Southport Home Service has been incredible from the start. Bookings and estimations were easy and our consultant Jackson was so wonderful! He never pushed us to buy anything and helped guide us to the right decision after answering lots of questions. Highly recommend both Jackson and this company.

Southport Home Services is a great company and a great choice to take care of your HVAC needs. Although we have dealt with a couple of the other local service companies, we were lucky to come across Southport when we were ready to replace our furnace and AC. They made good, solid, recommendations, suggested going with a heat pump, and did NOT try to upsell us on more than we needed.

Jackson Barrow and the installation team were fantastic to work with; knowledgeable, patient, willing to explain and educate as they did their work. They fixed some issues with the previous system's infrastructure and made sure we were well taken care of. When we had a minor issue (no fault of Southport) Jackson and team came back out prompltly and took care of it, despite our request being a bit of extra work for them.

I really can't recommend them highly enough!

Jacob and Jackson came to our home in Verona and did an awesome job. They were very knowledgeable about our air conditioning situation and discussed options for a new thermostat. They even helped me connect my phone to the new thermostat. Very friendly and personable the entire time - plus they gave lots of pets to my dog! Wouldn’t have changed a thing about their visit - highly recommend!

Southport helped us install some new HVAC equipment. The staff were great, and the new dehumidifier and ERV system keep our house's internal environment comfortable. Our humidity would creep up to 70% on 70 degree days, and the new system works wonderfully to keep the humidity around 50%.

The Southport technicians were efficient and thorough in their inspection and clear in describing the options for addressing the concerns they identified.

Personable and professional. Solid looking work, done fast. I can say nothing bad about Andrew and his work today. He put in a new sump pump and a new backup pump for me. Saved me cursing and yelling for 1-2 days and likely 10 trips to the hardware store for parts. Money well spent! I would definitely be happy to have Andrew work on my house again!

Jacob Monday and Vincent Beyer (both AC/furnace maintenance workers) and Tommy Reynard (plumber) have all been excellent at providing estimates and service.

AC installation: we couldn't be more pleased with the technicians,they worked well together,were polite,knowledgeable, accomidating. We got the best quote which was all inclusive,including top tier ac,and great crew.

Very courteous and friendly. We were told exactly the condition of our equipment. After explaining what was good, fair or poor we were given options on how to repair. There was no pressure to take the highest bid. We were told why one bid was better than the other. By that time we knew Jacob and Vincent were going to listen to our opinions.
