He fixed my refrigerator so quickly and professionally that I genuinely didn’t expect it. He arrived exactly on time, carefully inspected the unit, explained what went wrong, and showed me the faulty part. The repair was done in one visit, without any mess or drama. My fridge now cools perfectly and is even quieter than before. Truly excellent service.

They jerked me around for days told me he could get the part and charged me 100 dollars deposit. Then when the part didn't work he said he would refund me the 40 dollars extra and then NEVER did.

Manuel was very knowledgeable about my dishwasher. Showed me the proper sequence to shut it down and restart, and I didn't need any new parts! That was very honest and I really appreciate not being hit for unnecessary work! Also cleaned my refrigerator condenser while here. Very grateful and will definitely call him again!

The appliance technician Allsafe sent to repair my 15-year-old LG refrigerator (Todd) was extremely professional, timely, friendly, transparent and forthcoming in what my old fridge (that had stopped cooling) needed to last a few more years. He repaired it in a very short amount of time, didn't over-charge me and explained very clearly what it needed to run again. I am very happy with his performance and would definitely recommend and refer them to anyone looking for fast, professional, affordable work on their appliances.

I called two other companies come for my downdraft hood. None of the two could’ve figured out the issue! I called Allsafe and had a technician come in the next day. Pete was very straightforward with everything and luckily they had the part In stock that was on back order. I needed an LG Front Loader washing, machine repair. The repair man, Romik was fantastic! He was highly competent, very professional, with an apparent high degree of integrity. He clearly and patiently went through the issues, the pros and cons, and helped me to come to a decision on how to proceed. He was facile with the diagnostics in the LG machine. I have called LG repairman in the past, but none have ever used that. I finally have found a repairman that knows what he is doing!

Unfortunately, the repair cost is going to equal the price of a new washer. It’s been a great machine, and I’ve had it for more than 10 years. But I have an active family with lots of laundry, and we wanted to get up and running as fast as possible. Two of the parts were going to take an extended time, and therefore, the only advantage of getting the repair over a new machine is that the styles have changed slightly and the colors have changed slightly. Having a perfect match with the dryer would not be possible. It’s a big repair to do, and having an all new machine is probably the best route.

Pete was great. Came the same day we called, fixed the stove, explained the problems of the dishwasher and how to best clean the appliances. Even check our fridge, ordered a new freezer light. Friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. Definitely would use your company again. Thank you.

They were friendly and to the point on the phone when scheduling the service. Their technician Romik came to our home within 24 hours of our call. He was very thorough and professional. Was able to diagnose and fix the issue which was a damaged roller on our dryer and within 1 hour and we are able to use our Dryer again. He inspected the rest of the rollers and made sure there was no other issues. Price was the same as was quoted in person. Will definitely use them for our next needed maintenance/service.

Yesai was great, he diagnosed the problem with our dryer within a few minutes and gave us the estimate right away. We decided to buy a new dryer rather than fix it, but he was professional and the accurate estimate helped our decision a lot.
