Chase came out to fix our washing machine and he went above and beyond in helping us with our warranty on our Speed Queen. He spent some extra time with us and explained some of the best practices and areas to avoid with our washing machine. Thank you for taking the extra time and great work.

Chase came out to fix our washer and did a fantastic job! it was a quick and painless process professionally done and he left the area as neat and clean as I had it. It is Very easy to get appts on line and on the phone which makes it a simple scheduling service. I love how they give you a window of time example 12-5; then send you an email with a more exact time line within a two hour block the day of the appointment. I also got a phone call as they were heading to our home! I Cant say enough about this company and what a relief it is to find such reliable professional courteous service. They will be our "Go-To" Appliance repair company from now on! Thanks so much!!!!

On time, professional, and most important- very knowledgeable from experience. I would also rate highly on ethics. Was able to repair an existing part saving me substantial money vs replacing the part, with a guarantee that some of today’s fee would be applied to the replacement part if the repair would fail in coming months. Chase come out and fixed our dryer today he was very professional and very quick and awesome to talk to he knew exactly what he was doing and how to do it I would definitely recommend mr. Appliance to anyone who has any Appliance issues I personally loved the fact that I got a personal phone call from scheduling people not a machine but people who told me who my technician was and the time frame at which they would be out to my house and then I got a text message and email with the information of who my technician was in this case it was Chase and a picture of him which is an awesome idea so you know who's coming to the door and he called me to let me know his ETA till he got to my house and I requested that he called me when you got here as well .

We are so glad to have found Mr Appliance of West Phoenix! It was so easy to make the appointment online and Chase, the owner, texted to confirm our appointment and showed up on time ready to fix our problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable, just an overall great guy and felt very comfortable with him in our home. He even looked at our dryer that we have issues with and gave us some great ideas on how to resolve some issues in our laundry room. I am very impressed by Mr. Appliance. The website was very user friendly to set up the appointment, and the several emails I received throughout the day, gave me an update of when Mr. Appliance would get to my home. The email updates allowed me to get stuff done (pay bills, wash the car, etc), prior to his arrival. Chase was awesome. He was very professional, detailed, and helpful. Great communication from start to finish. Loved that I could schedule an appointment online quickly with a morning window. Then was sent a confirmation text/email with all of the appointment information including a shorter window, the name of the rep and information on the appointment. I also received an email the night before. The rep Chase called me when he was 30 minutes out. He showed up, figured out the issue, and was able to fix my stove within 20 minutes. Best customer service we’ve received in a long time. I will go through Mr. Appliance again if we have any other appliance issues in the future. Chase was excellent!

You know that feeling when you find a company that is professional, reliable and honest? Of course not. You do now. Chase, owner of Mr. Appliance of West Phoenix, is all that and more. I have a premium refrigerator that is starting to age (17 years old) which has been serviced numerous times since purchasing the home a few years ago.

In every instance parts were replaced by the home warranty company yet the problem persisted. Recently the issue became fatal. I looked at the replacement cost and decided to call Mr. Appliance as they had been referred to me several times.

Chase was familiar with the issue and knew where to secure the discontinued circuit board. He had it shipped overnight and the following day installed the part...problem solved.

When you need an appliance repaired look no further than this company. They have my complete confidence and I am pleased to refer him to others.

The communication we received prior to Chase reaching our house was very professional, which included a picture of Chase. He asked about the symptoms of our washer, did his review of the washer, and then gave us what was wrong. He also indicated the cost of the repair, and stated that he had the new part with him if we wanted to move ahead with the repair. Our washer was quickly repaired. Chase explained why the part may have failed and how to possibly prevent this in the future. He asked if there were any other problems with our appliances and then helped me level our refrigerator. Chase was extremely professional and very friendly, and we indicated that we would share his name and phone number with our friends.

Chase from Mr Appliance came this morning as scheduled. He confirmed as I thought that my compressor went out on my refrigerator.
He explained what he had to do and order the part. He conveyed to me the price to repair my 5 year old refrigerator. I decided to repair. His service rate and repair rate was very reasonable as I had searched the cost of repairing as well called another local repair company and they gave me a cost of almost $300 more than Chase’s cost.
Chase came as promised after receiving new compressor and installed it within an hour and informing me of how the LG will turn itself on and begin cooling again. It went just as he stated.

Chase from Mr. Appliance did an incredible job tracking down the problem with our Speed Queen washer. He persevered to isolate the issue having to do with a circuit board. The circuit board was on back order from Speed Queen so Chase just fixed it himself. And it worked ! No one takes the time to fix anything any more. They just order a new one. You don’t find real technicians with Chases’ skill these days. Thanks Chase and the staff at Mr. Appliance. Everyone performed perfectly. This is the third time I have used Mr
Appliance and they have been fantastic(dryer, washer, and refrigerator ice maker) . Accurate diagnose, no up sell, and repairs completed immediately. Friendly, professional repair person with great communications.

Chase Harkins was awesome to work with on our Kitchen Aid refrigerator repair. It was a major fix and he toiled over 3 hours working on a built-in model with very tight access for a new compressor above the unit and a heating coil in the freezer compartment. Both required severing old lines and installing new parts and reconnecting copper lines and wire harnesses. Then new refrigerant added after lines were vacuum evacuated. He was very personable through all this even though he was working into his dinner time.

Just had a very positive experience with Chase from Mr. Appliance in West Phoenix. He fixed our dishwasher. Actually it wasn't broken, the truth is I was not using it properly. He was so knowledgeable and talked me through the whole thing. He was very kind and spoke in plain terms to me, and what he said made a lot of sense. Didn't charge me a lot. Chase was amazing! He is so knowledgeable and professional. When he came out this week he explained exactly what was wrong with our refrigerator and laid out options for how we could choose to handle it. He also came out a year or so ago to help with our dryer and was able to fix that perfectly, as well. Prices are also reasonable- no gouging like we’ve felt from some other service companies.
