Unfortunately the repair solution our tech proposed did not work.

So probably need to replace the microwave oven appliance with a new one.

They were transparent about that possibility and were willing to try to help us after they came to the repair call to initially investigate the issue.

Company was honest professional and service oriented.

Chad arrived the same day, diagnosed the issue in under 5 minutes and ordered the replacement part (our fridge is about 10 years old). He recommended a great workaround to get the fridge cooling while we waited for the part. The part arrived more quickly than expected (< 3 days) and Chad had the fridge fixed in less than 15 minutes. Couldn't be more pleased. Frost will be our first call next time!

They did such a great job, we literally had a fridge and freezer that wouldn’t cool, leaked water and wouldn’t make ice. We now have everything working again and appreciate them for all their hard work. They went above and beyond, made the extra trips and were so great to deal with. The office staff communicated well and called back when promised. This is a Father & Son which I love because it’s personal not corporate.
