Excellent communication between Harker office & us regarding furnace check up reminder and notification that our technician Brandon Lange was on his way.
Brandon was friendly and very professional- appreciate the service call and also the photo & bio sent out to introduce him !

After I described my issue, he explained what was likely the problem. He patiently showed me the problem and checked the other items for servicing. My potential $1500 charge became the standard service call charge- a great relief. He also noted that although my furnace was aging, it was efficient and operating fine.

Harker is the best. We’ve had them out twice now for 2 different furnaces and they fixed the issue for their regular service fee. No upselling or telling us our furnaces were needing to be replaced like another local company.

We had a wonderful experience after discovering our furnace and air conditioner needed to be replaced. It started with sale rep Arron Wood who advised us on options in selecting new units to fit our home at a very fair price. He got us scheduled and had three excellent techs to install them. They worked from eight to four pm to get everything working. Plus they were very personable. Our furnace room was cleaned and trash removed plus the outside of our home was spotless. We couldn’t be more pleased. One thing that really caught my eye was the retention rate for their employees that says so much about a company and its culture. The BBB A+ rating confirms my experience.

Kyle was very personable and very knowledgeable of my furnace problem. He explained what he was going to do, asked if was okay to proceed and I said yes. He completed the work and cleaned everything up after he was finished. Thanks Kyle for a job well done!

We had a great experience with Harker once again! We got an appointment fairly close in, Adrian was great, arrived on time, took care of everything and explained it all. I’m never calling another company for HVAC needs – Harker has never let us down.

Harker Heating and Cooling sent out one of their best today to do a cleaning/maintenance on our heater! Brandon let us know via phone and text that he was on the way. He arrived in the time frame we were told he would. I like that Harker sends a picture of the person coming to the house as it's a nice safety feature! He did a great job here, was friendly and professional! We have been clients of Harker for 25 years!

I was having issues with my furnace and called Harker yesterday morning. They had someone out today! The technicians who came to my home were friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful and they got the problem solved quickly. I appreciate Harker's text communication system, even sending a photo and info about my technician ahead of his arrival. I will definitely call Harker in the future and recommend them to others. Matthew was very nice and knowledgeable. I was hoping it would be a quick fix, but 3 hours later, it wasn't as easy as thought. Matthew fixed my issue and was great about explaining everything. Also gave me some good tips on making the furnace last longer.

Tyler has been to our home twice, once for repair and once for maintenance and he is extremely knowledge, kind, and helpful. He did a great job and came out to our house quickly when we had a leak on our heating system on a very cold day.

Chris was great! Very thorough, polite and professional. There was a mixup in scheduling but Harker was able to fix it promptly and get my service done the same day. Much appreciated.

Harker was able to send a repair tech out to assess and fix the issue with my gas fireplace within 2 days of my calling. In comparison, the "gas fireplace place" did not have an opening for 6 weeks. The tech person diagnosed and fixed the issue in short order. Harker has been a pleasure to work with over the last couple of decades and I recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

I called on a Sunday, talked to a virtual assistant and that service is amazing. The software found a technician who could visit the next day. The service gentleman sent an email with his photo letting me know approximately an arrival time. The service completed was detailed in the check list emailed me with photos and overall what was done to my furnace and humidifier system. Excellent simply Excellent.

We worked with Jordan, Isaak, and Anthony. All were professional, courteous, and accommodating. They respected our property while working efficiently. We'd recommend Harker to anyone!

Update: we scheduled an annual preventative maintenance inspection of our furnace as a follow-up. The technician, Adrian, was prompt, communicative, and friendly. He did a great job!

Harker replaced 2 furnaces at my rental property in Sun Prairie. I got quotes from 3 local companies and went with Harker because their pricing was very reasonable (they didn't try to sell me a "Cadillac" product/warranty), they had good reviews, their technicians seemed very knowledgable and they were super easy to work with when it came to scheduling and customer service. I'm really happy their work and, after having varied questionable experiences with other local companies, I'm grateful I have a company I trust going forward.

come out on a Sunday, the cost was quite high.

Harker 100% rescued us! When we were told that our boiler wasn't safe to run, the original company we met with wasn't able to get out for a week, which is less than ideal in single-degree temps. I reached out to Harker, got a call back that day, a quote the next day and they were out on Tuesday- 2 to 3 days before the other folks.
Not only that, but the quote was detailed and extremely well-priced.
The crew they sent were kind and professional and answered all of my million questions about noises the new boiler might make. They cleaned up beautifully when they were done, too.
10/10 will call again and will happily recommend!
