My washer started giving me real issues late last year. Israel diagnosed the problem as being with the motherboard in the washer computer. Due to the ongoing COVID situation, could not replace the washer until a few months ago.
I found a very nice extra large capacity washer here. Israel brought it in, set it up, and hauled my old washer. When I need service or any of my other appliances replaced, I will come here again!

Israel Torres was very friendly and came to diagnose the day after my post. Being that it was MLK weekend, he informed me that he couldn't replace the part that I needed until the following day. Israel had a great price on a stackable washer and dryer. He even was willing to throw in the water tubing for free. He gave us a 30 day garuntee and it works just as promised and expected. Very happy with my purchase.

Dude fixed our freezer and said it was a bad sensor and when he put a new one in, voila! (Helpful hint to get your freezer back quick is to defrost it before he/Appliance Rekon comes over, so leave it open all day and night so he can just show up and fix it without a thick wall of ice to show up to). He's also fixed/replaced our washer/dryer with a new combo unit after the washer finally died after previous breakdowns. Very nice and explains it all. If the fridge goes we'll just call him again for sure!

Israel was extremely friendly, helpful and punctual in the repair of our washing machine. He had the part needed on his truck and fixed our machine same day ofair took less than half an hour and was very reasonable priced. Recommend!

Israel did wonderful work. He was efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and super helpful. I called to repair my laundry and we ended up with a refurbished microwave, dishwasher, and a fully fixed fridge in addition to the now repaired washer. And it was all extremely reasonable in price. 10/10 would recommend over and over :)

Our dryer broke so we called Appliance Rekon, Israel answered the phone and went out of his way to come and diagnose our dryer, Israel scheduled an appointment to come out the next day, every one else I called was 3-weeks out before they could come out to diagnose the DrAfter diagnosing the dryer he let me know that it needs a special order part that is not in stock. Two days later he cam out and fixed our dryer good as new . I was expecting a huge repair bill when he hand me the bill everything was only $150 which is a third of what I was expecting. Appliance Rekon is there when you need them, they are the honest and, more than fairly priced. Israel communicated with me throughout the whole process, by calling me with updates as things progressed. Thank you Appliance Rekon.

Family owned business. Israel is the owner and tech who rebuilt our 10 yr old LG Refrigerator. He picked it up and delivered after replacing compressor and all lines. If we had purchased a new Refrigerator it would have cost us $3000 for the same model and size. Instead, we paid $1,000 for the rebuild and it works beautifully. And, one less thing in the city dump.

Awhile back a friend turn me on to Israel , said he was straight up honest fair and he was always professional, I would like to add he is just a stand up guy! I wish only the best success for his business, Israel is top notch!!
