My home just sold and the bath tub didn’t have hot water. All Comfort stopped in one day! Levi G. was my expert, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Wore protection on his shoes and took all wrappers etc. with him after it was repaired. Paid receipt promptly given and all set for my buyers.
Thanks for the fast response!

Dave did a wonderful job inspecting our heater and explaining the unit. We will definitely use All Comfort for our AC check in spring as well as any future heating and cooling needs. Exceptional experience!

called them am of 11/14 said we had a bad leak in the basement and it probably had been there a few weeks. Receptionist was fantastic and got someone out that day (I belong to the Comfort Care program) which covers dispatch fees. Plumber came withing 2 hrs, diagnosed what could have a very major and messy water problem for us, fixed it and he was wonderful. I have used them for years and recommend to anyone

So glad we called All Comfort Services. We just moved into our home and found that our furnace hadn’t been serviced for seven years. Aidan was very professional and knowledgeable in servicing our furnace and Aprilaire. Bonus - he was even great with our dogs!

Heat went out on our furnace on early Sunday morning. My wife called and they were not able to get to it ( I get it, I’m sure they prioritize). I deferred until Monday ( 20 degree night temp) was a bit chilly in the house but ok. They called Monday morning, to schedule, they said between 8 and 5. Thank goodness I can work from home. I called at 1 pm for a status update and tell them I have to go pickup my wife they said no problem I was next on the list but the tech just got to his appointment before us and we had time. The tech showed up at the house, thank goodness we called and he waited! Great tech, he was in and out fixed the issue. I don’t mind waiting but communications could be better.

David Hess was my technician and I can’t say enough about how lucky I was to work with him. Came home to my heat not working on a freezing cold day (first one of the year), he called me and we exchanged pictures and videos of the problem. Said it was likely the motor had gone and wouldn’t be able to get the part until the morning. Saved me over $1000 by not coming out that night but coming early the next morning. He was through in explaining everything and making sure everything worked as it should. I am forever grateful that he was able to save me as much money as he did,

I called Thurs about my floor drain in the laundry room backing up. They were able to get a technician out right away Friday morning.
Mitchell arrived at 10:30 & got right to work. He gave me an estimate, explained what he was going to do & kept me informed at every step.
He was courteous, pleasant, informative & most importantly, didn't talk down to me, as most "service technicians" I've dealt with in the past.
He cleaned up the mess he made & also the mess the water left in my basement.
The best part was it cost less than his estimate!
I'll definitely use their services again, request Mitchell for my tech & recommend them to friends & family. -
Our AC gave out in September of 2024. We contacted All Comfort Services and they came out for a diagnositc and had recommended our AC be replaced with Aprilaire dehumidifier seeing that we have two dehumidifiers running on each floor of our home. The Aprilaire dehumidifier would be throughout our home eliminating the needed for the small portable units we currently. We thought it was a great idea with the dehumidifier because we have bamboo flooring throughout one floor of our house and our humidity needs to be at 50 or below. We run our portable dehumidifier year round and thought this would be a great option, plus it was marketed that it would save on our energy bill. The installation took place October 2024 and we ran the Aprilaire dehumidifier for a few months just to find out that instead of saving us money on our energy bill, it went up about $200 each month. On top of that, the moisture in our home was not controlled. Our bamboo flooring warp in many areas of our home with the Aprilaire compared to our portable units. We called AllComfort and they sent another tech out who informed us that the initial tech did not connect the unit correctly so although when we had it running, it was not doing anything. The tech corrected the issue, however our floors are still warping and our energy bill is the highest it's been. At one point they had indicated they were gonna charge us for coming out to mitigate the issue when it was their negligence from the start. All Comfort is overpriced with mediocre work as we paid lot to put this extra service into our home only to be truly disappointed. We shut the Aprilaire off for a few months now and returned to our portable dehumidifier units. Our warping flooring improved and so did our bill. These extra add ons do not do a darn thing for your home, except cost you more money. Truly a disappointment because we have been retuning customers to All Comfort. We were scammed into paying for something that did absolutely nothing so please do not fall for these extras and save your money.

We got an appointment with the plumber within 48 hours during a holiday week. The first plumber who came to our house did not have the power pack needed to clear the drain and so a second plumber came later in the day and finish the job. Both men were friendly, competent, and conscientious With the shoe coverings. We would definitely use this company again.

