After contacting LG a few times about a broken oven, they finally got their act together and connected me with MGR. This was 5 steps up from the first company they connected me to. Everything with MGR was handled professionally and quickly. They communicated via text and email, they were responsive, there was a flat rate through LG that was affordable (the replacement part online cost about as much as the flat rate). Pro tip: if you have an LG appliance that needs to be serviced and you end up calling the LG number, ask for their Solution Service team and ask about a flat rate service. Long story short, MGR was worth all the trouble I initially went through to get connected with them.

Mr. VG Vigen on time, provided very quick, and efficient service in replacing my damaged hose on an LG washer/dryer combo unit. Thank you to him and MGR. MGR should provide the techs with Windex or soap sprays, extra towels to pull these kinds of heavy machines out. Some people may not have them svailable. The part and service was covered under warranty, which I am also thankful for.

Our LG refrigerator compressor failed after four years. (there was a class action related to this issue, the window for claim has now closed). The technician was very skillful and helpful in replacing the compressor, although the job required extra work due to the built-in nature of the refrigerator.

Immediately after informing LG my refrigerator was not cooling, I was contacted by text and offered next-day service. We set up an appointment that was convenient for both the technician and my schedule. When he arrived promptly on the set date, a trainee was accompanying him and I found both of them to be polite, competent and thorough. They found the compressor to be the problem, quite speedily swapped it out with a new one and left my refrigerator in good working order and back in place. The entire experience was top-notch. Everyone I dealt with in this experience performed their duties perfectly in my estimation. I am very pleased. Thank you, LG!

This company RUINED my family’s fridge!!! After calling Frigidaire to repair my refrigerator control panel I was placed in contact with MGR who despite making an appointment was unable to reach me for 10 DAYS. After a 10 minute visit and realization that parts must be ordered, I waited another 16 DAYS for a return visit. This time the technician brought two parts completely UNRELATED to that control panel, saw the issue was not fixed, and left my house without saying goodbye or giving me a timeline for a return. The next day I woke up to find that my fridge and freezer had COMPLETELY stopped working. The ice in my machine had melted, dripped out of the chute, and was pooled on the floor. My frozen food melted and the food in my fridge was completely warm. I had to throw everything out, totaling OVER $500 IN GROCERIES!!! This was caused by the technician resetting all of my fridge controls without the ability to change them through the control panel without my knowledge!!! As a result I went the ENTIRE CHRISTMAS and NEW YEAR HOLIDAY without a working fridge or freezer and the company’s manager Nelly did NOTHING to help expedite my repair, NOTHING to replace my groceries, and did NOT apologize or seek to make things right. Even worse they tried to tell me this was a new issue. It took another 16 DAYS before my work order was CANCELLED because they were unable to order the correct part as it is on back order. Again, NO CALL OR EXPLANATION was initially given. In total MGR wasted 42 DAYS of my time and left my refrigerator in an INOPERABLE condition for what should have been a SIMPLE REPAIR. For anyone reading this, your appliance manufacturer has multiple contractors for repair. If they assign you these people, ask for a different company. MGR is UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCOMPASSIONATE, and INCOMPETENT. I am seeking legal advice for all of my damages.

Hrant came to help us resolve an issue with our LG WashTower dryer, which was running hot. He quickly assessed and replaced the part required with ease - not an easy task for our closet installed unit. He was polite and clean, and communication with the company via text was a breeze.

FINALLY appliance guys who are super skilled at what they do. I didn't catch the guys names who repaired my washer, but the Armenian pair were fantastically professional and friendly. They got the job done. LG on the other hand needs better quality controls, my washer leaked despite being brand new.
