Very happy I found CH Kruse. They did an extensive re-pipe of our home, replacing the galvanized supply and drain lines. They also relocated our water heater and handled all of the permits. Best of all, the pricing was very competitive. Highly recommended; will definitely be using again for future projects.

They were prompt, courteous and respectful of my home. The repairs were done well and in a timely manner. He also had the forethought to offer to raise the shower head to a more appropriate height. A much appreciated suggestion that saved me from a costly adjustment later. I was concerned that my pipes were restricted and that I was looking at an expensive re-plumbing job. I was happy to learn that that was not the case. He left a sample of the pipe so I could see it’s condition. I am so glad that I found a plumber that I feel like I can trust. I will definitely be using them for all my future plumbing needs.

I had Daniel come out to my home and replace a section of my old galvanized shower plumbing with copper and pex pipe, install a new mixing valve, run pex to the site of my future double sink vanity and split our one drain pipe into two.

Daniel was friendly, professional and punctual. He didn't mind me asking all sorts of plumbing questions while he worked.

Very competative, reliable and great work. We've used Kruse plumbing for a complete home remodel and for maintenance and repairs on rental houses we own. Ryan is always very responsive and proivdes a competative price, but on top of that Kruse plumbing is very easy to work with, reliable and does great work. We had a rental house water main start leaking and they had it fixed the next day. Good plumbers can be hard to come by and it nice to know a great reliable one. I have recommended Kruse Plumbing to others and will definitely use them again.

CH Kruse replaced our gas water heater and I would highly recommend them for any residential job. They are fast, reasonably priced and they do great work. I've had rental properties for many years and I've dealt with a lot of plumbers--these guys are the best I've worked with, hands down.

Our crawl space flooded with waste water from our washing machine. CH Kruse responded to us within the day. It was determined that 12 years ago a different plumber was lazy and did not hook up our washing machine drain line to the sewer line when we transferred from septic to sewer. Our washing machine had been draining into our crawl space for 12 years. I am so happy we hired CH Kruse to solve this issue. CH Kruse was excellent to work with. The crew was professional and exceeded our expectations. Their knowledge of how to solve our plumbing issues made my wife and I feel secure in hiring CH Kruse. We discovered we had a major leak in our main water line but only after our water bill began sky rocketing. After having Clark PUD come out to check our meter we were going through approximately 1 gallon every 15 minutes and since the leak was in the line from the box to the house, it would be our responsibility for repairs.

I began Googling plumbers in Vancouver, followed with their reviews and who offered senior discounts since I'm in my 60's and my husband his early 70's.

I narrowed it down to two, finding myself returning to C.H. Kruse Plumbing. So I gave them a call apprising them of the problem. Carl personally came out the next day to help us with what he recommended as a first step. He said once we got that report, send it to him and he'd send us an estimate.

I could go on but I won't.

From Jennifer his "right hand" and receptionist extraordinaire who sets up appointments, answers emails, can find parts for an old toilet tank with a few numbers, to Kirk who has been our guy for each service call, they as a team are the best. You are given a written estimate that includes tax. You are kept informed as to any unforeseen problems that have come up during the original repair.

Another plus is once a repair man has come out for a service call, they try to send that same person for any new repairs. This helps with continuity since they will know what work has been done as well as any further problems.

They do not do home warranty work.

I highly recommend Carl and his great team for all your plumbing needs.

We recently needed to have our main water line replaced. C.H. Kruse Plumbing was fantastic! We had a couple of complications and the team was responsive, explained things very well and overall had great customer service! 100% would recommend and use again!

Ryan, was great to work with. He helped us select a new hot water heater for our home. They did an excellent job installing the unit and we haven’t had any hot water issues since. I strongly recommend CH Kruse plumbing, they were professional, on time and competitively priced.

I had a crack in a brass fitting that was leaking in my crawl space. Kevin was recommended by a friend, for previous quality of work. He proved to be helpful and honest. The fix was straightforward and he was quick and thoughtful. He estimated that it would only be about $200 for materials and labor. This was such a refreshing and restorative experience, as other plumbing businesses had quoted us estimates that varied wildly and were in the thousands of dollars for the same work. There was no unnecessary sales pitches, and no fishing. Just effective and honest work that remains guaranteed. Thank you!

I have been 100% satisfied with the work that Kruse Plumbing has done for me in the recent past with fixture installations. They are highly professional who have high standards. Kirk has returned to help with some other plumbing needs now as we prepare to sell two homes. He is extremely knowledgeable, and I have never known another contractor or even my own family members who have been as on time as Kirk! No waiting at all. Kruse Plumbing has earned all five stars.

I am so happy to have finally found a good and honorable plumbing company! I own an 80 year-old home and have had at least five different plumbing companies come out for various repairs or installations over the past 8 years. I felt like I was taken advantage of with the other companies, but not so with C.H. Kruse. They were quick to send Kirk out to take a look at a leaking kitchen faucet. Within less than five minutes Kirk was able to diagnose the problem, which was the faucet itself. I worked with Jen to schedule someone to come out the very next day to install a new kitchen faucet. A different guy, also named Kirk, came out today to do the installation. I am so impressed with both Kirks! Both of them are knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. Kirk #2 replaced the faucet quickly and without any issues. He assured me he would be out promptly should anything come up, and to not hesitate to call. After this experience I will not hesitate to call C.H. Kruse for any future plumbing needs. They have earned my confidence, respect, and appreciation.

Have never hired this company - however, this morning while on my commute to work one of their field pickup trucks covered in markings of this company decided to fly down Main Street at a high rate of speed. Upon his lane ending he took it upon himself to try and swerve his truck into my lane to force himself ahead of me. When I refused to let him move ahead of me he continued to stay in the now turn lane and continue swerving the truck towards me.

This was not only a disregard for traffic law but blatant disregard as to human safety. Once we got to the 4th Plain intersection I was able to take pictures of the license plate.

Driving a vehicle that is marked with your company is an extension of the company in itself. If this obscene behavior is a representation of this company I warn everyone to not hire them as they vagrantly declared a lack of respect for life and law.
