David came by today and fixed our washing machine. He was very professional, experienced and polite... good guy to work with. I would not hesitate to refer him!

Was offered same day or next day service. The tech Michael worked quickly and searched out the problem. And the price was very reasonable.

My Kenmore washing machine needed repair and I choose 5Star after reading their reviews. Michael came out this morning and along with being on time he was friendly and courteous. Great customer service and a fair price. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

5 Star was able to come out the same day I called to fix a leak in gas burner.

The 5Star repair technician, Vitaly, appeated promptly at the reserved time. He was curteous and competent. He diagnosed the problem quickly. I had mistakenly twisted the old water filter trying to remove it [I hadn't had that problem many times before, but it was stuck]. He managed to re-insert the replacement filter that I had also damaged, got the system working again and recommended installing a new filter. I was a little disappointed that he did not have a replacement with him, since I had indicated on the web form that the problem was with the water filter, but he explained it was impossible to know that was going to be the problem until he diagnosed the issue. In any case, good, prompt and competent service. Thank you. Will use again, but hopefully won't need to.

I originally gave a 2-star review because I was still having issues with my dishwasher backing up after I had it repaired (I was so fed up with that stupid dishwasher 😭). But the owner Anatoliy actually reached out and helped me resolve the issue! I honestly didn't think anything would come of my review so I was pretty surprised. I learned it was an honest mistake from the tech (no harm done). The technician was friendly and knowledgeable, he just missed that I didn't have a high loop when he was making his inspection-- though he did resolve other issues with the dishwasher I didn't even know about, like the garbage disposal plug. During our call, Anatoliy was very kind and understanding. I was also worried about how I paid for the service (via Zelle), and he explained why they use that, so I know I wasn't like scammed or anything lol. I don't often see businesses that really pay that much attention to what their customers say so it was really cool that they cared enough to reach out :) I'm definitely willing to call them again if I'm having appliance issues!!

I had five star appliance come out to my house last week to fix a dryer. The technician was friendly, very knowledgeable and on time. He fixed my dryer in a short amount of time, told me what the charges would be after he examined the dryer and had it fixed in no Time. The charges seemed reasonable and I would recommend them and use them again.

Our service tech spent the time necessary to understand the cause of our problem.

Tech was courteous, very knowledgeable.....we didn't get news we wanted to hear but he explained reason why.....very satisfied

I was told it was a part that had to be ordered. Which we did and I would hear from tech on Friday or Saturday. Never heard back toll Monday afternoon. Mean time on Saturday my refrigerator went completely down and was forced to buy a new appliance. Apparently it wasn't the part that I needed. It was a deeper issue. Very poor diagnostic on my issue. Wouldn't recommend.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Called on a Monday mid day, had them out the following day to put a new part in my dishwasher, David the technician was wonderful and not only on time...but was told they would be there between 4p-6p and he called and was there at 3:30! I would highly recommend 5 Star Appliance Repair! I will use them again. David was very knowledgeable, courteous and fast! Don't look any more for a repair company...use 5 Star Appliance Repair......Love them...Kristen

David was phenomenal! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and diligent. He talked us through every step of the process and we genuinely felt more knowledgeable afterward. He really empowers his customers, which is not common, and it’s clear he loves his job. We’d definitely trust him in the future with any appliance issue.
