This company provides excellent service. Guessed what the issue with my refrigerator was over the phone and technician had the parts on hand. Fixed it in 30 minutes and it has worked great. The service was very professional. Recommend to anyone.

What a great experience! My fridge was leaking water and my wife and I were nearly convinced we needed a new unit. Dean came within a hour after I called, immediately diagnosed the problem, and proceeded to fix the fridge. $2500 saved. He was polite, friendly, and professional.

Our dryer stopped working and KD appliance repairs was at our house the next morning and replaced the heater. When the dryer was disassembled they took the time to clean all the components. Would highly recommend.

Lg jumbo dry sense dryer began to make a horrible noise. Called KD appliance on friday. He called me back friday for availability and i did not get back to him until sat.... He came out on sunday. Came in, quick replaced bad parts and was done quickly. Very polite, professional. Had us up and running again for "weekend" laundry!! Will definitely use KD again if other appliances break! Dean was awesome! He came to service my Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator and instead of taking my money for repairs I didn’t need He explained to me that the company who replaced the compressor did not do the job correctly and that I should call them back because there is a leak due to a faulty installation. He got me back up and running and explained that it was only a temporary fix until the company who did the original repair could come back and make right what was wrong. I will be calling Dean back to correct the problem after I contact the manufacturer. Very honest, very knowledgeable and on time. These type of people are hard to find I recommend 1000 %!

I called KD Appliance in the morning and asked Dean to come over in the afternoon to look at my refrigerator which was not cooling properly. It didn't take him long to determine that fixing would cost about as much as a new refrigerator. So we proceeded to find a refrigerator. Believe, me I could not have done this without his help!! He spent a lot of time calling either Home Depot or Lowes, asking questions, and then helped with a neighbor taking care of some of the frozen food. He was wonderful in helping this 93 year old lady, and very patient when I was under pressure of what to do next!! Don't hesitate to call KD Appliance if you need appliance help!!!

Dean came out. He happen to be passing my area and was here within five minutes of my call. What I thought was going to be an expensive. Repair turned out to be a very honest on their part Fix, which is extremely rare. Very knowledgeable.

A technician was able to come out quickly on a Saturday to diagnose and repair our washer. He stuck around to make sure it was fixed. I really appreciated their quick response and willingness to come on a weekend.

My washer broke and the front seal was all tweaked and mangled. I called KD Appliance Repair and spoke to Dean. I explained my problem and he said he would come out the next day to let at it. He showed up the next day, took apart my washer and saw the problem. Had a broken spring and the front seal was mangled up. He said he could order new parts and get it fixed up. He called the next day and said he had ordered the parts but the seal would be a few days longer as it was coming from LG. Dean came back out to fix my washer and said he found a shock broke on the bottom of the washer that he didn’t notice in the beginning. He had the parts and fixed everything up. He saved me some money reforming the original front seal by heating it up. Dean was very nice and very helpful and explained what was wrong and to get it fixed. He even called the next day to see how the washer was working. Thank you Dean for all of your help and going out of your way to make sure everything was working properly.

My Dacor fridge wasn’t working, and Dean was assigned to the service call. He reached out a day before and even took the time to try troubleshooting the issue remotely, though it didn’t resolve the problem. Dean was kind enough to adjust his schedule and come early the next morning, and he fixed the fridge within minutes.

He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly throughout the process.
