Your company is not professional at all and I do not wish to do business with you. I had set up an appointment before and you changed your arrival 3 different time along with the dates you were schedule to come out. You have wasted my time enough.
If you don't have the personal to cover then do t make appointments. Two days I wasted my time and money waiting. Do you think taking time off work is free??? -
Technician came on time as promised did a diagnosis came back a few days later now we have a good working refrigerator this technician got the job done right not like the other company who had came out to do same repairs 8 months ago

Alan Evans was the technician that fixed my LG refrigerator. He was responsive, prompt, and efficient. He identified the problems and resolved the issues as quickly as possible. This was greatly appreciated as I was pregnant when the fridge broke down. Alan came out to initially diagnose the issue and rush ordered the necessary parts and prioritized my ticket. Came back after I gave birth and installed the new parts within the same day. Was neat and cleaned up his workspace afterwards. Was very happy with his service.

Ash really knows his dishwashers! Mine had a complicated power issue that could have easily fried the entire unit, but Ash quickly diagnosed and resolved it perfectly. He understood every detail of the technology and handled the repair with confidence and precision. Dishwashers can be tricky, especially with all the electronics these days, but Ash clearly knows his stuff. Quick, professional, and flawless work — highly recommend!

I am very unhappy with this company. They came out to fix my LG washer that was leaking. They replaced a part and told me if it continues to leak I can contact them in several months (even up to 6 months) and they will come out again to make it right.
My machine was still leaking a few months later, so I contacted them. I was then told that the repair warranty was past the 90 days (by only a few days), so I needed to contact LG again (and pay over $360 again). This is not what I was told by the technician So now I'm down over $360 and my washer is still slightly leaking! -
I had the very recent experience of my LG refrigerator's cooling system to suddenly stop working in the very early morning hours on December 24.... Christmas Eve 2024. Possibly the worst timing. Working online I was able to request service from LG, though it took the better part of the day. However shortly after that was submitted I received a text from MGR Appliance Repair. After answering a few questions, I was given an appointment for the repair service to be done on December 26 from 1 to 5 p.m., all accomplished via text. Couldn't ask for much better. Today, the 26th, the service tech arrived shortly after 1 and was able to quickly diagnose the problem, already had all the necessary parts and by 3 everything was back up and running with a new compressor installed. The service tech was very polite, professional and efficient and I wish I could remember his name, but a big thank you to him and MGR Appliance Repair for solving the problem so quickly, considering it was Christmas, and helping minimize the negative impact of a broken refrigerator, which also helped reduce the loss of the food products that had been relocated to coolers while waiting for this to be over. I can gratefully say that as of 9 p.m. on the very same day as the repair, December 26 2024, the ordeal is over, the refrigerator is cold, the ice maker is making ice and I'm able to use my refrigerator again thanks to MGR Appliance Repair. Hoping everyone there has a safe, healthy, happy and prosperous 2025.

Service was professional and performed in a timely manner. The technician was well trained and very quickly diagnosed the problem and the needed parts were quickly received and installed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing service.

We had LG warranty repair from MGR Appliance. Once we're able to secure an appointment and Dave G was appointed. He came on time, super respectful and helpful telling us what was wrong and what he's was doing. He also provided helpful tips to keep him away :) Love the support from Dave!

Had a really great experience with MGR Appliance Repair! My LG refrigerator compressor went out after 5 years, and luckily LG’s warranty covered it. They set me up with MGR Appliance Repair and the tech showed up right on time. He fixed the issue fast — my fridge was working again in less than an hour. Super smooth and easy process. Great service all around, definitely recommend them!

Once the technician showed up at our house, everything went wonderfully. He was terrific and knew what he was doing and finished the task in less than 15 minutes! However, we had waited four hours in the afternoon for our appointment and the technician didn’t show up until 6 1/2 hours later. Management of this company needs to look into how to keep their promises as to when they will arrive. Also, we received multiple texts, telling us how we could fix it ourselves. As this unit was under warranty that would’ve been no charge for someone to come out of a repair. The instructions they gave became quite complex and required a lot of mechanical skills.
I thought that this was ridiculous. I don’t know if this is how LG works or if this is how this repair company, MGR, runs its business.
LG repair service is still mediocre. -
I see the 5 star reviews but, that has not been my experience.
This company states on their website that they have factory trained techs but, when they were unable to fix my door they gave excuses.
For example the tech said I needed to call LG and tell them the problem.
Why do i need to call LG and tell them the problem when LG has contracted with your company to provide warranty service. Your website claims that their techs are factory trained?
I purchased an LG French Door refrigerator from Costco in November of 2024.
In September of 2025 our rightside french door would not close on its own and was easy to open and would not seal. Prior to the problem you could push the door slightly about 3/4 of the way and it would close and seal on its own.
Our First tech came out and installed a new hinge. After installation of new hinge (there are 2 hinges on the door) the door would not close or stay sealed on its own.
The tech said he didn't know what problem was and he said I will speak with his mgr. After speaking with his mgr a second hinge was ordered.
After the second hinge arrived I had another tech come to install. After installation and replacing both hinges the problem persisted.
Tech called his mgr who told him that the door was not as heavy as the other french door therefore it wouldn't close on its own.
While the tech was present we put some items in the storage compartments of the door to see if the heavier items would close and seal the door on its own and didn't work.
I told the tech that when our refrigerator was delivered and installed the delivery and setup crew explained that when closing doors push slightly 3/4 and the doors will close and seal on their own. I told the tech that we had no issues with the door prior to this problem in September of 2025.
I suggested to the tech that his company contact an LG technical dept to inquire about what the issue is or order a new door from the factory.
The tech said he would order a new door.
My experience is that the companies website doesn't match it's claim of factory trained techs:
1.When Iam told my door won't close on its own because it's not as heavy as the other door.
2. I need to Call LG and tell them the problem when your company is hired to fix and properly diagnose the problem. -
My experience with MGR Appliance inc, was exceptional. They were very communicative via text and their service technician arrived on time. When my technician NK arrived he was very knowledgeable and Professional. He repaired my refrigerator and explained what parts were replaced. He was left his work area very clean as if he wasn’t even there. Amazing job

