Got the best quote for a new AC unit and they were able to schedule an install time right away. The work looks great inside and out. Would definitely recommend.

Do not use this company. They literally are located within 2 miles of my home. They billed me travel time to send a technician from 35 miles away, charging me for 1-1/2 hours of travel time. On top of that, there was a trip charge applied of $40. Additionally, they serviced an air conditioning unit that they installed NEW just over one year ago. I inquired what would cause a brand new a/c to run out of freon and they had no answers. No repair made and they just added freon. Bill amounted to $600. Very disappointing to say the least. Don't use them. Customer service is not good.

Front-end planning resources are extremely helpful in designing HVAC system to meet space needs. Air Temperature Services has the best inventory and access to system components, including RTU's as well as kitchen hoods, and as a result offers extremely competitive pricing. Definitely recommend contacting for project needs!

We've worked with Air Temperature Service for many years as a trusted resource for our preventative maintence on our HVAC systems. Recently, one of our AC units stopped working and I called and spoke with the Service Manager Lindsey. She dispatched techs right away and they found that the unit was done. Since the building is less that 10 years old, Air Temps inspected the entire system looking for a root cause of the short life span and discovered an underlying issue that led to the early failure. We really appreciated the fact that they didn't just replace the unit and send us a bill. They took extra steps to ensure that the problem was properly diagnosed and corrected with a long term solution.
They techs that did the work were really friendly and thorough. They made sure we were fully back up and running as quickly as possible.

So glad I did. The young man (hate that I didn't take down his name), who was very kind and courteous, arrived on time, explained the issue and quoted what it would cost to fix it. We agreed to the quoted price, which we thought was fair, and he fixed it there on the spot. We've had no problems with his job.

We will definitely be calling them with any future home issues.

My experience with Southport has been outstanding!!! Nathan was very professional, respectful, knowledgeable and honest. He answered all my questions that confirmed my decision to select the system and the company. He was available throughout the process. Dylan and Nathan were superb installers!! Professional, courteous, kind and knowledgeable. I actually miss them, they felt like family. I LOVE my system!! It meets my environmental values, extremely efficient, quiet and a wise investment! The cost is very reasonable and accessible, well worth it! I recommend anyone, especially those with high cooling expenses and/or larger homes, to delay no further. I’ve suffered Wisconsin’s increasingly hot summers too long. Today, I’m smiling and confident in my decision. Actually, I’m proud of myself.😌

Both Tim and his apprentice Tommy worked well together. Tim showed Tommy how to do the job and explained why something was done the way he did it. They cleaned the areas after they completed the work. They did their best to answer all of my questions. We had problems getting all of the parts that were needed, so each time parts came in they made the trip to install them. Their professionalism explaining the issues with the parts problem went a long way. I liked the quality work that was done. My last comment is that I would use their services and those of Southport again.

My 2025 furnace was excellent, unfortunately, my 2026 furnace maintenance service was not! The technician did not complete the routine maintenance to my furnace, despite paying for this service!

Vince did an inspection assessment, completed a report, told me what was wrong, then shut down my furnace because "he said" there was 1 ppm (part per million) of carbon monoxide reading "in his meter".

I later learned this is normal. EPA states 0.5 to 5 ppm still safe range. My detectors never alarmed.

I assumed Vince and the other tech still did the regular maintenance service needed to run my furnace. I paid the full service price! But they did not!
I believe they were only trying to sell a furnace to me.
They were friendly but not sincere.

I had a full hvac system installed last year by jackson and Jacob and the system has been running beautifully ever since. Both techs were extremely polite and professional

Not only was the job performed as expected, we were impressed with the cleanup job - especially when the tech used our steam cleaner on the hall carpet. We were also alerted to an error that our regular heating and cooling company committed. We'll definitely call Southport again!

I have always had great experiences with this company. I really appreciate how quickly they came out as well. Justin did a great job with our plumbing issue. He is professional and polite. Will definitely call again if needed in the future!

Joe was a GREAT plumber. He addressed the issue conservatively and then continued on until he addressed the problem. He was polite, professional, well educated. He knew what he was doing. I will be using Southport Home Services again. I had different plumber from another place last week and he did not fix the problem. Joe got right to fixing it. He respected my home and cleaned up after he was done. Great job!

Jackson at Southport Home Services conducted my annual plumbing inspection this morning. He was on time, service was quick. I have used Southport for 9 years and have always had good service.

Our water heater died and Southport was able to come out and replace it the same day. We found Travis, Jacob, and Vincent to be very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.
