I received no communication after I scheduled a service call. The person who showed up was a boy (18?) wearing a plain white T-shirt and jeans with nothing to identify him. I saw no vehicle. He had nothing to prove he was who he said except for a text with my address.
He then demanded a cup "to test the dishwasher." I asked him to leave at that point. This does not seem to be a real company to me.
