I am happy with how quickly the company responded to my inquiry about an energy-efficient water heater. Taylor Janz replied promptly with information to set up an appointment. She also made sure to obtain information about my HOMES program eligibility in advance - and confirmed the appointment plans with both me and my Mom (who had to meet the technician). She also made sure to alert us about initial billing costs as well as the rebates that I could qualify for.
Thor, the technician let us know arrival, and he was polite and professional. He answered all our questions and explained everything about the heater and the options that would work for me. We have a bid but have not contracted yet.

Outstanding install! Mike and Dylan cleaned up so many problems with my former furnace/duct work, humidifier routing, electrical messiness when installing my beautiful new furnace. This company is great!

Mike and Dylan from All Comfort Services put a new furnace and air conditioner in our home. They were professional and friendly. Mike showed me everything I needed to know and answered all of my questions.

All comfort services robbed me. They do not charge labor and materials. I paid over $1500 with the $149 trip charge. I looked up the part on line and I could have paid $280 for the part. So over $1300 for the part and labor. He was here a couple hours, part of which was waiting for a second part because the 1st one didn't work. Problem not fixed. Went out of town for the night and turned thermostat down to 60. Came home and set the temp to 68. The blower went on and off every minute and it took over an hour to get up to temp due to this. I paid over $400/labor. There is only one resin not to separate material and labor cost. Lack of transparency to be able to rob you blind. Beware I called several places and this is a common business model.

I called up All Comfort because I had a leaking bathroom faucet. I was prepared to fix it myself but the shutoffs to the faucet were seized up and I did not want to risk breaking them and then having a real emergency. I saw reviews of them and decided to give them a go. They were able to come the same day and Colin did a real nice job of addressing the issue. As it turns out the installation was not done by a plumber and not to code. I’m going to consider having them back out to address that. I will wait for their quote. For the work they did, their responsiveness, my initial call, everything was first rate.

Had frozen sewer line an Mithell came out and did a great job. He's great an friendly young man. It was a pleasure to have met him. Will definitely use him again. Keep up the good work kiddo.

Can’t say enough good things about our experience having All Comfort services. They put in a charging station for us. All the people we interacted with were great, the workmanship excellent - and much more affordable than other quotes we got. A pleasure to work with.

I hired All Comfort to upgrade my electrical panel. I appreciated that Zack arrived when they said he would. He was professional. There was another employee with him. They completed the job at a good time, and cleaned up the job site. I truly appreciate that. Thank you All Comfort!

I called these guys to take a look at a furnace “fix” that the buyer of my house wanted done before close. This “fix” was not something that was needed to be done in order to be up to code, and that was the first thing I was told when the guy showed up. Instead of telling me it needed to be done and drive the sale, the team wrote up for me documentation proving that my system was up to WI code which was enough for my buyer to be comfortable proceeding with their purchase of the house without having any work done. They saved me $1,200 when they didn’t have to! I’m convinced this group will shoot you straight.

All comfort services did a fantastic job- from scheduling with staff, to the quote experience, to the job itself- every step was easy to navigate and high quality through and through. They even vacuumed up our bathroom after installing the new fan, so I didn’t have to deal with dust like I expected! We’ll definitely be working with them again.

We are very pleased with the service from All Comfort Services this past week after our air conditioning went out. From the initial diagnosis of the problem by technician Jeff Behring, to the outstanding sales presentation by Nick Moran, to the expert installation of a new furnace and AC unit (heat pump with humidifier, dehumidifier and smart thermostat) by Andrew Ware and Jeff U, it couldn’t have gone better. All these gentlemen were professionals who were kind and thorough. We feel confident we made the right decision replacing our complete HVAC system, which was 18 years old. We would definitely recommend All Comfort Services to anyone else

Dave was an awesome service technician. Very detailed and knowledgeable. Explained every step he was doing. Do not let this service tchnician get away from All Comfort. Your technicians are the main reason we have been a customer since we purchased our home in 1990.

While I continue to rely on All Comfort Services and am happy with them, I was shocked at the estimate I was given to replaced my heavily soiled plastic tubing that goes about 30 feet from the water pump on the floor up over the ceiling and down to the drain. It was a simple but slightly awkward job that required no electrical connections. The estimate I was given less tax was $328.28. While I’m retired, I can still do some of these things, so went to Home Depot and spent less than $10 to replace the tubing… My concern is the impact these exorbitant overpriced estimates have on those who don’t understand the simplicity of the job and see no alternative other than paying… with this service call I paid $142.74 which was for inspection of our humidifier to determine the source of a noise that I was concerned about…. I’m not concerned about that charge, but thought my concern with the tubing replacement estimate was worth noting…

The crew headed by Nick Littel was a joy to have in my home. They were awesome to say the least. I had my whole panel moved and hooked back up due to some water damage. They did that all in a day. Granted a very long one but were very cognizant of getting the job done in a safe and efficient manner. They also came back a second time to finish off the second half of my proposal, new puck lights in my living room and a new outside outlet. It was good to see them again and now that everything is all completed, it all looks awesome. I want to thank the crew, Nick, Chayse, Devin, Thor and a final thanks to the guys who got the ball rolling. Corey, Rich and of course Taylor. My apologies if I forget some names. You all were awesome and will definitely look into you guys for some more work into the new year once all the holidays are over with. I am so impressed with All Comfort Services from the dispatchers to the technicians. We just became Comfort Club members in December and have already had so much help for the $33/month membership. We had a kitchen faucet replaced and someone helped with our drains. We had our free yearly furnace inspection (Scott was so informative and taught me a lot about our furnace). And, Rich (master plumber) replaced our water softener. In particular, Rich was such a breath of fresh air. Not only did he teach me how to read my water gauge to see if I had a water leak and replace my water softener, but he also fixed a bar on my front storm door that was broken, and brought up my garbage can from the curb! Amazing! I am so grateful we found All Comfort Services. They are such a well run company.

I had a clogged basement sewer and call All Comfort Services to repair it. They sent Mitchell out to diagnose it, and he was at my home within one hour of me calling. Total work time took about an hour and the sewer was working great. Mitchell also cleaned the area and left it clean so I didn't have to do anything once he was done. Great job done professionally and a nice too. Great job. Thanks All Comfort.

They quickly responded to my request for a faucet (liked being able to request online!) and they thoroughly went through our utility room. They recommended a new water heater and softener and likely saved us from a flood! It all got installed in under 4 hours and we are LOVING our new water life! Rich and the othe plumber were kind, professional, knowledge, efficient, and didn't make fun of my low plumbing-literacy!

We enjoyed working with All Comfort Services. They replied to our service call quickly and Mitchell Hendrickson did a great job clearing out the clog in our kitchen drain. Mitchell was very friendly and informative about how to prevent another clog in the future. We will be happy to work with All Comfort Services and with Mitchell Hendrickson again in the future!

Have had several decades of experience working with HVAC people at my primary residence and vacation home. Monta is the best. Able to quickly diagnose problems as well as provide thorough routine maintenance. Very impressed with Monta and glad to have him as a resource.

Our technician Collin M. was absolutely fantastic. Super thorough, fast working, polite, and just seemed like a nice down to earth guy. Can’t recommend him, or All Comfort enough.

Overall great job. Devin was on time, introduced himself, sent a nice profile text of who he was with a picture and bio. Thought that was a nice touch. He did a great job. Explained how everything would go. Gave me options with price breakdowns. Cleaned up after himself leaving everything as it was before he started. Also, very nice touch wearing shoe covers as he walked through the house. Very good technician.
