Needed a furnance repair in an investment property where time is of the essence in keeping heat on. Had a great experience with Dale's. Brian was quick to arrive, identify the issue and complete the repair at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Dale's!

THE BEST! One of the GOOD GUYS! Dale's was THOUSANDS CHEAPER than the area competitors, some of whom push you to buy new and overspend with commission-based sales people. Brian (Dale's son) is really good at what he does and is very thorough. He was honest, fair, and prompt. He went to my computer with me and walked me through signing up for the 10-year warranty and showed me how to use the new thermostat, and he even installed a screen on the outside pipe where a bird had gotten into the unit. He just installed my new furnace. (And it was $1,000s less than a place that starts with a "C.") Next, I'll have him do a new central A/C, too! I won't call anyone else.

We needed to replace our older HVAC system with a new one. Dale's (Brian) was one of 3 companies that we had come out for quotes. He was thousands less than the other 2. We had used Brian in the past for a furnace repair. He is great because he does the installs and really knows his stuff. Very professional, came on time finished the whole project in just over 5 hours, cleaned everything up, showed us how everything worked. Can't say or recommend Dale's enough!

Great experience! Had my HVAC inspected and had a smart thermostat installed. Brian took the time to explain all of the options available and any recommendations for HVAC/AC repairs or replacements. If you're nervous about being taken advantage of and want someone who's honest and doesn't try draining your wallet, look no further! I've had some pretty awful experiences in the past with expensive visits where nothing ever seemed to be done and the service charges were horrendous. Not the case with Dales Heating & Air! Will be going to them from now on!

Earlier this past year, Brian helped me choose an A/C and furnace combination that fit my needs, and did a great installation within a reasonable amount of time (A/C unit from the 70s decided to call it quits at the beginning of summer).

From the multiple quotes I received, the pricing was a good bit less than others using comparable equipment. He knows his stuff, and quickly resolved a couple of hiccups that arose when we started using the heat for the winter. This is an honest company that I'd trust to call with any HVAC issue.

Brian and Zach are wonderful. They are on time, communicate well with their customers and deliver high quality service. We had them install a furnace and a/c for our condo 2 years ago and they have been great about our follow up care needs. For a small local company they really go above and beyond!! Dales Heating replaced our A/C and furnace last September. They were very responsive, flexible, respectful, and easy to work with. However, the thing that truly set them apart was that 10 months later when our A/C stopped working on a hot Sunday, the owner came out himself within 20 minutes of receiving our call and fixed the problem, even though it was not actually an issue with the A/C unit he’d installed. We were so impressed that he dropped what he was doing on a Sunday afternoon to help us!

I had been hearing some weird stuff when I turned on my furnace, saw Dale’s was recommended on Reddit and gave them a call. Brian responded super quickly and was able to stop by the same day! A really nice guy, super helpful and knowledgeable. I will be using Dale’s from now on and highly recommend them.

The only HVAC company I will ever call in Madison. They returned my message within minutes, diagnosed the problem over the phone, and were able to set up an appointment in a very short amount of time. Over the summer my AC went out, and they were to my house within an hour, and had it fixed within 90 minutes of my call. Today on the first single digit temperature day of the winter, I woke up to a 50 degree house, I called Dale's and the problem was fixed within minutes. A great local company with a friendly and attentive staff. I cannot recommend them more.

We had wonderful service from Josh after our AC quit working. He was prompt, nice & very professional. He was able to fix it right away, which was great especially with the hot, humid weather.

We discovered last night that our nearly 30 year old AC had stopped working. Of course it chose to go out during a dreaded Midwest “heat dome” with daytime temps around 100. Most uncomfortable night we’ve had in decades.

Called Dale’s first thing in the morning and they said they’d have someone come out between 1-3pm. Josh showed up right in the middle of the promised window and went straight to work diagnosing, then fixing the issue.

Turned out to be a capacitor which is apparently a common issue around this time of year as people are starting to fire up their AC units. The capacitor was located in a little box that the utility company placed on the side of the unit which allows them to shut off our system if needed to prevent rolling brownouts during times of peak demand. There was a big mouse/chipmunk nest in the box along with some leathery corpses. Josh cleaned all that out, replaced the part and hung around to verify the unit was again working.

We went with Dale’s after reading all the positive reviews on Google and some recommendations on next door. True to those reviews, they were on time, reasonably priced, and efficient in getting the issue resolved. On another 100 degree day to boot. No upsell, no BS. Unlike some prior experiences we’ve had with other large outfits.

When it comes time to finally replace the unit, we’ll be going with Dale’s. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had Brian and his crew over last Tuesday to install our new a/c and furnace. They got here at 8:30 and left at 12:30. Everything was cleaned up and spotless. Their pricing is also very, competitive. We would highly recommend them.

Brian replaced my furnace in the fall and as luck would have it, my AC died in the summer during a super hot few days. Brian was prompt and replaced the AC as quickly as possible. He had a team working on it to get it done efficiently. All of them were friendly. The person sent to the house to initially look at the AC was polite and asked what my preference was regarding shoes (on or off in house). It was pouring rain when he was out looking at the AC but this didn’t seem to phase him. After the furnace install, I had a question and he stopped by that night to take a look. I will call Dale’s whenever I need HVAC work…honest work and honest price.

We had Brian install an Bryant AC unit last year. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We got 3 quotes and we liked him and the price the best. I even had a question 1 year after install and emailed him on a Sunday. He answered my question within 10 minutes! Great guy, great company…do not hesitate to hire him.

When our A/C unit had a leak Dale’s came out and added some Freon to keep us in cool air until we could replace the unit. We shopped around and found Dale’s to have the best price, unit and warranty. They came out within a few days to install the unit. They were professional and kind. We will absolutely use Dale’s for any future maintenance.

Called for service on a leaky natural gas line. Came out the same day to check and got things repaired in about an hour, thank you Josh, Alex and Brian. They have put in ac unit and fixed our furnace over the years, always quick to respond, honest, reliable and fair. Only people I would trust for my home.

He has many years of experience, and has given me wise advice on different options for maintaining or replacing my equipment. His pricing is low and he has always been upfront.

Our service need was weekend emergency furnace repair. Brian at Dale's Heating and Air is amazing. This was the 4th place I called on a -15 degree Saturday morning with no heat. He personally answered his phone when 3 other places I contacted sent me through an AI service and had not returned my emergency call within 30-60 minutes. He was able to get there within the hour, have our furnace serviced within another hour, and was on his way; all within 2 hours of the initial call. Incredibly professional, efficient, and also great prices. I will 100% continue to go with Dale's Heating and Air for all of my future furnace and air needs.
