Great service. Kind receptionist. Work was done well. Got our heat back. Thank God for warren heating.

On call tech, Jose, answered the call immediately, was on time and explained what he was doing. Fixed the problem and the cost was very reasonable.

Had Warren Heating and Air Conditioning install a central air unit at my home. They were friendly and professional and quick to answer any questions that I had.

Heather quickly knew the problem and fixed it. Then she did two more things to check and improve my AC during the service hour.

They've been super quick with their service, helpful, reasonably priced and have really nice personalities and don't push unnecessaries. I can't imagine calling anyone else. If I ever leave the north side I'd pay extra to make them drive out to me :-)

Our air condition is dripping water, so we called them, since they are the one installed and still during their warranty time. The guy show up at three days later and he said it is raining that he can not do anything. It end up took another one week for him to come back. And yes, he fix the dripping, but the next day the air condition is not working, we have not heard from them, it probably will take another week for that guy to come, and it is very hot now.

I will not be going to anyone else. It was so hot in my house I could get a egg. Whitney was excellent she found away for a tech to get to me. And Heather was excellent she came right in doing the problem and cooled me off real quick

Randy was out on a cold Saturday in a hurry and showed me how to fix the problem myself and waived his emergency service and dispatch fees altogether. Great guy, and a good education as well! Many thanks to Randy. Extrememly recommended.

My central air went out, I called and they sent someone right away and their technician Heather sat out in the hot sun and had me up and going in about an hour, great service, I would highly recommend.

Kevin was super helpful and knowledgeable and took time to explain everything. Warren in general has been very great to work with !

Curtis was punctual, kind, and knowledgable. He fixed my broken AC within 45min. Great service, I'll be using Warren for AC maintenance in the future.

The work they did was fine, and appears to be good so far, about a month in. However, I come from a place of respecting someone's time. They rescheduled once. Fine. For me personally, when I say I'm going to be somewhere, I do it. I was there, first thing in the morning, my schedule cleared, awake, my phone on, listening for the doorbell. I don't feel like Warren Heating and Cooling respected my time. Three more reschedulings later - mornings where I had to arrange to be home and up early, and one morning where my husband had to stay home from work, and even then it turned into an afternoon job - half the job got done, and then MORE reschedulings after that, the job was finished, and then it was $600+ over estimate. I don't recommend their services.

I had them come out to my house to help with my humidifier and settings. The man who came was very nice but he told me he was a fill in and did not know the answers to my questions. I never received a bill or anything that was in November and now it is April and the lady from the front desk said I will need to pay or be sent to collections. Wow I think that they should not be sending people out unless they know how to fix the problem. I still had to pay money even though nothing was done it was literally he came down to my basement and said" oh sorry I am not sure what to do about those settings".

I am only giving 2 stars because I actually thought the man who came was nice although he did not know how to help me. I am giving zero stars at the fact that I was charged for this and giving no receipt or invoice and was threatened to be taken to collections on top of that.

Our a/c went out one night in the middle of a hot and muggy few days. I called Warren first thing in the morning and they had a tech there within 2 hours. He had to go to the warehouse for a part but was back in an hour and had us up and running 15 minutes after that. We also use them for our regular maintenance checks so I highly recommend them.

Warren answered the phone when I called and gave me a two hour window. The repair person was there 30 minutes into the window. He was professional, made the repair in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. I will definitely call again!

I recommended this company to one of my friends and he had one bad run-in with one bad installer, who apparently was having a very bad day. Otherwise, he had good things to say about the other people who helped him out and he got an incredible price on a new furnace installation. I would only give 3.5 stars instead of 4 because they had to come back to touch up a few things. I can say that he was quite happy.

Called and got next day service. Price was more than reasonable. The tech (Curtis) went above and beyond by not only fixing the issue I reported but actually taking the time to show me things that I could do in the future to improve the efficiency of my system.