I needed to replace a very old and dubious furnace and also install a high-grade dehumidifier in a basement with some challenging needs and All Comfort rose to the task! Billy was very thoughtful and knowledgeable and provided a very reasonable quote. Installation by Brandon and Dylan and the initial test run went smoothly. Dehumidifier initially had a drainage issue but Brandon was able to return that same day, diagnose the problem, and implement a fix that ensured things ran smoothly. Thank you ACS!

2025: After previous good experiences with All Comfort we hired them to do a Furnace and Heat Pump installation, as well as a Panel upgrade. Everything went exactly as expected, and we are pleased with the final result for all portions of our project. Special mention to Nicholas Moran for providing wrap around support when our paperwork needed additional details for tax credits/incentives, and when the unit appeared to be missing a piece (from the manufacturer, not from All Comfort). Also shout to to Taylor in the front office for getting all our work scheduled in an timely order. All Techs and install staff were clean respectful, and got the work done in a quick manner.
2023: Had a great experience with All Comfort when our furnace was acting up. Not only did they fix it that day (for a reasonable price), David took time to talk though the issue and recommend things I could check/fix myself if it happened again. No high pressure upsell, no pushing extra/needless services, just what I needed. -
Nick took the time to answer questions, lots of questions. They suggested several options and I felt no pressure to buy their best or buy from them at all. Crew installed the furnace - which looks and runs great- and am looking forward to seeing them in the spring when they set the outdoor unit..

A great company! Devin replaced some old outlets and a security light. Didn't take too much time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely call All Comfort Services next time I need electrical work!

Billy is fantastic! So easy to work with, unassuming, polite, professional, no pressure, answers all questions directly. Super reliable and responsive. Pushed my job through quickly, They carry top rated products at good prices, and best yet he knows everything about all the rebates I’m eligible for and that took a huge weight off my mind. I would highly recommend All Comfort Services. Oh - And the company is employee owned and local. What’s not to love?!!

I wanted to take a week or two to calm down before writing this review. I am giving them 2 stars because I did not have any issues with their electricians that I met. However, my experience was disappointing with their HVAC crew and upsetting with their plumbing crew. I don’t have the energy to list here all of the complaints I gave to their customer service folks, but here are the highlights.
I originally contacted this company due to a small water leak in my ceiling which I traced back to a toilet. I knew when I contacted them that they would be one of the more expensive options, but I was okay with that. I am willing to pay a higher price to have something done right the first time. But that’s not what I got, at all.
The plumber told me the issue was that the toilet needed to be replaced and charged me a higher diagnostic cost because he couldn’t get the water valve to turn off by the toilet and had to turn off the water main. Yes, an up charge for him to walk to the basement. He also said that if I joined their comfort club this issue would have been found in an annual inspection and this could have been prevented. I fell for it and signed up like a fool.
A different plumber came a few months later to install new toilets I bought and do the annual inspection. I figured if one had gone bad, I’d be proactive and replace them all. This second plumber had no issue turning the knob by the toilet that gave the first plumber trouble. This second plumber said the actual root cause of my issue was the collars not being installed correctly and not the toilets. Both toilets he removed had this issue. So I was charged for new collars and the toilet installs. Additionally the inspection only included the water heater and water softener, no toilets, drains, appliances, or faucets.
I had a water remediation company come to look at the damage. The water damage company noticed when looking in that guest bathroom that the brand new toilet was loose. I contacted All comfort and they sent the same plumber who did the install back out to check it. He found a bolt had come undone and insisted that the water damage company wiggling the toilet is what cause the bolt to come loose. 🙄 The guest toilet was re-bolted. A few days later the guest bath toilet was used and water spilled out onto the floor when flushed. It was still loose, bolt was still in place.
I contacted All Comfort to complain that the brand new toilet was now unusable after the second install attempt. I also asked for my comfort care account to be cancelled, because I was mislead about what would be covered in the annual inspection and I was mad that my furnace stopped working the day after they did the annual inspection and servicing. I was also charged an after hours fee for them to repair my furnace that went out the day after they touched it, because I called after getting home from work and wouldn’t wait until morning. I have an autoimmune disease that keeps me chronically cold and I could not stay in my home that night if it was going to be 50 degrees.
How did they resolve my issue? They graciously waived the $180 early cancellation fee for my comfort care account. How kind to not charge me more. 🙄
So… after paying these folks $3,200 over 4 months here’s what I got.
-1 new toilet installed I can use (I bought the toilets myself from Menards)
-1 new toilet installed that leaks and can’t be used
-chipped paint on a door frame from toilet hauling
-water heater inspected
-water softener inspected
-furnace serviced
-furnace filter replaced
-4 to 8 hours without heat in January
-a new furnace switch, without a plate cover
-a disconnected furnace humidifier
-an electrical panel inspection
-a flickering light issue diagnosed and properly repaired the same day as the electrical inspection.
I’m honestly not sure if their plumbers are incompetent or if I had incompetence weaponized against me to up charge me because I’m a single woman. -
Buyers beware they are %30-50 higher than the going rate. We were charged $2,000 for a furnace motor replacement and flame sensor. On the high end parts are $800 this means they charged us $1200 for labor for 4 hours of work. They charge $150 to send out “a well stocked truck” and then they charged us $75 because “the well stocked truck” didn’t have the right parts.
I will be calling in the morning and update my review either way.
Edit: Customer service rep called and we came to a partial resolution. Improving review to 2 stars as they did compromise. -
David Hess helped me over the phone multiple times today - he walked me through reset instructions of our furnace and thermostat and helped us troubleshoot and fix our issue with no costly overtime/service call. His help was so appreciated and kept us safe and warm in -10 weather!

