They have come out twice now after being assigned by our home warranty for two separate issues. Both times they were helpful and rectified the situation. They came out quick and within the time frame stated. We’ve been so impressed we will use them for things not covered under our home warranty as well if the need arises in the future!

I've used Carl's plumbing twice, now. They are assigned through my home warranty. They are punctual, courteous, and efficient. I have no complaints.

Our sump pump quit on us at 3am on a Sunday. After contacting our home warranty company, I called Carl's to inform them of the issue since they were the ones dispatched to come out. I had issues with the home warranty process but Paul from Carl's quickly assisted in getting things rectified there. Within the hour, Paul was at my house. Some quick troubleshooting and he had a new sump pump installed and everything working as it should. Because of the amount of rain we had been receiving and with more on the way, he literally saved my basement from flooding. Paul was great to work with and I can't thank him enough for everything he did. Thank you Paul!

I had an excellent experience with Carl's Plumbing when they were sent out by our home warranty company. They came out quickly, resolved the issue quickly (leaking pipe) and were friendly and professional.

They even checked and fixed a 2nd issue (water pressure problem) for me for free before they left. A previous plumber told me that the 2nd issue would cost around $400 to fix and the plumber from Carl's pointed out that it was actually a simple thing and fixed it in like 60 seconds, no charge! It was a fantastic experience start to finish. I will definitely use them again.

Not gunna lie was skeptical as I looked at previous reviews but also a firm believer its not my experience and everyone has there own. Carls plumbing was the suggested plumbing company from my home warranty. Had a faucet garbage disposal and water heater that had issues. Very quick painless process! Garbage disposal was replaced with no issues with recommendations of long lasting product. Faucet just had build up in it he cleaned it and it was good to go! Did not try selling me an $800 service like last plumber i had to get out for emergency request from dishwasher leaking. Water heater had broken blower but it was all taken care of part ordered replaced and fixed next day after it arrives to my house. Over all my experience was great. Would for sure recommend them.

Never done a negative review. This company sent a tech out knowing the job was a simple water line hookup to my fridge. Technician was in my house 5 minutes before he told me he wasn't prepared to do the work, which turned into me needing to pay for a 2nd visit ($$$). Dirty scam bullshit dont use them.

Chris did a wonderful job for us installing our sump pump and new hot water heater. He also came back and fixed a plumbing issue in another part of the house. His attitude and expertise are wonderful!

Mr. T was very courteous and fixed our problem very quickly. We are grateful for his excellent service!

Carl’s Plumbing was sent to us through our Home Warranty. The plumber was a young guy. He decided to try to carry a garbage bag full of water. He spilled all that water all over our kitchen floor and down the basement stairs. The water went through the floor to stain and damage the ceiling tiles of the floor below.
Carl’s will not return our phone calls. We have called multiple times and left multiple messages. A manager is never available and never returns the messages that are left.
We will be forced to hire an attorney to handle our concerns with Carls Plumbing. We have significant moisture in our kitchen floor which will most likely lead to mold.
We DO NOT recommend Carls Plumbing to anyone. We also have to report them to the BBB.

T was extremely timely, clean, courteous, respectful, professional, very knowledgeable. Great person and extremely skilled at what he does. We could not have had a better experience and we could not be happier with him and the company.

I had them add a gas line. While they were here, they were kind and courteous. When they were “done” I kept saying how the gas smell was really strong and T (the main guy) said it was just residual smell from bleeding the line out. We walked through the house and when we came back up to the kitchen I said again that the gas smell was really strong. He said again that it was residual. So I turned the hood vent on. They left. I left for two hours with the hood vent running the entire time I was gone. When I came home, I could still smell gas so I called them. He still insisted it was residual. I’m like, really? After having the exhaust fan on for two hours? He told me to go ahead and hook up my gas stove and that I was good to start a fire.

Hubby came home and the second he walked in the door said it smelled like gas. I called again. And again was told it was residual. Hubby was ticked and yelling in the background. (Rightfully so after paying $2000 for a leaking gas line.) Told me that they expect to be talked to with respect —I was. Again, hubby is yelling in the background, not me. I said I expect to have a gas line that isn’t leaking.

