I just purchased a house, and the water heater needed earthquake straps and a drain pan. This company's response was very prompt. And the communication between us was above par. They were on time, courteous, and I would highly recommend Cascade Clean Water LLC.

Christian came on short notice and fixed a plumbing issue. His prices are reasonable and he does great work. Highly recommend!

I thought I needed a simple job, but Christian found the bigger problem and worked with me to figure out the best solution. He was patient, understood the issues I was facing and communicated several solutions that would get water back where it needed to be! Excellent customer service.

My outdoor spigot had froze during the ice storm this winter. Christian was able to replace the needed part quickly. He clearly and pleasantly explained what he was doing and contacted a restoration company for me to help assess water damage.

Contacted Christian at 4:45 and the drain tech was here in 30 minutes! Did a great job unclogging the toilet. Clean, friendly, thorough.

Christian is extremely responsive, reasonably priced, and dedicated to getting the job right. My job was pretty challenging with an old house but he worked until the issues were resolved and was flexible in addressing the issues that arose. I’ll definitely be bringing him back for future jobs.

Andrew and Jeremy did a great job fixing our issue quickly and priced very fairly. I submitted a request for contact last night at 8:30PM and they were here to fix the issue asap.

Will be having them take on a few more projects for us in the near future!!!

I had a great experience with Cascade Clean Water. I called Friday morning and Jeremy and another employee were here in a few hours. They fixed my leaking sink and toilet and referred me to a water mitigation company to check for damage in floor. Much appreciated and would definitely use again.

Christian is a lovely polite guy - he came to help me hook up a gas grill to the outdoor gas line. It was a really simple job but he arrived on time and didn’t even charge for the work. Very impressed! I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again for any plumbing or gas work. Thanks Christian :)

Jeremy responded to our inquiry right away and was able to come the very next day to check out a variety of plumbing issues we were having. He helped us get our pipes scoped right away and when those showed up clear he helped us fix the remaining issues in a matter of a few hours. Super pleasant and kept us in the loop the whole time! Jeremy did a great job with a great attitude. Took care of our broken valve in a quick and clean manner. Even squeezing us in when he had a busy day. Happy to recommend!

I called Christian at 9:30 on a Saturday. He was able to come out at 10:30, troubleshoot, and have the issue fixed by 11:30. The issue involved a leak in one of the external hand pumps on our property. He quickly figured out the issue and repaired it. Fantastic service, great communication throughout the job, and the work includes a year warranty.

Chris was timely and very professional. I found his company on the app thumbtack but I would highly recommend him and his services for any of your plumbing needs. Unfortunately I had to call because of water leak in the crawl space under the house and Chris was able to not only diagnose but to fix and help prevent more leaks from happening in the future. Once again I would highly recommend his services. He made sure to leave the house better than he found it.

I had Christian come out and install all my new plumbing for my condo. He installed three bathroom sinks, and the kitchen sink. He did a fabulous job, was very professional, and very personable. I feel like whenever I call he comes in a timely fashion. I highly recommend him.

Christian was great. He showed up on time for the job. About 30 prior to him showing up I discovered a bad leak in the laundry room. Christian took care of the leak and the original installation very quickly. I highly recommend him.

Christian was wonderful and rushed to grab the necessary parts from a hardware store before it closed to help me during a late night repair. I really appreciate how quickly he was able to help and fix the issue and take that additional stress off my shoulders already. Well worth the money when I don't have to worry about the pipes busting again while no one would be home to monitor it.

I will affirm everything positive that has been written in other’s reviews. It’s not easy to find good contractors these days, but i feel like we won the lottery! We had an urgent situation that, turned out to be a bit difficult, but Christian had it resolved in just a couple of hours, at a very reasonable price. So thankful and grateful!
