantastic job. He was curious and answered all our questions. However, the service reps working the floor refused to help with questions citing “find the guy helping you, I’m busy doing inventory”. I won’t be coming back here. She had the time to go find him, but not show me a lightbulb 5 feet away. That’s no way to run a business.

As a woman who wears the tool belt in the family, I often get ignored or talk down to when at hardware stores. However, at Grover's I am always treated respectfully and kindly. They have a special desk to help you with any plumbing problem or electric problem and they are incredibly knowledgeable. Their prices are comparable to the big box stores, but with a level of service that is 100% local. If you go, take lots of pictures of your problem. They will help you diagnose exactly what you need and help you get the right parts. They never make you feel stupid or like you can't do the project. It's always "sure, no problem. I can help with that!"

Every time I call Grover for a part they are helpful and knowledgeable, and when I get to the store to pick it up they know right where it is. Their prices are competitive with big box home improvement stores that are staffed by people who don't know which end of a shovel goes in the dirt which begs the question- why go to a giant lousy store staffed with nincompoops?

If you need plumbing or electrical parts go to Grover. Their people are way better, and you will get better help, finish your project easier, and be happier about it.

Case in point today I needed a 220v socket and plug. The gentleman who helped me pointed out after I showed him the melted setup that a replacement breaker which was under $20 might be smart. I forgot what kind of breakers my panel takes but I had a picture showing part of one at a lousy weird angle--- he says "yup we have those and they are not expensive" and grabbed me a new double pole breaker. On the way out he reminded me to keep the receipt in case it was the wrong breaker (it wasn't, the man knows his stuff) or I end up not needing it.

Had they gone out to the parking lot and opened my door I probably wouldn't have been surprised.

Great prices. very helpful and friendly staff. Well organized and easy to find what you're looking for. I cannot recommend enough. However, sometimes the staff takes a too traditional approach to solving your problem, such as in the case of doing custom additions and other projects. But that's not a bad thing, though they cannot offer advice for keeping to code, I'd trust their advice over mine any day in that respect.

Walked in looking for a new garbage disposal. Rather than just pointing at the isle the very helpful employee took me to the parts, asked me relevant questions and helped me select the model that would be best for my specific needs. I will definitely be going back and recommending Grover's to anyone looking for just the right part!

I recently had a plumbing issue that I needed help to solve. Two stellar employees Mark and Bob went above and beyond to help me. Without their kind help I likely would have had to hire a professional to do the plumbing work. I’m very grateful for their assistance.

I don't usually give 5 star reviews. I believe if you did your job as required, the best you get is 4 stars. If you go above and beyond what I expect, well that rates a 5 Star every time.

Grover's is like that. They always go above and beyond. I am truly a novice when it comes to home repairs, especially plumbing and electrical. No matter what the problem, Grover's has an expert on staff that is able to guide me and answer all my questions. The most amazing part? No matter if you are buying a custom $1500 bathtub or a $2 pipe replacement. They are there to help.

Recently, I needed to change the leaky water shut-off valves under the kitchen sink. I worked with Mark. He is the youngest guy in the place, but knew the exact answers I needed and had all the parts and explanations necessary.

This is definitely a store I will visit again and again.

I think Grovers used to be great!! But it seems like in the last couple years their customer service has really gone downhill! I was there today and just felt like I was an inconvenience to the employees time. And it’s not just one of them it’s almost all of them! They aren’t helpful or kind to any of the customers that Are looking for help or advice! I don’t know what’s going on there, but I think I’ll spend my time and money somehow that I feel a little bit more welcome at! If you done like your job, QUIT! or find somewhere else to work! I’m done! ✌️

    Today,
3/26/2023 I was changing out a water shut off valve in my home and I live in Sandy Oregon. I had gone to Ace hardware as well as The Home Depot and Lowe’s and could not find this valve for the life of me. (My home is forty years old and these valves are not easy to find) Years ago I owned a home in Washington and Grover’s was my go to place back then. I was getting stressed out and had overnighted with Amazon but I had to have this fixed today ( Sunday) all of a sudden I remembered Grover’s so I called and Marc helped me out. After some number checking Marc said he had the valve. So I drove to Washington from my home in Sandy, about a two hour round trip. I got to Grover’s and Marc had exactly what I needed and had it waiting for me. Please tell Marc thank you so very much he saved my day. And made my wife happy. I wish you folks were closer to where I live now but in the end it was well worth the Sunday drive. Thank you Grover’s and especially thank you Marc! I appreciate your high level of customer service sir.

We are doing a bathroom remodel with a contractor. Our house was built 1978, so old wiring and plumbing. We have had to adapt to new codes just to put our tub faucet and now our sinks. Went to Grovers. The person helping us tried everything in the store after 2 trips and nothing quite worked. Finally, out of desperation, hate to say it, went to Amazon and found what would work. The people at Grovers are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have told many people how helpful this was and to go to Grovers for all their electrical or plumbing needs. Thank you

We were stuck, didn't know what to do with our plumbing situation. Stopped in to see if they could help. And yes, our prayers were answered. Very helpful staff

Stood there looking at the wall of electrical panels for over 20 min and after employee and employee walking by the isle looking right at me and walking away I just left. I'll take my money elsewhere
