My AC unit is not working and I called Dale’s this morning. I was able to schedule a visit after 6PM the same day. Brian kept me updated with a phone call and text as to when he will arrive. Brian explained the possible problems. The AC is up and running in less than hour. Brian was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend Dale’s if you have AC issues.

Dale just saved us 100+ dollars. He answered my question. Had my furnace running like new in a matter of minutes. Called a couple places first, wouldn't let me talk to anyone, just wanted to send a tech for 100 bucks, just to diagnose the problem. Only place I will go from now on. Thank you very much Dale. It is greatly appreciated. Will always recommend going to you. Very helpful and a genuine good person. Need more people like you.

Zach got my no-heat service call on Sunday 2/14 -9F degrees, AFTER I called another furnace place that went out for $249 and said it would be $1500 to fix and they didn't have the part. Zach came out from Dale's and had the part from their inventory! My tenants had heat and a brand new draft-inducer motor and fresh air-cleaner too! Zach and Dale's saved the day without a doubt! I saved them in my phone for my future business!! A+ my friends, A+.

Brian and Jim were really great to work with. They installed some ductwork for our new range hood in the kitchen for a fair price. We found out there was an issue during installation where they cut through a wire supplying power to an outlet in the kitchen. When we told them the next morning, they came out a few hours later and repaired it as well as going in the attic to make sure the existing ductwork was all good without any extra charges. Would definitely call them for our next job.

Dale's was recommended on Next Door and I couldn't be happier! I called them for a furnace on the fritz and Brian was able to squeeze me in last minute, was super nice, and explained everything. The price was super reasonable too. Dale's will be my go-to for any furnace issues from here on out.

Great service! A/C broke on Friday memorial weekend and everywhere else I tried calling had long waits and crazy holiday/weekend charges. Left a voicemail and Brian called back shortly after and said he could stop by my house in between his other appointments. He had my A/C fixed within like an hour, charged a fair price, and was very nice! I don’t usually leave reviews but I am just very happy with this :)

I've reviewed Brian's business before, this time it's for a quick, responsive and professional repair for our A/C. When your Veridian Homes sourced Goodman A/C unit fails, and it will fail, call Brian. In less than 24 hours, Brian replaced the motor and compressor unit. I called last night and he was here at noon. I highly recommend Dale's Heating and Cooling - transparent, professional, knowledgeable.

Made an appointment to get our furnace an air conditioner replaced. June 8th between 4/5 pm. No show and no phone call. Called Baybrookes heating and set up a date, they showed up on time. Brett was very easy to work with. Gave us a very fair price and installed both units with in a couple of days. SNOOZE YOU LOOSE DALES!!!🤔🥂😃

Brian, was great. Evaluated the 20 year old furnace one day, installed a new furnace the next day. Set a time and arrived on time. Laid down protection for the wood floors and carpets. Quick, friendly, honest, and thorough help with our furnace! We called after hours, had help within an hour and a temporary fix, and a new furnace installed two days later. Brian helped us get rebates and navigate the warranty, taught us a bit about how our system works, and left our utility room cleaner than it was before! COVID note: All staff who came to our home wore masks.

Brian and Tom installed an Aprilaire whole-house humidifier in December 2023. It immediately made the house more comfortable, with no adjustments by us. Brian also helped with our older AC in the past. It needed a new capacitor which he replaced for $25; AC has been working great since them. Brian is very knowledgable and friendly.

"My neighbors recommended Dale’s and I’m really glad they did. Brian the owner took over from his dad and he was helpful, honest, and straight forward. He never tried to sell me something I didn’t need, and his price was the best for both the A/C and the furnace. He is also one of the few companies that give a 5 year warranty on labor. I did research and the Bryant brand he carries gets very good reviews, and it was one the most reliable brands according to consumer reports!

I met with 5 different HVAC companies, and although they all had good reviews most of them just assumed they could sell me more than what I needed. It pays to shop around, Cardinal heating and cooling also sells Bryant, and their proposal was more than $1500 extra! Brian, on the other hand, is very professional, punctual, and he answered all my many questions. They have been in business for 33 years, Brian has more than 20 years of experience installing HVAC, and they are insured. His staff were also thoughtful, professional, and they finished the installation a little faster than most other companies estimated, perhaps because there were 3 of them including Brian. They even swept the floor where the team was walking in and out of my house. I can see why they get an A+ from the BBB and 5 stars from all their customers. I will be happy to tell my other neighbors and friends about Dale's and Brian in particular, he runs a good honest business with great staff."

Brian diagnosed the issue with my heater on the spot by the symptoms only, without disassembling it. Then he took it apart, cleaned the sensor and put it back together in less than an hour, and charged me exactly the amout he had quoted me for the sevice visit on the phone the day before the visit. Dale's Heating and Air Conditioning is BY FAR the best value in the business. As far as completing HVAC repair/maintenance/installation, you have a tremendous number of choices. The majority of them would complete the work successfully. However, how many of them are responsive and punctual? How many of them will only try to sell you exactly what you need for your situation rather than the products they want you to buy? How many of them will be honest with you when you ask them about additional services? Will they just take the additional money, or will they tell you not to invest in something that will not benefit your comfort or energy savings? How many of them keep their profit margins low enough to pass those savings on to their customers? Over 20 years of home ownership I have used many different HVAC companies. Then I found out that my Dad was using Dale's Heating and Air Conditioning so I gave them a try. I can confidently say I won't have to continue company shopping, as Brian and his staff are my go-to from now on. He has repaired our systems previously and just completed an install of a new furnace and AC unit at our house. Outstanding pricing and service. I would highly recommend that at the very least you let Brian give you an estimate on your next project. You'll be very happy that you did!

Brian (the owner) was absolutely fantastic and incredibly professional! He and his crew showed up right on time for both the initial quote and installation; answered all of our questions thoroughly and respectfully; installed the unit quickly and left a clean work area; wore masks for the entire process; and never tried to upsell us to things we didn't need. (A different business in the area quoted us a MUCH higher price for the same model and install work.) One thing that I would like to highlight as a woman is that they treated both my husband and me equally, and we both felt respected and included in the conversation. We will gladly work with Dale's Heating for our servicing needs moving forward, and highly recommend them to anyone living in the Madison area.

Brian and his crew are terrific. I hired them to replace an aged AC system in my condo. It took some time to find the proper replacement equipment through no fault of Dale's. The replacement install also presented some challenges but Brian and his staff were timely, professional, and patient. I highly recommend doing business with this local company.

Had a furnace issue and sent an early morning text, which was promptly returned by a phone call from Brian. We’ve used him for service issues in the past on a previous home with great experiences. He was happy to come look but also let me know that he’s unable to get same-day parts for our brand of furnace and recommended another company that would be able to get it fixed for me today, on a 10 degree morning.
