I am not great with plumbing. But when I have a plumbing problem hese folks are helpful, always have an answer , will walk me through the repair And more than anything else they are patient and willing to help a novice. I love this store!

A++ Over the years they have got me out of a few jams, not only have had always had the parts I thought needed, they also steered me in the right direction to a better fix more than once. Highly recommend

Guys we’re so helpful! I was able to fix my tub handle for a fraction of the cost! And when it didn’t work as expected the first time they modified the shaft for me for free! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Very poor selection of plumbing, compared to other places in Wisconsin or Illinois

Stopped in here to get a universal toilet tank lever, because it was close by and I wanted to support a local business. Was told I needed to know the brand and type of toilet because they “stock 50-60 different ones and the universal ones don’t work anymore.” So I went to Menards and got one there instead which works fine. Oh well.

Horrible experience. My husband went in with a supply list. The person he spoke with said he was too busy and to send it in an email. I sent the parts list in an email. I called to follow up and was placed on hold and then told I would receive a call back because they were too busy. I called back two days later after no call. They had no idea what list I was talking about, because nobody brought it to their attention. When they found the email I was told that they were too busy, it would take five hours just to find pricing, and another four to five days for the parts. Unfortunately they are too busy to help customers. I was looking forward to supporting a local store. We are building a bathroom, meaning the opportunity for them would have been great.

Called and SPECIFICALLY asked for a Moen part and was told that they had it in stock. DROVE ALL THE WAY ACROSS TOWN only to be told that they didn't have the part. The man said he thought I needed a Kohler part instead. MOEN AND KOHLER DON'T EVEN SOUND ANYTHING ALIKE OVER THE PHONE! While waiting in line there were customers that were returning parts that originally were told that they needed by the workers there. And the Worst part was that he didn't even seem to care and that it was no big deal that he told me the wrong information over the phone! I think it's time for those 2 guys working there to quit and retire, especially if you can't even HEAR OVER THE PHONE. If I could I would give them ZERO STARS!

They offer great service and large selection of parts. I needed a small Kohler part to fix a shower. They had the part and was reasonable priced. So my shower was fixed the same day rather than waiting on shipping from an online store.

Talked with slightly rude guy on the phone. It seems they only have parts for one brand which is fine, they could have just as easily said that.

Great store! Had a part I needed to repair an old 1940s Kohler faucet in stock. Who appeared to be the head guy there, helped me out with some of his knowledge and tips which made the repair easier than it would have been otherwise. Next time I need some plumbing related stuff, I'm definitely going back.

Immediately know and have what I’ve needed every time I’ve gone. I love that shops like this with people who actually know their trade still exist. Shop here, not the big boxes!

Trying to fix plumbing issue myself with very little experience. Called to ask for help. Was told to send pic. Inner an hour later I followed up asking if they had the part. Reply was that it wad in stock. The man behind the counter wad helpful when I went to get the part. However, I was charged $61 for the sane party that home depot charges $39 for. Receipt indicates they only accept exchanges on major brands.

Horrible customer service!

I stopped in for some water supply lines. I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed, so I brought my old lines with. I was informed by the employee that the sizes are universal, and to just pick a length I needed (without looking at the old ones I had in my hand). When I got home, one of them didn’t fit. I attempted to make a return, at which time I was informed that I could not return it because it was used (since I screwed one end on a pipe). I confronted them that they told me it was universal fit, at which time they changed their story and stated that they are not, but they pointed me to the most common size.

The worst part of this all is how I was treated. The owner or manager began to blame me and said, “It’s not our fault, you should know what you were looking for.” I went to this place because I did not know and thought they would help me. If I knew exactly what I needed, I would have gone to Home Depot and got it for cheaper. Trust me, I will not be returning.

Very knowledgable and always has things you’ll never find anywhere else . Great store. Has helped me out many times. Thank you. Word of advice, bring pictures and if you’re a dyi’er. Not knowing terminology can lead him to play charades. Seen a few reviews about terminology . If you don’t know what you’re talking about it’s hard for them to know as well.

Walked into the store and told the salesman what part I needed, and he promptly told me I did not know what part I needed, and I'd have to return to the store with the pieces I needed to put together or he wouldn't sell me the part. Never been so rudely and arrogantly treated by a salesperson in my life. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of plumbing parts plus. The plus must stand for arrogant attitude.

The big heavy set guy behind the counter is an arrogant jerk. I called and talked to him about a specific plumbing issue I was having and he told me to come in he may have something that would work. I drove across town only to be yelled at because I didn't bring pictures, no one said he would need a picture to help me out. Try to figure it out yourself or call a plumber as a last resort just don't waste your time at plumbing parts plus

I spent half the morning going to various hardware and plumbing supply stores. For what should have been something simple, was turned into an ordeal of wrong parts.

Plumbing Parts Plus came up with exactly the right part in five seconds at a price cheaper than all the other places.
