I was quoted a job that seemed to be a fair price for the work needing to be completed only to be hit with a bill that was twice the quote. Then when the technician made a lazy attempt to complete a repair I was told it was "done for free" and I would have to pay even more money. If you can't complete a project within the quoted budget and then ask for more money to complete a repair that your guy did a poor job on I would never recommend your company. Lies from your technician and double the cost equal a very poor review.

Our A/C needed to be replaced during the hottest week of last Summer and our Hot Water Heater in the coldest of days this Winter. Preston and Dwight always do amazing work and they are great people.

Without exaggeration, Ben at 1901 was the only HVAC specialist willing to assist me in their busy season when my boiler went down. He helped me on HIS day off even. 100% respect and thank you again.

This company totally rocks. They helped me get my AC fixed on Memorial Day when I could not get others to even answer the phone. Very family oriented company with a very kind and understanding staff. I would absolutely recommend 1901 Inc. for any of your construction needs. We had a few issues with the plumbing in our 1918 house, and it was swiftly resolved. Dan Powell, the service manager, determined the fix and sent Steven, the 1901 service plumber to work his magic. Steven was professional, efficient, and did a top-notch job.

Would not recommend. My family has used them for 20 years and the last bill we received from them for an AC and furnace cleaning and check was 3 times what it was in 2022. There was nothing wrong and no repairs were needed on either item. Hourly rate only had a small, reasonable increase; but what took 1 hour two years ago apparently took 3 hours in 2024?!? I would have expected 1-2 hours, but not sure how it took 3 hours.
We were so disappointed, as they had served us well for a long time and the technician was courteous and friendly.

Our conference center was in full swing when the cooling system went into alarm. 1901 Inc. sent technician Dave D. the same morning, and after diagnostics were complete, we were fortunate all parts were available same day. Dave was very considerate toward our needs. Recognizing we had a full house, his work was timely, clean, and accurate. The cooling system recovered instantly and is now running smoothly. I have been in the mechanical field for 30+ years, and this is what we call “a good day.”

I have been using 1901 to service our HVAC systems for several years now. I have been working with Ryan and when he comes to do service, or pm's, on our units, I know he will find and recommend any repairs that are needed. When the repairs are done, the units will run all season without any problems. If a unit should happen to break down, with a phone call Ryan is right there to repair and get it back running again. 1901 may be a little more in price than some other companies, but I can trust their work and know it is done right.

I am super happy with my results by simply calling Dale! Got back to me in a very quick turnaround time and I love the fact that he helped me over the phone instead of coming out to my house and basically flipping a switch and charge me for it! you don't get this kind of service much anymore it seems so I will forever give good reviews about this company! thank you

Brian and his crew installed a new heater at our home. Brian is awesome to work, knowledgeable and responsive. His crew was polite and punctual.

Same day service by Brian. So helpful and by far the best pricing. We called at least five area HVAC repair companies. He fixed the unit within 30 mins. Will use Dale’s again!

Was having problems with our furnace not lighting up, Dale's tried to coach me through some quick fixes over the phone, when those didn't work he for me in for a non emergency appointment in just a few days. When he came out, took 30 minutes for him to figure out that my son has filled the exhuast pipe full of rocks and clear it out, charged me a small fee for his time.
Called four competitors, two never returned my call, two said it would be weeks unless I wanted to pay for emergency services, neither tried to help me out over the phone.
All around, very impressed and very grateful, will certainly callnagain for futurentriuvles.

They installed a new furnace and air conditioner at the price they quoted on the day they scheduled in less time than they estimated. All done in less than 3 hours. We got several quotes for the job. Dale's was second from the lowest quote.
