Explained in detail as he took the dryer apart and found the issue. He even volunteered to clean all the inside out for me. Call them when you need any appliance work done.

Din (Dean) was FANTASTIC. Kenmore Washing Machine - Drain pump DOA. He answered his phone on Sunday. Arrived on Monday morning. Quoted a very fair price and started work. It was clear in the 1st 30 seconds that he knew his craft - put the machine in Diagnostic mode, then started taking it all apart. A very short time later (like 30 minutes or so) it was working like new. We thought we were going to have to wait for the Black Friday sales on Washers - and instead, he saved us time and money. I put his magnetic card at the top of the list on the side of our fridge. I wouldn't use any other repair person now that we've found him.

My fridge was making horrible noise , stopped making ice as well as dispensing water…. I called, they came out next day, found the problem instantly. 1 day later had the part, installed and fridge works like new. Very professional service,very fairly priced, all around a great experience. They have a customer for life.

Dean came out and repaired the fan on my LG Refrigerator. He was very kind and explained what the problem was and how it needed to be fixed. After that he replaced the fan at a fair price and even followed up the next day. Would recommend

I had KD Appliance come out through my home warranty and was really happy with the work Dean did. Our Built-in KitchenAid refrigerator and dishwasher both had issues, Dean was professional and quickly diagnosed both. He was prompt and had good communication while waiting for the home warranty company. I would hire KD Appliance again and would highly recommend them as well.

Kd Appliance was great! The first time i called, I left a voicemail and received a call right back. Every call or text after that was answered quickly! I used for dishwasher repair and felt that pricing was fair. Service quality and time frame was great! I think i called on a Thursday and bt the following Thursday, we were up and running (even though a part had to be ordered after the first visit). I will continue to use KD for appliance repairs

Dean saved our thanksgiving! Another repair company tried to charge us $2k and said they needed to replace multiple parts. Dean asked to take a look before we proceeded with the expensive repairs. He identified the real issue quickly and no expensive parts were needed. He saved us from being scammed. He saved us money. And he saved our thanksgiving, and got the fridge back in order quickly. I just moved to the area and needed service on my built in refrigerator and didn’t know who to call. Got referred to Dean by a friend but he had serviced her washer so I didn’t know what to expect. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! He answered every call and text and even FaceTimed me when I couldn’t find the model number on my appliance. He was prompt for appointment time and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend and will definitely use his services again in the future.

Din just came over and saved the day. Our dryer heater element was busted. He not only fixed it. He was efficient, informative, and kind. In addition to very fast. I will definitely call him again and recommend him to my friends and family.

I can’t say enough good things about Dean's company. He knew my Dacor refrigerator like the back of his hand...clearly someone who truly understands any type of appliance. While he was here fixing the original issue, he also noticed another problem I hadn’t even caught nor would I. Not only did he explain it clearly, but he took the extra step of calling the warranty company for me and handled everything on my behalf.

That level of service is rare. He truly went above and beyond. Very personable, family-oriented, and personally owned—you can tell he takes great pride in his work and in taking care of his customers. Honest, knowledgeable, and thorough. Dean from KD appliance was awesome. Came out and diagnosed the issue with my under-counter ice maker, got it fixed temporarily, order the parts and installed them. All done with in the time frame he discussed with me, and the cost of service was reasonable.

Dean is fantastic, he came by after a busy schedule and was able to troubleshoot the dryer within 15 min. After getting the part he was done in less than an hour. He’s an absolute gem in the appliance repair space.

Called last night at 8 PM when our dryer broke down. KD Repair was amazing. Gave us clear expectations in terms of cost, committed to being there for the Repair between 10 and noon on a Sunday, he arrived ran a quick diagnostic, provided the cost and had it all the parts ready to go. He worked extremely hard because it was very tight space and got us up and running within an hour.

Can’t say enough about people that work this hard to get things right.

Din saved me in an emergancy situation.... my 4K LG fridge died 24 hours before my vacation rental guests checked in. Not many options other to fix it.... super hard and expensive repair (the compressor). I did not have a lot of hope that I could that that repair done the SAME DAY.... but Din at KD appliance DID IT FOR ME! His price was VERY reasonable (less than another place I called, who could schedule it out days in advace). He was so easy to work with, kept his promise, and fix a dire situtation for me. Really nice guy who deserves your business!

Dean came out the next day, which was a Sunday and repaired the washer and dryer. His prices were less than anyone else, and he was willing to arrive at the house faster than anyone else. He also answers his phone, which is a rarity today! He’s a really nice, honest guy. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed. We will definitely use him again!!