I sprayed the pipe with soapy water and the telltale leak bubbles were there. My husband asked the plumber what to do to fix it. Crickets. They said they would come back Monday (this was Friday) because they were on overtime and I would have to pay for them to come and fix it. Not once did they tell me to shut off the gas—literally told me to start the stove, have a fire. 🤦‍♀️

The main guy was working with an apprentice. (As an owner of a cabinet shop l am all for that BTW). I asked the main guy if he checked for leaks after the apprentice did (I know he didn’t) and he kept saying —we checked for leaks. No, the apprentice did, not the main guy. The junction that was leaking wasn’t tightened. I unscrewed it by hand. I drove to my shop to get the tools to do the work I had already paid these guys to do. He told me that a gas leak doesn’t actually blow up your house…yet, when I bought the house a few weeks ago and the realtor smelled gas by the boiler, we energies turned gas off to the house within an hour. You can take what you want from this review. I rarely leave any but felt this was terrible service and terrible customer service. Main lesson I learned from this is to never schedule service on a Friday because even if someone totally drops the ball, they won’t come back and fix their screwup until Monday—because “they stand by their warranty.”

James was awesome. He fixed our leak and was great to talk to. Definitely a great company. They called right away and scheduled an appointment right away. He had the parts In the truck. I didn't have to wait to get parts ordered.

Had an experience with Carl's Plumbing Services Inc.(Milwaukee WI.) this was via Home Warranty. Responding Plumber ( Sam & His Assistant) Professional, Knowledgeable, Efficient. They communicated from start to finish during the replacement of the water heater process & there were no issues. Only Excellent 👌👍 Service... Thank You for the Awesome Work.

Came to check on water heater after the flood, and made a huge deal that the valve on the water heater was curved. Said he would go to his truck, and I didn’t check before he left I go back and look he takes my newer valve and replaced it with a dirty one that looks like it’s been in a flood, I text the office and she says she’ll talk to him and put in another claim with my home warranty it’s been two weeks haven’t heard a word! I see why their ratings are so low!! They installed the water heater and curved valve two years ago, they have been here since then no one ever made a big deal about the valve.

I just want a new clean properly installed valve that I paid for on my water heater and not all the hassle!

Quick response and easy scheduling. Technician was great and quickly resolved our issue, kept the space clean, and gave a few recommendations to prevent future problems. Great price compared to other similar services

Brain came over to fix my clogged kitchen sink. He came over the same day I called, was on time and friendly. The cost was less than I expected so that was great. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend ABC for sewer line clean out. Dakota and Zay arrived on time, got right to work and cleared the line in short order.
Afterward, they explained what they had found and provided suggestions for maintenance. I appreciate their polite, professional service!

Great speed and service - Pat was very professional. I had a main backup and it took less than an hour from the time I called to the time it was clear. It was about half the cost of what I was expecting. I honestly spent more time moving stuff for access than it took them to clear it. They also provided things to watch out for in the future and some general pipe health tips.

Dikota came out on Christmas day and was the best! He was quick, professional, friendly, and very helpful. The price was also very reasonable for the emergency holiday visit!

Sure I can. My apointmant was at 4pm, your last avalible. A gentleman showed up for a backed up sink. Tried for maybe 15 minutes, said that he couldn't do it, said he thinks its hair n he cant get passed the bend. Charged 82$ an was on his way. Next day I called another company. He showed up, after a half hour fight he got it done. Said it was built up rust. Gave me tips how to up prevent certain stuff. I believe the person yall sent was in a hurry to go home. An just didn't try hard enough.

Had a clogged bathroom sink over this past weekend that wouldn't open with the plunger. My landlord called up ABC Sewer & Drain on Monday and they were here the next day just before 9am. Dakota was very professional. He called prior to arrival, had the drain cleared very quickly, and cleaned up the work space. I will be recommending this company to everyone.
