I got an estimate to replace two shower cartridges from my usual plumbing company and thought they were pretty high so I wanted to compare. Kruse plumbing had good reviews so I called for an estimate. Kevin L. Came out and gave me an approximate estimate, indicated he would have to head to Portland to pick up the cartridges so the price could vary depending on how long that would take or they could order the parts and reschedule. I told him to go for it since he was already here.

He was gone about 30 minutes. Kevin had both cartridges changed out and the job completed within an hour after getting back. Kevin told me Labor cost would be for 2 hours. I thought this was very reasonable considering he had to go to Portland to get the cartridges.

Hannah e mailed me the bill and I was pleasantly surprised. Well under my usual plumbers estimate!!!!😄

When I called and talked with Hannah she was always upbeat and pleasant. Kevin L, was very personable, professional, thorough and made sure the area where he worked was cleaned.

I used Kruse for an extensive remodel project of a rental property in Vancouver and they were great to work with and I was very satisfied with their work. My observation is that they do great work and put the customer first.

Recently I called them to repair the toilets in our home and was pleasantly surprised to hear that they have hired additional plumbers to do service repairs. Alex came on time, completed the work efficiently, and made sure that everything was working correctly.

Kruse Plumbing was great! Alex installed a new hot water tank and a whole house filter system. He took the time to explain what he was doing and how everything worked. He was friendly and very professional. The piping layout looks great! They were prompt and responsive. Thank you!

This is the second time that Kruse Plumbing has come out to our hotel. They are always very professional and take care of our leak in a timely manner. We have put them on the top of our list to call for all of our plumbing needs.

Darren is was friendly, careful and got the problem fixed quickly, efficiently and was careful with the area around our sink and kitchen.

Tristan recognized my clogged drain issue and fixed it promptly. He had all the tools at his disposal to scope the drains and blast the plug to smithereens. He asked if I had other issues and fixed my shower nozzle as well. I highly recommend Proline Plumbing.

Darren quickly identified all possible causes of water heater leak and repaired them. He was transparent in pricing and he was very professional that he answered all my questions.

We had a leak in our sprinkler and our neighbor highly recommended Proline. Darren was able to diagnose and repair the leak and we are keeping our fingers crossed that as we turn the water back on in the spring, we will have a fully functioning sprinkler!

Worst service ever!!
Gave a window of service and said they would call when arriving... missed window by almost an hour and. Never called until apparently the service tech had been searching. Car maintenance tech arrived 2 minutes after they called showed him where it was at cleaned out and opened the hatch and they wanted to charge an additional $150 for a waste of time. Had to cancel the service.
Been in business 30 years never had such a ordeal. Save the grief call someone else

This place is a scam. We called to have a simple tub/sink drain snaked in our triplex. Guy arrives, looks around the bathroom, doesn't attempt to clear the tub or sink drain, returns to his van, and prepares a $1,187.00 estimate, stating he needs approval to proceed. The fee to show up was $69.00. Clearly a bait and switch company. Beware.

Nick and my apologies for forgetting the second plumbers name are fantastic. Installing one of the most annoying bidet but complete the installation perfectly. These two dudes are the best. I can’t say this enough proline has the best service and plumbers in the PNW. Anything to deal with plumbing call proline you won’t be disappointed. I don’t know what you are paying them both, but they need to be paid more.

We had an excellent experience with our plumber—professional, punctual, and highly skilled. The toilet installation was completed flawlessly, with great attention to detail. Exceptional service and efficiency. We highly recommend their expertise!

Was told the technician would come out for $69 to assess our system and locate a leak. I was very specific and said we were on a shared well with 5 homes and the lines ran about 1/3 of a mile. Upon arrival the technician immediately said it would another $155 to do the assessment. The technician blamed the new office girl but I could hear someone training her in the background. I chose not to use them based on poor communication and felt like they would nickel and dime us around every corner.

Darren, from Proline, came today to jet our sewer line. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. Got the job done quickly too. Would highly recommend.

Has a regular coughing issue with my tub, called them up and within 2 hours it was all fixed. I really liked the digital updates on arrival time and it was early in the window they gave me. Fair price, can't complain
