The repairman was great, professional, and completed the work. The few items for not giving a five star are one, the arrival time. Scheduled arrival time was between 8-12 and arrived at 12:20 approximately. He did not address that he was late, no apology….nothing, Two, the part that was replaced in my refrigerator took about 5 mins to replace and the price was a little steep. Being a past customer I would have appreciated a little discount. I’m happy though that my appliances are working well.
All Safe Appliance is worth calling.

Great service came out next day, Todd my technician was very knowledgeable and friendly got the job done fast and clean.

Called Allsafe about an issue with our dryer. Arbi came out the next morning and got it fixed up in about an hour. He’s very polite, and professional. We’ll definitely call Allsafe again. Thank you!

Adam was very helpful. Ran through all of the tests, explained the diagnostic and broke out the pricing to repair. Also made a helpful suggestion to get another appliance to work better.

The ice that had formed inside the refrigerator took awhile to defrost and he used a heater to speed it up.

He replaced some parts and the refrigerator is as good as new.

Adam was great!! He was here at the beginning of the window and was so kind and worked efficiently. We plan to have him back next time we need a tune up!

Pete is the best, he's serviced our washing machine, dryer, and dish washer all on separate occasions. We have a washer and dryer shared by 6 different residences and about 15 people, so it gets a ton of use and is not always treated well. I will only ever be calling Pete from now on. He's so kind and helpful, and I am so grateful to find someone like him who is honest, hardworking, and caring to his customers! He makes the whole process so easy, all I do now is text him and he comes up as soon as I'm available, and solves the issue. He seems to really understand these machines in depth. Thank you so much Pete! I'm sure I'll be seeing you soon!

Noe was terrific! He was professional, polite, concerned for our situation, and once diagnosed, he explained our options. He helped us decide the best course of action (as we were hosting a 20-person dinner the next night!), and got right to work fixing it!

We’ve had Eduard repair our dishwasher and our oven and look at our refrigerator as well. He’s quick, knowledgeable, and professional when it comes to repairs, and gave us different options for repairs and parts so that we had some flexibility with how much we wanted to spend. He’s very confident and experienced, while still being polite and friendly, and we will use him again next time we need appliance repairs!

Todd was very punctual, professional and friendly. He really knew his work and immediately was able to tell me the part/s that were needed and what work had to be done. He got the part more quickly than expected and did the job well. He was easy to work with, corresponding with me frequently telling me where he was and when to expect him. The technician that came to my house was polite, friendly, and very efficient. He spent a good amount of time, taking the appliance apart to determine the issue and he was correct in his diagnosis! I felt that the price was fair for the amount of time he spent and the things that he did. I would highly recommend!

We called yesterday and they came today. Vince was friendly, professional, and honest. He took a lot at our range and told us that we’re better off getting a brand new one than having them get the parts to repair a 20 year old one. These folks have excellent customer service and are HONEST and we will recommend them to everyone we know.

Romik did an excellent job of evaluating our dryer issue and explaining our options to us. He gave us a very favorable price for the repair option. He was a pleasure to deal with, was very polite and respectful, and was very patient in carefully showing me how the dryer works. I highly recommend Allsafe.

Adam came today to fix our dryer wheels after they went bad after the last tech just installed them only after two months . He was very polite and knowledgeable explaining what went wrong. He is fixing this issue at no charge. Appreciate the help and good work.
