Have used SavATree for some minor storm damage and regular maintenance/pruning. When 95 mph straight-line winds in Waunakee this spring altered our back your tree line (4 huge trees =28" diam= torn up and down), SavATree was out the next day. Offered options and what I thought was a good cost considering the amount of work. They scheduled me reasonably. I was able to assist with branch removal and that led to a more reduced price. Teams were excellent, polite, diligent and cleaned up very well!

They had to come back a second time to complete due to heavy rains. Kept me informed and showed concern that their equipment would not tear up my yard...hilly

These people are amazing & did an Awesome job in removing some Arborvitaes & other bushes from my front yard. They're all so friendly, are great @ communicating, & did a great job from start to finish / clean up.

Save-a-tree were great! They promptly visited us after we requested a quote online; and gave us the quote (which was very reasonably priced) within 24 hours of that visit. Then they scheduled the work, arrived with their team of efficient professionals, completed all then work and paid attention to detail! It took a couple of weeks to coordinate the survey team to mark the utility lines for the stump-grinding to be completed, but once that had been set-up, they returned and finished the job in a timely fashion. Highly recommended.

We had a very large Silver Maple tree removed from our yard. Miguel and his team did a great job safely removing the tree, and were very courteous and professional. In addition, we received stump grinding, and planted a new Legacy Tree through SavATree, and we have peace of mind knowing they will help look after our fledgling sugar maple.

We are extremely happy with the work that SavATree did at our home. We had a 24" tree removed from a very tricky location in our backyard. The crew was not able to get any large equipment into our fenced in yard on a very steep slope. They successfully removed the tree almost entirely by hand, avoiding any damage to our fence or pergola. Additionally, the crew was professional, a pleasure to work with and did a fantastic job cleaning up after the work was completed. 5-Stars Indeed!

Wonderful experience - thanks so much for the professional job all of you provided! The crew arrived when promised even though it was FREEZING weather and spent 2 days taking down a complicated tree on our property line, as well as removing dead wood from our old silver maple. The clean up was exceptional and we were glad to see all the safety measures taken for the crew themselves and the property.

We are very happy with the service and price SavATree has provided. Cody, the arborist, that assessed our trees was professional, knowledgeable and communicated well. We had an ash tree treated and needed a very large arborvitae tree that split removed. In addition, the two workers that came to remove the tree were friendly, communicated well with how they were going to remove the tree and did so very carefully without damaging anything. We will continue to use SavATree in the future.

SavATree personnel were prompt, professional and courteous in dealing with a number of trees on our property that required attention. They asked, after pruning and removing deadwood from each tree, whether we were satisfied with their work, before moving on to the next one. SavATree does amazing work! They have treated my ash trees for the last several years so this spring, after some losing some big limbs in all of the storms, I knew SavATree would be able to help get my trees in shape. They are easy to communicate with and very responsive. Their crew arrived as scheduled and did a beautiful job trimming and cleaning up. I worked with Cody Stinson. I have a disease prone tree and a dying tree . Cody explained the disease prone tree needed to be treated and trimmed. Cody explained why the dying tree could not be saved and needed to come down. Cody answered all my questions. They dealt with both trees in a timely manner. They cleaned everything up that you couldn't tell they were there. Highly recommend them!

Capital City Tree experts helped save our favorite Magnolia tree. They are incredibly knowledgable and professional and care a great deal about customer service and your experience with their employees. Their service is timely and they have excellent communication with customers. I recommend them highly.

Darrell and his crew did a great job removing a gigantic silver maple limb that was hanging over our garage. The tree belonged to a neighbor, and they were very professional about getting proper consent from them prior to removal. Aside from being 50ish feet tall, it was hanging precariously over the garage and the power line to the house. We have a fenced in back yard, so that also made removal more difficult. They were able to pop one of the fence sections off, and drive their equipment into our very tight yard. They didn't leave any tracks, and took care to leave the yard as they found it. My wife and I would highly recommend Darrell and his team!

We had SavATree come out to our house to look at our two giant silver maples that are close to our house. Michael was awesome! He is super knowledgeable and wants to do what is best for you and those trees. We would recommend using SavATree!

I used Capital in the past and was very happy with the actual work they did after waiting four-plus months last year. For approximately $2300 they removed two huge oak trees and ground the stumps. Recently, however, I had a very different experience. One small (dead) tree blew down -- completely uprooted -- and I had another medium- size oak that was split at the base and in danger of falling. Two guys came out from Capital City last Monday and I endured twenty minutes of 'jokes' about being charged $20,000 and was told that they would 'have to bump someone else' to accommodate me. I was initially (seriously) quoted $2000, but a few seconds later it was $2400 for a total of $2500 and change. I went back into my house, burst into tears at the thought, and then got angry and did a bit of research. I contacted another tree service -- a five- star, fully insured business -- that got back to me right away, did a consult on Wednesday, and had the job completed by 9:30 Friday morning for $800 LESS than what Capital wanted out of me. Needless to say, I will be using them in the future and not wasting my time as I did with a place that clearly does NOT value me as a customer.

These guys are amazing! I had a next door neighbor getting a very large tree taken down and Ricky and Andy were very professional and careful with our property as our houses are pretty close together. They even took a small pile of tree limbs we had from the last storm that came through and put them through the wood chipper for us!! That was such a help!! I was kind of worried about that big tree coming down, but they did it quick and cleaned up so well afterwards, you would have never known they were even there!! Highly Recommended!

Andy and Cody just left my place after taking down a large pine tree and a large walnut tree next to my house. They also trimmed up a couple other trees. My yard is cleaner than it was when they got here this morning. Stumps flush cut as requested. Nice work! Very professional.

Just moved to Madison last year and this is the second time I've had Capital City remove trees on my property. From meeting with Miguel to get a quote, correspondence to confirm the quote, scheduling the work and work completed , this outfit is first class. Starting with the person who reviewed my problem and provided a detailed cost estimate, to the office personnel who "e" mailed me and set up the time for the work to be done, to the foreman of the men who came to perform the work, Capital City was organized and professional. The care and safety measures utilized by the crew in protecting my property and performing the work was exceptional. And the cleanup afterwards was thorough and well done..

We have been using Capitol City Tree Experts for 3 summers. They have been instrumental in treating and saving the 5 large Ash trees on our property. We have had 2 EAB treatments (2 years apart as recommended), a root stimulant treatment this summer and their crew was here yesterday to trim the Ash trees to get the dead/damaged wood out. Everyone we have been in contact with over the years has been friendly and professional. They listen to our concerns and provide answers as well as recommendations on the best way to proceed - Miguel has been instrumental in helping us plan out the attack on the EAB. Our trees look better every year! The trimming that was done yesterday by Trace really made the trees look fantastic! I know a lot of people are not saving their Ash trees, but ours are such a big part of our landscaping we felt it was worth it to try to save them. Capitol City Tree Experts has done an amazing job for us, and we very highly recommend their services.