Updated Review: 1/6/26
All Comfort Services installed a new pressure switch in our furnace on 12/15/25. That same pressure switch failed on 1/1/26.
Between the original installation and the second failure, I had a gut feeling that I'd been fleeced, as they charged $550 after tax just for replacing the pressure switch. I had looked up the part, and seen that the same pressure switch typically cost anywhere in the range of $45 - $85.
So when the part went out again, of course on a holiday, I called them, balked at their after hours dispatch fee, and decided to go with a different company to replace this now faulty switch.
The tech from the other company noted that the date code on the pressure switch is 05/15. From what I can find, this can either be YY/WW formatting, or WW/YY formatting. So the pressure switch that All Comfort Services installed was either manufactured in 2005, or 2015. Either way, at least 10 years old and older than our furnace.
When I called All Comfort to explain all of this to them, I was met, basically, with a shrug. They stated that they aren't in control of the age of the parts manufacturers send them, and that the part could have been in the service tech's van for a handful of years on top of that. They also noted that it would've been free had I chosen to have them come in and replace the part again, because it fell within the coverage window of when they last made the repair.
All of that is well and good, but it's important to note I still feel duped when All Comfort Services charged me $707 ($149 dispatch fee and $521 switch replacement + tax), and the other company fixed their mistake for just $175 (Notably just $90 for the pressure switch replacement).
One last annoying detail: All Comfort Services installed our furnace. The paperwork they pinned to the furnace had an installation date of February 2016. I pointed out to the technician that we were still within the 10-year warranty window. He called, I believe, the ACS office, who told him that the furnace was actually installed in August of 2015, conveniently expiring the warranty window. On the phone with them again today, they went back on the update and confirmed that the furnace was installed in February 2016, but that the warranty only extends to the original purchaser (which we are not).
When I called All Comfort Services to go over all of this, I, probably naively, expected an offer of some kind of refund or credit for the whole situation. Considering they're a company that offers a service subscription at $30/month, and up-charges nearly 600% for a part installation, I figured they could afford some kind of reimbursement.
All that said, I'm very disappointed in the overall experience, and feel taken advantage of. I'm typically one to do my homework before contacting a service provider, but when your furnace goes out in the middle of Wisconsin winter cold spell, I don't think anybody would blame you for calling the number on the paperwork already pinned to your furnace.
The ACS tech was friendly and, at least temporarily, fixed our problem quickly, but I absolutely will not be working with All Comfort Services again, and would go out of my way to tell folks to avoid them.

Our furnace went out around 9 AM, and the tech from All Comfort had everything back up and running by noon. He was knowledgeable, transparent, and very friendly. We have a very excitable Golden Retriever, and not only did he not mind, but he gave him a couple of treats. -
Was amazing service and very knowledgeable about all aspects would highly recommend to anyone as they are my go to for any services. Collin was great he made sure everything was done right. was easy to talk with answered any and all questions I hade. great technician

We discovered our furnace was blowing cold air at 11:30 AM on a Monday just a day after the first snow and deep cold of the year. We called All Comfort around noon as a new customer, and by 1:30 PM, they were here and began working on it. By 3:30 PM they were done and it’s working perfectly! They were so easy to work with from dispatch to technician. We’ll be using them from here on out!
