Our water heater started leaking and Jeremy was able to come out next day to take a look at it. He ended up replacing it along with some other work.. Jeremy was friendly, the prices seemed reasonable and we would definitely go through Cascade again for future plumbing needs.

I’d give Christian 10 stars if I could! He went above and beyond to replace our leaking water heater, answered all of our questions, diagnosed and repaired a failed pressure control valve (the likely culprit behind the leak), and took the extra time to confirm the new unit works exactly as it should. Less than 24 hours after we discovered the issue, we are back in business with a fancy new unit and renewed peace of mind - all thanks to Christian!

Christian is awesome! He was punctual, respectful, and communicated expectations. We even had an issue with a broken new toilet that wasn’t his fault and he still came out to re-repair. Hire him! You won’t regret it!

Chris did a complete repipe and remodel at my house including the main line and I cannot recommend him enough for any plumbing projects. He walked in with a game plan, was punctual, and showed up for seven straight days to finish the rough in. Also was always available over call or text to answer any queries I may have had. My grandmother had a plumbing issue with her bathroom. We had called some other company first and boy was that a mistake! Not only did we get charged, but they didn’t fix the problem. When we called back they said they wouldn’t be able to help us for over 2 weeks, which for an elderly person with mobility issues we couldn’t wait that long to have an accessible toilet for her.

Luckily I found Cascade Clean Water online and gave them a call. They were able to come assess the problem in less than 30 minutes, and came back the very next day with the supplies they needed to fix it. The folks who helped us were so professional and incredibly kind. Beyond grateful for how they took care of my family like it was their own.

I know they have earned every 5 star review they have and honestly I’d leave an 8 star review if I could.

Jeremy came out to provide an estimate on our bathtub install. He was polite, professional, and personable. Although we ended up using another contractor for this job, I was impressed with his customer service, and would absolutely consider using them in the future.

Christian responded to my message within minutes, came out to us in less than 24 hours of our conversation, he was fast, efficient and kind! If I could give him 10 stars I would. He'll definitely be the person I call next time I have plumbing needs.

Christian was great! He was quick to respond to my inquiry and come review what needed to be done. He was able to come fix the issue the following week which was awesome! He did a great job with the repairs and was very good at communicating with us as we were out of the country when he did the work.

Well, that may be a bit dramatic, but on a Sunday afternoon my 16 yr old water heater failed and MULTIPLE 24 hr shops didn't have anyone available. When I called Sound, Christian picked up and jumped into action. I was able to send pics of my existing setup and after discussing options and price, he was on the way with my new 50gal water heater.
He arrived promptly out to Hillsboro and got to work. There were a few hiccups with my existing system that didn't match with what was being installed, but he ran to the hardware store to pick up the necessary parts and finished the replacement.
My 2 and 4 year old were able to get their night-time baths shortly after he left and we'll have hot water for my wife and I in the AM.

Christian was quick to reach out and listen to my issue of a leak in a section of plumbing underneath my house. He was detailed and transparent with me, and gave a very good quote once he gathered as much information as he could. He was able to come out the same day. His work wasn't just quick, it was detailed and directly intentional to the issue. This isn't the first time I've had to have a plumber come out to my house but this was the best experience. Great prices, and great service.

UPDATE: After this small repair, we hired Christian to repipe our house. His bid was very reasonable and he and his helper were able to get the job done for us on a very tight schedule. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing experience with Christian at Cascade Clean Water! After our water pipes started to literally screech, I called several places to get a diagnosis and work done. Christian was prompt with a response back and set me up with an appointment the same day. He came out and within minutes, diagnosed my problem, ran to the store to purchase the necessary supplies, and was back to make the repairs. He replaced a faulty water pressure valve as well as our overfull water heater extension tank quickly, and we are now back to having quiet pipes with a better flow. His friendliness, knowledge, skill and pricing were also greatly appreciated.

One of your drivers almost caused damage to my vehicle this morning at Sunpointe Apartments. They were too impatient to wait for a vehicle to pass so I could turn left, and jumped the curb and ran over the sidewalk to turn left, with about 3 ft of space to get by me to make that turn before speeding off down the roadway. I have video I plan to turn over to the apartment complex as soon as I get home from work today as well as i will post it here with the license plate. This guy should not be driving on a public roadway if he's going to drive recklessly, in a company vehicle no less.
