I found KD Appliances through Google and requested a quote online. Just a few minutes later, Dean called me and scheduled an appointment. Communication was very good from the start. He came out on a Sunday, was honest about the issue, ordered the needed parts, and followed through as promised. Today is Tuesday and my washing machine is already fixed and working perfectly. Great service, clear communication, and very reliable. Highly recommend KD Appliances!

Dean was able to come out the same day I called. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He repaired my dryer quickly. He had to climb in and out of a tight space in my pantry to get to the dryer. And he was able to repair it within minutes! He was great. I highly recommend Dean with KD Appliance Repair to everyone.

Our dryer heat went out on Saturday evening. Sunday morning at 11:20 AM I called Dean to make an appointment to see about a repair. I honestly didn’t think he’d have any availability that same day but said he was in my area and would be to the house in a few minutes. He arrived and confirmed it was the heat coil and he had the part in his truck. He changed it immediately and the whole thing took less than 20 minutes. He was so efficient, professional, and the parts and labor were a very fair price. The whole thing was completed before noon. I am so incredibly happy with the service and will be recommending Dean for all appliances in the future. Highly recommend!!

I called at 8a on a Sunday morning after finding my fridge warm. Dean answered quickly & promised to be out by 10a and he was. He quickly located the problem& made efforts to locate the necessary part. We found out the part needed to be ordered. He called me as soon as it came in & squeezed me in early the next morning. He was in and out completing the repair. He was direct and honest without trying to sell me on anything unnecessary. I will definitely call him again.

We had a great experience with KD Appliance Repair. Our dryer stopped heating, and Kamal was quick to respond and came out the very next day to diagnose the issue. We did have to wait a few days for the correct part to come in, but once it arrived, Kamal completed the repair promptly. Everything is working perfectly now! He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with.

We contacted Dean at KD Appliances because our washer was making an unusual tumbling noise. After initial consultation we found mold in the gasket as well. Dean replaced the gasket and found the root cause of the noise (shock was loose). Both issues were fixed. He was efficient, communicated clearly, and delivered excellent service. Highly recommend KD Appliances for any of your needs.
