This is a great plumbing supply store. I had a crack on the toilet tank cover for my very old toilet at one of my rental properties in West Allis, Wisconsin. I couldn't even tell what brand of toilet I had because it's so old and there were no markings. I took the cover in and they were able to find a great match! I highly recommend the store. They are very friendly and helpful.

Was looking for a tub faucet diverter. My old one was a kosher and the plastic diverter had failed. Was told he couldn’t help me with any replacement. Very rude and was no help at all. I found one on Amazon

I was strongly encouraged to come here because they specialize in Kohler parts and have any/every plumbing item under the sun. The woman behind the counter was very kind and immediately greeted us, however, the guy/owner was very rude. He barely looked at us, shrugged his shoulders, and said sorry. He said we'd have to change the entire tub spout rather than just the diverter spout itself. We left and found the part for less than $5 at Ace Hardware. They are so friendly and willing to help, unlike this place. He clearly didn't know what he was talking about.

I don't hand out 5 stars easily, or readily. After all - nobody is perfect - however, this establishment thoroughly deserves them, and I haven't even picked up my purchase! I visited the store, then made calls to them, they were patient and understanding which is what this senior citizen needs, because I know nothing about what I'm shopping for! Who knows toilets, unless your a plumber. Don't hesitate to visit or call them...just the greatest!!!!

They do have almost every plumbing part you may need and they know it!! I think most of the items are excessively marked up because they know you will have a hard time finding it anywhere else. The two guys in the store when I was there are not overly helpful or welcoming. Still one of the better retail places for odd ball parts, just don't expect your friendly "hardware" guy.

I get paid to fix things. If it is plumbing fixture related, this is my first stop. I try to bring the part with me, and as much information as I can about what I can’t bring in. I appreciate their expertise to choose the correct cartridges, or valves, or handles. I usually work in a commercial setting, so what I fix is often well used and abused. For what they don’t carry, they have pointed me in the correct direction.

Nice man repaired my Kohler controller while I waited. Price seemed reasonable considering the cost to replace it and didn't try to sell other parts I didn't need.

I needed to replace a Kohler shower mixing valve. It didn't have any numbers on it to identify it by. I went into Plumbing Parts Plus and they immediately knew what it was, and had it in stock. The person at the counter even gave me some tips on successfully installing it. I would definitely recommend this place for any plumbing supplies.

These guys are terrific and know their stuff ! They saved us over $500+ dollars! The plumber that came to our home wanted to charge us over $700! He still charged us $250 just for shutting off our water!!
We walked in, showed the gentlemen at Plumbing Parts Plus a picture of our kitchen faucet. Then showed them the guts from inside of the hot/cold section on the faucet. Right away they knew what parts we needed! They told us which part was for the cold side vs the hot side of the faucet! They rang up our bill and we were on our way to having a working kitchen sink! EVERYTHING IS WORKING GREAT!

Called to see if they had some tubing I need to repair my gas range.. before I was done trying to describe it I was interrupted and told "I don't do appliances".. I clarified I needed tubing, he replied something along the lines of "I don't have tubing this is a plumbing supply store".. so I asked what carries the water in the plumbing of a home? He said, "copper, galvanized steel.." I said don't you even want to understand what I need before telling me you don't have it? I go on to finish describing what I need and he said "no I don't carry that".. rude, and short demeanor. Everyone has their days but in customer service you need to treat the customer, or potential customer with respect and kindness. I'll be sure not to call or stop in here.

I needed and older j drain for a bathroom sink. No one had it , not even the plumbing supply warehouses. Then they sent me to these guys. They saw what I was looking for and handed me a new one in less than five minutes. Great guys. This store is an hour from my house but well worth the drive. Thanks!

I have been going to this store with my father since I was young. They have always had exactly what was needed with free advice.
(Not, One of those workers At a big box store, that hasn’t even installed a faucet in their lifetime!)
The very educated and talented people at this store, Understand what you’re working with and offer the easiest and most cost effective ways to any fix.
So not only do you get what you need right away, in a lot less time than any box store, or having to search for someone if you have a question.
Often a plumber is not needed if you search out the advice of these professionals!
So nice not to have to go to a big store and have people actually listen to what you need and assist you!
I would truly suggest this store to anyone residential or commercial with skills or without!