I would not suggest using this company for your repair needs. They schedule appointments and then cancel them abruptly with no notice, leaving you to sit there and wait for them to show up. Then when you call to find out what's going on their customer service representatives hang up on you when they tell you they are calling their tech to get an update and you have to call them back to figure out what's going on. As a person whom used to work in the service industry and worked closely with field techs, I find this level of customer support to be very disappointing. I would never use this company again or recommend them.

MGR Appliance Repair has expanded into the Las Vegas market. My LG washer, which is less than one year old, decided not to add water to the washing cycle. We looked on YouTube and followed directions to solve this problem. When we got to the end of what we were capable of doing with negative result I called LG to schedule a repair. LG sent a technician from MGR Appliance Repair. The technician was to arrive between 12-4pm. At 4:30 I receive a text to reschedule the next day between 10am - 2pm. At 2:08 I text to see if anyone is coming. He showed up at 2:38pm. The technician set the machine up for a test run. WOW!!! The water came out. He went thru the whole test and everything worked. Then he runs the machine and no water comes out. He then proceeds to remove the hose from the machine without turning off the water. Water is everywhere. He puts the house out into my garage. I go thru my other garage to hold the hose and tell him he needs to turn the water off from the front of the house. He did. So now he tells me the water pressure is too high which is why the machine is not accepting the water. (Worked fine during the testing). We had to clean up all the water. He turned the water back on at the street at 1/2 pressure. Water dribbled in the machine and out of the laundry room sink faucet. I said this is not going to work. I asked him to put it back as it was, completely open. Faucet worked great but no water in washing machine. He insisted it was the water pressure and replacing the equipment he brought, new valves, would not solve the problem. He did another test and again the water came out full force. He said to get the water pressure fixed and he would return. Not sure why if it was only the water pressure? I asked him to not leave water in the machine. He did the test again but forgot to put the exit water hose in and created another flood. More towels needed. This washing machine can handle 20psi to 120psi. This is not a water pressure issue. Currently I still do not have a working washing machine. I have called LG again but so far still waiting for that return call.

I could not be happier about my experience. Booking the service call for my LG refrigerator (for the next morning) was simple.
I received a text telling me the technician was on his way. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He was organized and had everything he needed to complete the job. He pointed out some maintenance I can do myself with a vacuum. He discovered the broken compressor was under warranty, so its replacement was free. The service fee was reasonable. -
I couldn’t figure out what was causing the cooling compartment and then the freezer suddenly not working but it turns out I needed to deep clean and replace the compressor!
The technician was professional, fast, and thorough.
I got all my questions answered too!
Thanks for the service.
LG the original slogan life’s good!
Their fridge home appliances are always great! -
Vigen arrived quick and earlier than the scheduled start time! He made the repair easy and quick after sharing information about the freezer and any error codes that popped up! He also let us know of any remaining information that we needed to know about the refrigerator and what to do in case it breaks again! Overall, a pretty nice company that LG contracts out warranty repair work to!

LG sends out this company, MGR Appliance to service my fridge. I had one guy come out the first time and it all went good. For the repair another man named Samvel came to my (apartment complex). I met him outside and he asked to go inside the complex parking to park and I let him know we do not have parking . That he can park outside in the public street parking. I even saved a spot right in front of the complex for him. He then aggressively tells me he’s not parking outside and if that is the case he will not do the service . I asked him to offload on the grass in front of my door to make it easier and he refused. He was very disrespectful in the way he spoke to me and said “ call and complain about me” and walked back into his car. Worst experience and very unprofessional. Tried calling MGR but no one answers. Plus it seems as if this is a family business so I doubt they will do anything about it. Will be calling LG to report this unacceptable behavior. Forgot to add that I saw all technicians come in vans or work trucks and this guy was in a personal car.

The compressor on my fridge needed to be replaced so I called this morning and they were able to come out the same day to replace my compressor. I just want to say thank you so much to technician AB Arsen Barseghyan and his trainee. They were absolutely professional the entire time they were here. And replace the compressor in 30 mins or less. Very satisfied with good costumer service and performance. Thank you so much again..
