Arizona Appliance Repair has helped me out twice now, and both times have been excellent. Rene did a great job—professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and the whole process was hassle-free. I really appreciate their reliability and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing appliance repairs.

I was recommended to Arizona Appliance Repair by my brother who goes to them exclusively with any needs with appliances. I am so happy I did! Before calling them, I had used a different repair company for my refrigerator and was over-charged without the needed repair done. I called Arizona Appliance repair and not only did they send someone the next day, the gentleman that came to work on the refrigerator was on time, kind, and super knowledgeable and explained every step of his assessment. He worked quickly and thoroughly and answered all my questions. he even cleaned behind my refrigerator! I would hands down recommend Arizona Appliance repair and Yuri to anyone with home appliance questions or repair needs. Honest people, honest company and excellent results!

Mike came to my house to fix a GE frig that stopped working. The guy was great in quickly diagnosing and fixing the problem. All in all a very satisfying experience.

We are contracted with American Home Shield. Were referred to this provider for issues with the refrigerator on 10/6. The issue is still not resolved. It seems that the work order wasn’t submitted correctly to American Home Shield. We are calling AZA repair and they send us to American Home Shield and AHS sends us back to AZA . I am sick of it!! I have never picked AZA to begin with and never will. I will not recommend them to anyone!

Excellent customer service. EASY to schedule an appointment. Shane text me the morning of my appointment and asked me to send him the model number so he could bring a replacement with him. He text later and asked if he could come earlier than scheduled appt. I said yes and he came right over. Very polite and efficient. He was able to replace my ice maker no problem. I would definitely recommend AZ Appliance for any appliances you need help with. Great company!

Our dishwasher stopped moving the water around and we called Arizona Appliance Repair. They sent Shane out the next day and he’s a dream of a technician! Explained things well as he went, problem solved, cleaned up afterwards, was chill the whole time… what more could we ask for? He replaced the motor in the bottom and we are back in business without needing to buy a new hunk of metal and plastic to replace the one we already bought just 6 or so years ago.

Called in and same day had a washer/dryer picked out and put on hold as I finalized a few delivery logistics.

They generously held the units for a little over a month and installed them with absolute efficiency when given the green light.

Very transparent. Very trustworthy. Glad we decided to shop local because now we wont ever have to look elsewhere.

The repair technician was excellent. He explained what he thought was broken and vacuumed under the unit and was very professional, I will use this company again in the future. I believe the technician’s name was Yuri.

Very impressed called Arizona Appliance in the morning about my washer problem and they had someone out that afternoon. Serviceman Rene was great not only very friendly but gave us tips on how to maintain my washer. Pricing to fix was very reasonable. I would recommend anyone to Arizona Appliance for their Appliance needs.

Shane was a great help with fixing our washing machine, we weren’t able to wash our clothes for a few days and that was bad. Its system basically was broken so he came and fixed it now we’re washing our clothes again!

Horrible company. Sent someone who does not speak any English but used interpretation app. Tech indicated that we needed a drum bearing and left our washer disconnected and in the middle of the floor. 26 days later was told the account was closed out because there was no mechanical issue. The person who answers the phone calls refused to provide the owner's phone number or provide a supervisor or additional assistance. Total lack of regard for customer service. Steer clear of this company if you want any type of decent service, let alone any service at all.

Yuri did an amazing job! He knew right away how to fix issues we were having with both our washing machine and refrigerator. Would highly recommend!

We had great experience with this repair company. They responded quickly to my online request, we got a call back & appointment the very next morning. Rene was super helpful and explained all that he needed to do to fix our dishwasher, even giving maintenance tips about how to keep it in good shape. Quick & professional. Definitely recommend! 👍

Great service. Service person checked my oven and quickly saw the problem. Got the needed part from office snd came right back to fix and got problem solved. Shared info about my oven during the repair. Helped me understand how it worked, etc., and was very knowledgeable about all appliances.

My icemaker failed. Was able to get an appointment next day. My technician was Mike. He was great! He was able to come by early (after confirming with me). Was mindful of noise since my roommate was sleeping. He was very professional and nice. And above fixed the problem quickly!

Mike came out and fixed our dryer. He did a wonderful job; finishing quickly and thououghly. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend. Will use again.

Once again, Yuri came in to save the day. Our water pump went out and Yuri quickly identify the problem and replaced our pump. Excellent service, fair pricing, great communication, and very friendly. Thank you, Yuri for helping us with our washing machine! You saved us a lot of money by helping us to not have to buy a whole new washer. Definitely will recommend to family and friends!

Shane did a superlative job tracking down a new heating element for our late ‘60’s GE oven. He was professional and personable. This is the 3rd time we have used Arizona Appliance Repair LLC for appliance repair and service has always been excellent.
