Very slick website and showed up promptly however grossly overcharged! Replaced a drain pump on my dishwasher, charging 4times the widely advertised online price for the pump and $200 an hour for the labor. Had to insist on an invoice which I received after the fact. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

So very thankful for 5 star appliance and repair, they were able to send a repairman out same day to repair my LG washing machine . Vladimir the service technician was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem, he installed new drain pump and also repaired the latch that had cracked on the front loading door. Found 5 Star on the internet. Had issues with my LG Dryer my home warranty (AFC) did not take care of. My dryer would not dry properly and would take 3 hours to dry a load. After shelling out $240 to my home warranty for no results. Called 5 Star and had a next day appointment available to my surprise. Niko came over. Assessed my dryer, pre-owned, unknowingly to me the entire unit was filthy full of dirty lint once he removed the dryer drum assembly. The entire innerds of the unit looked like it snowed in the dryer, it was bad. The home warranty never removed the drum to assess the heating element I suggested. Niko got on it and started removing the lint, dirt, etc. from my dryer. The unit couldn't breathe it was so dirty. He took everything apart to clean. Put it back together, replaced some wheels. Now my dryer is like new and drys my clothes within a normal time cycle that come out dry and fluffy. He did a fabulous job, knew what he was doing, and made my dryer new again. I recommend 5 Star and will keep them in my contacts to refer to others. Great customer service, great staff, got my dryer up and running so quickly. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

The kid they sent out was clearly inexperienced or inept. He couldn't use two hands to do the diagnostic because he was using one hand to hold his phone like a flashlight. Headlamps and flashlights exist and any competent repair person knows this. He COMPLETELY misdiagnosed my refrigerator and told me it needed a part that would come in 3-5 business days. I never heard back and the stopped returning my calls so I have no way of knowing if they even ordered the part that day like they told me they did. They also failed to catch that the compressor was bad, which a subsequent visit from an competent repair person from a different company figured out in less than 2 minutes. Don't waste your money with the kids that work here.

James was great! He identified the issue with our fridge right away (evaporative fan broke), went to grab the replacement, and had us up and running within a few hours, total. We were easily able to get a next morning appointment, so it was as good an experience as you can have when your fridge stops working. Thank you so much!

I left a message late at night. Talia called me at 8 am. She was professional and personable. Got me scheduled for same day, 8-10 slot. At 8:15 Vladimir called, on his way. He was professional, knowledgeable, expert and so courteous. Walked me through everything. Gave me a very reasonable quote, went to work, and was done at 9:45, and all cleaned up. I won't be using anyone else.
