James is our new HERO!!!! . This was the third company we tried to fix our under counter ice machine. First two companies ....I hate to say .... were MORONS. Then we called Best Solution Appliance Repair and I spoke to James. He came out to our home promptly ....diagnosed the issue and made the repair. The price was very reasonable and also cheaper than expected. I have been frustrated with the ice machine not functioning properly and I actually felt James was equally frustrated to properly diagnose and fix this machine to his standards. LOVE the professionalism and his client first attitude. True GENIUS. If you have any issues .... look no further and give these guys a call!!!

James has helped repair and/or replace several appliances and light fixtures in my residential unit. Highly recommend his expertise. Very communicative and knowledgeable, he fixed my washer/dryer combo unit — first he replaced the drain pump; and now it’s working better than before. Then my dishwasher started smoking (motherboard burnt out), so he came out to evaluate, and did his best to try to work with a discontinued dishwasher brand in which parts were no longer being made. He replaced and installed a new dishwasher successfully. It works like magic. Lastly, James was able to source a unique part for a vanity mirror light (long horizontal fixture) in my bathroom that had faulty electrical wiring. He fixed it and now I have light! Great service!!!

I contacted this appliance repair service when my oven stopped heating, and I was extremely impressed with their prompt response and service. AZ gave the best customer service and told me that Alex or Other guy would come the same day, whoever is closest, and within 3 hours Alex came and fixed it the same day with going to appliance services shop and coming back ! The technician arrived on time, assessed the issue with my oven not heating, and quickly identified the problem. They did not have the necessary parts on hand so he went and came back and efficiently repaired the oven within 3 hours. The technician was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My oven is now working perfectly, thanks to their expertise. I highly recommend this appliance repair service for any oven-related issues. Best solutions is truly the best! 👍
