Definitely some hiccups with Sav a Tree purchasing the business. Had to argue to get services continued that I wanted for my tree that were in writing upon purchase but they decided to no longer honor. After I had to follow up because of a lack of service, I was advised it would be honored for me. I doubt the same case for the others who don't reach out. Seems like a national corporation has taken over now and that will kill the local desire to serve from what I've experienced.

Savatree has done a great series of jobs from tree triming to treatments for Apple Scab. The yard was always restored to pristine condition. I recommend them without hesitation.

I have had great service from SavaTree and Capital City Tree, which is now part of SavaTree. They keep my ash tree healthy and removed a difficult limb on a big tree. They always listen and have good recommendations.

We have two crabapple trees in our backyard have been in SavATree's (formerly Capitol City Tree Experts) care for three years now. When we purchased the property, they were both almost barren and had limbs that were dying and falling off. We weren't sure they were still alive. They came out, took one look, and immediately diagnosed the problem. They have been treating them annually now since and both trees are full, flourishing, and beautiful. We could not be happier with their expertise and service.

Really appreciated their prompt response to our broken tree branch. The pricing seemed pretty fair and they worked quickly, they did fall short on a couple things but were willing to come back out and fix the problem and would still consider using their services again.

We have used them twice for fallen tree limb removal. Both times they came in with the best price and quickest scheduling. Both times were less than a week when other contractors were over a month out.
They removed the limbs quickly and could barely tell they were even there.

We recently had to have 4 trees taken down after they almost fell in a storm. SavATree had somebody out to assess the trees the same day that I called and then came and took the trees down within the week. I also like their online portal for viewing estimates and making payments easily.

We called on Save A Tree as a branch broke off and did not fall during fall storm. They found another smaller branch too that needed removal. We know Save A Tree through periodic shaping and removal of limbs about every 10 years. They are amazing!!

They are excellent about commuicating their availability and signal any changes associated with weather, equipment, issues, etc. We alwas are delighted with their work.

SaveATree did a removal of 5 huge evergreens on my property. This was a complicated job due to the size of the trees, location, and access to remove the debris. The crew was professional and efficient, in addition to being extremely thoughtful to my other landscaping. SavATree took down a large tree in the corner of my yard by fences. The aborist, Mick, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The crew did a great job and left no debris when they were finished. Reasonable price, quality work.

Summer of 2024 has been a tough one for trees in our area. We got proactive and hired Sav-A-Tree to help us keep a beautiful birch in our backyard which was showing signs of cracking. The arborists did an excellent job installing dynamic cabling and did some careful pruning as needed. We hope our birch will be here for a good long time thanks to the work we received. Thanks!
