Overpriced and lacks technical expertise when trying to fix refrigerators. They were unable to diagnose the issue with my fridge and told me to try unplugging and plugging back in the fridge. They didn't know what they were doing. Also they cancelled on my appointment and wouldn't reschedule for 7 days out. They still charged me even though they were unable to diagnose the issue and repeatedly cancelled and rescheduled my appointment. Overall poor experience.

The service technician was neat, thorough and his work was excellent. The office kept me informed on parts and were pleasant to work with.

I had a difficult issue with my Viking refrigerator. I thought I would have to spend 12Gs for a new fridge, but these guys identified the issues, problem solved and ultimately repaired it. It was expensive, but much less expensive than a new fridge. Also, the workers were very polite, answered my questions and seem honest even to a skeptic like me who generally does not trust skilled craftsmen.

The service we received was very professional, on time, told us exactly what the situation was and could repair it on the spot.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I contacted them for a repair for one of my fryers and they came in promptly to diagnose the issue. They quickly figured it out the problem, ordered the part that required replacing, and told me a date that they'd be back to finalize the repair. Everything went as smooth as butter and I can't recommend them enough!

Brad did a great job; however, when it came time to pay, he took my card and my bill was paid. He failed to mention the extra fee and if that was the case, I could have paid with a check. I called and they did send me a check for the difference. I still need one repair but I will be going somewhere else because the quote they gave me is four times the amount of the part alone! For as many years as this company has been in business, there's a reason why they are not more well-known!

Update: Brad called and harassed me about my review. I called and filed with the BBB and attorney general. Now, it seems I need to call the office. He clearly doesn't recall happenings! Nice and professional, Brad! I have plenty of great service providers so thank you!
