I usually place reviews on another platform but I am putting one here as well because the service is ALWAYS that good. Dishwasher had a bunch of water on the bottom after I ran a load! I had no idea what was wrong. But I live on a second floor and I’m always afraid I’m going to damage the place downstairs.
We called on Wednesday and they came out today, Friday. They came within their scheduled time and sent a text to track their time within 20 min. My technician also called to let me know he was 10 minutes away. Our technician’s name was Aaron and, of course, it is a problem he sees all the time. Aaron is friendly and professional. He quickly fixes the problem and he took the time to explain what happened and showed me how to keep it from happening again in the future. I am relieved it is fixed and I have learned what to do to keep this from happening again.

Great service is something most businesses say they want to provide but many do not provide it on a consistent basis. We have had to call on Frosts Repair services a few times throughout the years and I am grateful for their consistent excellent and trustworthy service. It is bad enough when a machine breaks down as they are expensive, but in the days of “here one month gone the next” or places with great web pages and not so great services, one can get quite anxious trying to find that one reliable, knowledgeable, honest, company who consistently provides excellent service. Thankfully, we found it. Thank you Aaron and Frost!

Frost Appliance are great. They sent Aaron over the next day to check the problem out with our dryer. He diagnosed it quickly and got the part in the next day to the shop. He came over the following day and installed it. They are the best!!!!! If you have a problem with an appliance, call Frost first!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic work by Kevin and Chase after a terrible experience with an unnamed national company. Needed my dryer fixed in a hurry (hard to run a hair salon without one). Big national company said 10 days! Found Mr. Appliance on the web and submitted a service request online. Chase called me in 10 minutes and booked me for the next day! Kevin came out and had me up and running in less than 24 hours from my initial request. Awesome job. I've got a new appliance repair company!

Very impressed with representative. My stove fan vent motor had burned out months ago. Chase, advised that he may be able to find a motor that he could utilize, and when not able to find one, he purchased a motor and customized it to fit the fan opening. Such a expedient fix, I baked a cake when it hit 103, and the kitchen did not heat up. I can get back to using my stove and would recommend this company highly. Reasonable pricing, courteous, covid 19 careful and kept me apprised of any delays. Recommend and give it the highest compliments.

We recommend Mr. Appliance of West Valley without reservation! Had them to our home on 2 separate occassions over the past 3 weeks for different issues.
